Game removed from account
Hello all, Immortals of Avenum has been removed from my account, (Suspected fraudulent activity) I have followed the link in the explanation, but it still hasn't cleared it up (Clearing Cache). I have had the game for quite a while and don't have any more information to give. I have emailed the help address but nothing has come back, it has been since the first BF6 Beta, when I emailed EA 22/08/2025. I know this is an old game but it is annoying. Thank you in advance, G
The sims 4
Everytime i redownload the sims 4, i leave out a few packs that i dont need cause the game takes up so much spave that i cant play otherwise. So i download the game with the packs i want. start the game. Then i see that every other pack i did not choose starts to download. How can i avoid that happening? Cause i cant play the game with all packs. cause the game takes up too much space with the packs. I have tried several times and the same thing happens. Literally havent been able to play the game in more than a year.EA Game Versions
If I have two versions of a game, one license on Steam and the other license from the EA app. Does it give me the ability to choose which platform to download and update the game? For example: I have Battlefield 2042 on Steam, but it does not give me the option to buy the EA Version or even download from the EA app stating that I should manage the game from Steam. So what happens if I redeem a EA app version of Battlefield 2042 alongside my Steam licensed version? Does it add a EA app version of the game, does it merge both licenses giving access to both platforms, or does it reject the license because I already have it on Steam? I tried this with Starwars Battlefront 2, I originally had a EA App version of it, and I also have a EPIC Games Store version. Upon installing the EPIC Games Store version, it changed my Battlefront 2's artwork cover adding the EPIC logo on top of it in my EA App library. It allows me to download either from the EPIC Games Store or the EA App, I did not even need EPIC Games Store installed because it recognises my EPIC version even without the EPIC Games Store being installed. Now from what I undestand Steam manages it's own installation and updates, where as EPIC required the EA App to cover the backend installation. If I did not own an EA version of Starwars Battlefront 2, then would that mean I would only beable to initialise the installation from the Epic Games Store and not the EA app exclusively. If you can not manage multiple platform versions, then this really should be looked at by either allowing the individual to select between EA App, Epic or Steam. Additionaly, I also want to point out that the inability to change the games artwork to remove the Steam or Epic logo is also rather annoying. EA App Artwork: No Logo identifying the EA app version. Steam and Epic Artwork with Logos identifying the version. But what if we own two versions of the same game on different platforms, what happens to the artwork in your library?
EA App failure to launch
Hello, Yesterday the ea app was working perfectly normally. Today it's coming up with a message saying 'The app failed to launch' followed 30 seconds later by another window saying 'Failed to log in' and a error code reading EC:10005. I have tried repairing, uninstalling and doing a clean install and checked firewall and internet settings but nothing yet has worked.EA APP
Hi, Ever since the Sims changed from Origin to the EA App, those of us who play Sims have been experiencing issues: the EA APP crashes, and it crashes the game; somehow MS One Drive got into the EA folder and was causing my whole system to shut down. Now the EA APP still crashes, but it opens up multiple times. Maybe an App was the wrong choice for Sims games. I think running the game in Origin was better and we should go back to playing in Origin Penny
Ea app/client - when native windows 11 ARM support?
Just installed the EA app/client on my snapdragon x plus laptop, and task manager says It's running under x64, not ARM64, which hurts performance when navigating the launcher and installing games. When will the EA app get native windows 11 ARM support?
Can’t add phone number to my EA account – “Something went wrong” error
When I try to add a phone number to my EA account, I get the following error message: Something went wrong. Try again later. I’ve already contacted EA support, but they couldn’t fix the issue. I’ve tried adding different phone numbers – none of them work. On my other EA account, adding a phone number works without any problems. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution?EA app Opens Unnecessary Processes During Battlefield Beta
I am serious. The EA app is opening instances of windows for linux when I attempt the open beta for Battlefield. I am not on Linux and it doesnt need to be running extra processes. It also is bull crap that I got the ea pass through steam and I have to have both steam and EA app open now to play any EA game. If I didnt have an awesome PC it would have died from all the bull crap your application is purposely doing to our computers. Never ever have I had a program of any kind just start opening things outside its parameters which means your app is set up to do this crap. Personally keep telling my brother he is an idiot for buying anything from your craptastic company CM title edit
