Can’t add phone number to my EA account – “Something went wrong” error
When I try to add a phone number to my EA account, I get the following error message: Something went wrong. Try again later. I’ve already contacted EA support, but they couldn’t fix the issue. I’ve tried adding different phone numbers – none of them work. On my other EA account, adding a phone number works without any problems. Ea app not update

I’ve been trying to pay for multiple extras for sims 4 and its declining my cvv (or csc as they like to call it) number and i keep having to take my card information out and re putting in just to even get passed that error. I’ve spoken to my bank and there is money in my account. Im A little frustrated as I can’t seem to find out what’s going on. Please Help, I’ve updated all my card details etc and put in the correct CVV number yet it is declining and my bank said it is to do with EA and not them. in the EA app, my profile shows two names: One that is displayed in games, and a similar secondary name underneath - I haven't used that name in years and would like to change it. To be patently clear, I am talking about the name that I've mostly covered in this screenshot: There does not appear to be a setting for it anywhere in the options visible when I click "manage" and literally none of my accounts use the name that is listed there, so I really don't know why this is on my account at all, as it wasn't even the first name the account has had. Hello, I am writing from Azerbaijan. I would like to mention: 1. Azerbaijan is not in Russia. 2. Azerbaijan does not use Russian rubl. 3. Azerbaijan is in South Caucasus and sometimes in MENA region. 4. South Caucasus is a poor region, chosing a better pricing strategy would be nice. 5. Hello. My account was suspended without any reason, and there is no information about the reason for the ban. I contacted technical support more than once and received no response. All I asked for was that my account be linked to a Steam account. I want to link the account to another site and delete the Steam link. Hello, the story goes like this. When I try to play the game Battlefront two I bought recently, I'm met with the message that my Steam account is connected to a random EA account I don't recognize, . I have never used any account that does not end with the part. EA support is useless. I have tried to explain the situation, and they tell me I have to prove the ownership of the account I have no knowledge about, and I don't know the security questions of said account because it does not belong to me. This situation is absurd. Did anyone else run into the same issue and have any solutions for it? Battlefield 6 purchased in Steam is not displayed in the EA App library.
I bought the game by pre-order on steam, everything works, I can log in to play, but there is no battlefield 6 app in the EA app, I cannot receive the veteran's award and other awards.Steam and EA app are linked to each other, I tried deleting the apps and installing them again, it doesn't help. Hello There, I found my old games on disc. (Like: Need for Speed - Run, FIFA 15, FIFA 19... etc) I try install from disc and i get error message: Can't found origin, please install origin first. Origin officially shoutdown on 25/04/2025. Any advice how install games from disc? I got all games in EA app, but i will play original release of the game for fun. Most games unsupported right now. Hello, I recently purchased Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II through the Xbox app. However, when I open the EA app and check my library, neither game appears. In the Xbox app, the only option shown is the Ultimate Edition for each game, but I am not able to download them. Instead, I’m prompted to either purchase the Ultimate Edition again or subscribe to EA Play/Ultimate Pass, despite already owning the base games. I have confirmed multiple times that my Xbox and EA accounts are correctly linked and that I am signed into the same account on both apps. I'm trying to subscribe to the annual ea play pro plan so I proceed and put all the correct card info and that I don't want the card to be saved, I tried 3 cards The first card was a uae issued international Mastercard and I put the region as uae and it proceeded to pay then got hit with the "wrong region" message, I readded the same card but with the region set to Egypt as if it'll fix the issue and still nothing happened and the transaction is halted by the same error Then I tried paying with 2 Egyptian local visa cards and put all the correct info and region is set to Egypt so it's local and still the same message halts the transaction. I changed my account's region from uae bcs it was the country I set my account in to Egypt where I'm living rn and still also nothing changed when I tried all 3 cards, it's becoming frustrating tbh and I hope anyone from the ea support team gives me an actual guide on how to fix this Thanks in advance31Views0likes0Comments
