Nature's Calling Event Rewards disappeared from inventory
Hello I'm playing Sims 4 on PS4 and all of a sudden my rewards from the "Nature's Calling" event have disappeared. The tattoo is not showing up, the bathing suit is gone when I go to the main event menu it says I've collected all my prizes but they're not in my inventory. I can't find an answer anywhere.
Game update: game randomly crashing?
Anyone else experiencing this on PS5? I'm not linked to an EA account while playing, since I never use the online features, but ever since these updates, game just shuts itself down every now and then. No discernable pattern, it can happen whether I'm in live mode or build mode, error code CE-108255-1. Checking my log, the first crash was June 30th. Now, they come daily. I'm using a digital copy of the game. Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced anything these last days.Packs
Hello I play the sims 4 on my ps5 and I had to delete it and reinstall the game because i bought and downloaded growing together it was around the time where sims was in the middle of dropping the enchanted by nature pack and after the game finished downloading I went into sims to try to play and 6 of my packs we’re gone and saying that I no longer own them after I bought them with my own money and my game also won’t update completely that and growing together says it’s downloaded but it’s not in the game which is very confusing when I load into sims it says it’s something wrong with the internet but it’s not at all do you think you can help me with that I put almost over 200$ into those packs I just want them back 😭my Sims background won’t even load into as the new expansion pack backgroundRecycler
Anyone else having issues with the recycler? I've been trying yo use it for the last 3 days and nothing happens. The list of household items does not pop up, my sims get stuck and won't move. I'm unable to speed up and when I exit out to manage worlds the loading process take way to long. I have tried everything to resolve the issue except uninstall.Unable to access pack content.
I can no longer access any of my purchased content in buy build mode on Ps5. My game and console are updated all my packs are installed I’ve been using them fine until now. I have deleted and reinstalled everything, I’ve unlinked and relinked my accounts. I have verified my license again. It shows in game that it’s owned and installed all the worlds are open and usable but when I try to build I have 10-15 random things from random packs and base game items that’s it. I don’t know what else to try to fix it. I can’t find a way to contact EA about this and am just going in circles on the website. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I had moved a family into greenwood hamlet residential and then moved them out accidentally taking the furniture. I tried to fix it by going into another save and and saving the house to my library but when i went into build mode and it said I don't own the content, which I 100% do this house is part of the new nature pack WHICH I PREORDERED ITS 1000% THERE ALL THE CONTENT. I started a completely new save and made a new sim and moved them into the house and its completely ruined now, it used to be a beautiful fairy house and its now full of generic wallpaper and items and I KNOW that I own the stuff I can see it in my build mode. I just want Greenwood Hamlet Residence to reset back to normal but I don't even know what the problem iscan't create new saves
I'm really hoping someone is able to help me, or the right person sees this and fixes it. Ever since the new enchanted by nature pack was available for download I have not been able to create new saves.. this is incredibly frustrating for a number of reasons but there's also no way for me to duplicate a save and override it. Just the option to override only. A smaller, but still prevalent grievance, I'm also unable to save anything under the "game options" category, like panning the cameras. PLEASE HELP I can't figure out how to talk to a REAL EA employee :(Cas/Build/Live Mode not responding
For some reason right when the adoption welcome wagon for the cats & dogs came to my neighborhood I adopted a dog I liked, I was going into Cas just so I can fix up the dog perfectly for my sim when for some reason I couldn’t click on anything. I fumbled my controller around, pressing all the buttons but the cursor would not come back so I had to press R3 a couple times & it highlighted over like the exit cas, save cas, or randomize buttons so I had to cancel what I was doing. Back into live mode whenever I click on something to create an action it’s like I haven’t clicked that specific thing, the cursor would highlight something totally different & it disappears so I have to fumble with the controller until I can press R3 so I can be able to click something. Did the same in build mode so I had to just close out the game completely. It did that like twice & idk what to do…My gallery items dissappeared
I want to start by saying I play on ps5. I went in to get a house I saved to my library and all the houses were gone and replaced with base game sims households. I've spent months looking for and downloading houses and all that work and time spent is now gone. Is there a way to get this back without having to search again? It was there a few days ago but when the newest update posted they disappeared
Game says my content is not installed
I have had to restart my game like 5 times at this point I had my sims living in windenburg then my game crashed and restarted and when I loaded back in it said the get together expansion pack was not installed this is super annoying also almost everytime I load up my game all of my saved games are gone I have to restart my console and reload the game to get them back
