My sims four on xbox one is not working.I want my money back for it.I can't even play it!!!!!!!! I can't get nothing from my gallery and profile.Every time I try to click on something.It gets stuck and freezes and I have to turn the game off and turn it back on & and a lot more other problemsBugged streamer career (PS5)
I recently had a sim join the videogame streamer part-time job (from high school years) and the "stream X game" task doesn't end by itself once completed. This is troublesome as one of the job's daily tasks is to stream a videogame but the task doesn't checkmark as completed because of the mentioned issue nor does it check as completed by manually canceling it.
Unable To Use CAS and Gallery/Library On XBOX & PC
Ever since the update we have been unable to use CAS properly on the XBOX and occasionally on the PC, for some reason we can not select certain sections to try out styles of clothes, hair, shoes etc. it takes nearly 40mins to just find something even slightly usable and even then it switches to a different item without us pressing a button. Also, we are unable to save, use or edit anything the gallery whether its my own items or someone elses and my gallery barely shows up half the time. Please fix these problems on the next bug fix and update it is beyond annoying and we used to love playing the game at the same time on different computers but now we don't want to even try it on the XBOX its so frustrating. Thanks.
Not playing the sims 4 until all of the bugs and glitches are fixed!!
Hello, my game keeps acting up. First off many times for the last week or two my sim fairy won’t do the task I ask her to do and the only way to fix this issue temporarily is to save and exit to the main menu. However, this fix is only temporary, it is not long till it does the same thing again. I’m so sick of this happening that I’m just not going to play this game until ALL GLITCHES ARE FIXED!! There is no reason for all of this to keep happening, the creators of this game already did an update with bug fixes, why does this keep happening!!?? Please fix these issues now!!Up coming update
I seen the announcement for the upcoming update, but are we just going to ignore the fact that the gallery is unusable? I can’t even make a new save because I can place sims or builds. It’s really annoying seeing that I don’t “own” packs that I’ve paid for, it’s saying I don’t own packs that I’ve had for years. I own almost every pack but the gallery is saying that I don’t and it freezes when I click on a sim or build. Is there going to be a fix for this?? Or is it going to be ignored in this update along with all the gameplay issues the last update caused on both pc and console.
CAS Menu Problems
After the new update, whenever I open the CAS menu, I cannot move my cursor anywhere when I click the everything section. On the everyday outfit, I can't click on anything in the section for all of the clothing, if I go to the formal outfit, I can click on the section for everything. When I first bought the bundle, the pack showed that it had downloaded into my game, but the extra items (like the piano and archways, and such) did not add into my game until I closed and restarted the game and they appeared, but upon opening the game again, now the bundle windows (specifically the ones with the fencing in the middle) entirely are not showing up in my game anymore.Game crashing
I had the CAS issue the moment the update was complete, I found a work around by filtering colours and packs but then once I got into playing the real issues started, the doctor career and acting career were unplayable, so I started a new save and then the crashing started (I’ve always had crashing issues but they were pretty few and far between) so I restarted and it lasted about 10 minutes and then it crashed again so I restarted and long story short I can’t make it 5 minutes without crashing so the game is completely unplayableWont work on CAS all option
https://share.icloud.com/photos/06dEGrxCs2Sx27xKCb7Xqw2KQso I purchased the royalty DLC as well as the Bridgerton ones and ever since when I try to go on create a SIM and I click on all my all options to show every selection for example if I click on all to show all the hairstyles I’ve got it freezes it doesn’t let me scroll down or anything, but I can go back and I can click on and say shirts and it will work on shirts but not on all and it’s just bugging me. I’ve tried reinstalling the game I’ve reinstalled all the DLC of hard reset my Xbox. I’ve deleted the cash and the save data. I’m stumped on what else to do now.
