Problems with installing the 10-hour trial version of FC 25
Good afternoon, I am a player from Ukraine and wasn’t sure which support team to contact. But I hope you will see this. Recently, I purchased an EA Play subscription on my PS5, and I wanted to download the 10-hour trial version of FC 25. However, the PlayStation Store shows an error when I try to get it and says that I already own the game. I can download all other EA Play games without any issues. I already contacted PlayStation Support, thinking it might be a PS Store issue, but they told me to reach out to you. Looking at this error, I think it might be related to the FC 25 Showcase, which I had previously claimed. I really hope you can help. I’ll attach all the videos showing the error both in the PS App and in the PS Store. Also, I’ll attach what PlayStation Support replied to me (please note that the message is in Ukrainian — I apologize in advance).
Cannot Renew EA Play Pro via PayPal (Payment Fails - Region Issue)
Hello EA Team, I have been trying to renew my EA Play Pro subscription for several weeks now using PayPal. Despite trying different cards linked to my PayPal account, all attempts have failed. I contacted PayPal support and confirmed that there are no issues with my account or cards. They also confirmed that the same card successfully processed an EA Play payment in December 2024. In my country (Azerbaijan), PayPal is the only available payment method for EA Play. Direct card payments and other payment methods are not available. This situation prevents me from renewing my subscription. I would also like to mention that I have been an EA account holder since 2010 and have been a long-time player and loyal customer of EA games, especially series like Battlefield and FIFA (now FC series). I have also noticed that many users from different countries are facing similar issues, which suggests this could be a broader problem. I kindly request the EA team to investigate this and provide a solution or alternative for affected users. Clearly the phrasing for game availability at launch with an EA Play Pro subscription has changed at some point to "select titles" and existing subscribers who auto renewed should demand EA explain how this is not a breach of our original agreement as veteran subscribers. I only remain subscribed to EA pro for day 1 access to EA games otherwise I would pay significantly less for standard EA play or honestly not subscribe at all and purchase the game on sale post release. When did this policy change? Please forward us a link to the announcement of this change. New terms and agreements should not have applied to subscribers already enrolled without us specifically agreeing before allowing an auto renewal. I bought xbox ultimate today and when I connected to ea playa, imagine that no game detected gamepass and asked me to buy it. xbox detects the connection problem but does not fix it. ea play said that I will wait for a few months when I try to disconnect my xbox. Can you help me?

EA play Fraudulent Billing
Hey guys so I'm from Pakistan and I had bought EA play pro for Fc25 and it costed me Pkr 1500 or something like that and that is good value for money so I went for it but this month it charged me for 1500 Indian rupees which translates to around 4500 Pakistani rupees and it had drained all of my pocket money and now I can't get in touch with Ea support to help me either get a refund or charge only the amount I was act due because I signed up knowing I'm paying in Pakistani Rupees and not Indian RupeesEa play and Xbox Ultimate
I bought xbox ultimate and it supposedly comes with ea play. However when I try downloading Ea play games it doesnt allow me, it brings me to the ea app and then shows the option to buy. The 1 time i got it to work i bought it takes two but when i launched the game it showed me "trail" as if i purchased a demo or somthing. And yes the accounts are connected atleast according to the ea website
Is There An EA Play Free Trial?
I normally don't have an interest in game subscription services, but there was a few EA games that I don't own that looked interesting and I wanted to try out EA Play to see if it's something I may be interested in. I was wondering if there was a week or two free trail available for EA Play on PC(through the EA clients or even Steam)? Thanks in advance for anyone who can help answer this.
XBox Gamepass not giving me EA play
In short, until recently my game-pass gave me EA Play just fine until about a week ago, and I discovered that my account had been disabled. Support unlinked my account so I connected my Xbox account to my old origin account, and it still didn't work. I contacted Dhruv through the EA support text, and although he tried helping me, nothing worked. I've tried restarting, logging out, re-installing and running as admin to no avail. I am actually annoyed at this point, and any solution is appreciated!
EA Play Pro subscription payment not going through
I had an EA Play Pro membership (monthly subscription) for several months until January 2025 when my subscription was somehow cancelled bc EA wasn't able to charge my linked PayPal account. Since then I've been trying (without success) to re-subscribe to EA Play Pro using PayPal as a payment option but I keep getting "There is no funding source added to your PayPal account. Please add a card to continue." message in the checkout window. The thing is, there are several verified payment sources added to said PayPal account, PayPal support checked the account, it's in a good standing and has no blocks or limits, AND all other subscriptions continue to be charged just fine. I've tried different VISA and Mastercard cards issued by different banks, all of them somehow get rejected with the same error text that does not say much. I also went through the forums and read all the help documents there are on the website, but none of the suggested causes are applicable to my case. TL;DR: can't make any payments using PayPal but used to be able to do so without a problem until recently. What's changed and how to fix it? I just want to play my video games in peace. Thanks!
Xbox PC Gamepass linked to EA Account, but it is not recognising EA Play
I've linked my Xbox PC Gamepass account to me EA account. I've started EA App for windows from Xbox app on windows 10. I am able to log in through my Xbox account in EA App. However, EA App is not registering me as part of EA Play. This should be automatic. Instead it is asking me to purchase EA Play. I have followed a few guides online, where I unlinked accounts, signed out of each, restarted Xbox app on windows and then signed back in to each. It didn't change anything for me. I'm still not able to access EA Play. I even tried launching a game I own on EA App through my xbox account, but it did not help. Can't find a way to raise this issue with EA Support. So I'm hoping somebody who see's this can help me out.
Jedi Survivor cross save between EA play and Epic Games
If i played jedi survivor in ea play and then i buy it in epic games, can my save file be transferred? The question comes since I started the gamr through gamepass, ehich includes access to all ea play games and my 14 day trial is going to expire soon. The thing is that the game is on sale on Epic Games. what I want to know is that since the Epic Games version uses the EA account, it can be accessed through the same application I am currently playing itI can't put NFL25 to my collection and I can't download it
I don't know why but I tried everything on EA help. Firstly I'm using PC and Xbox gamepass. I clear the EA app cache, restart, delete the file, and re-download. They keep saying 'Theres a problem with download', 'You don't have access'. Surprisingly I can access other games in EA Play except NFL25. this is something wrong. Please help me!!!!!!! Hi, the EA Rewards that are announced by Xbox here: Enjoy A Rewards and Gift Filled Holiday Season This Month with EA Play - Xbox Wire (https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2024/12/16/ea-play-rewards-december-2024) How do we claim the free games listed? e.g. Battlefield 1: Revolution, The Sims 4 Home Chef Hustle Stuff Pack, Titanfall 2: Ultimate Edition, 500 PGA Tour Points in EA Sports PGA Tour The announcement says to go to the EA Play website for more details. But I go to the EA Play website and there's nothing there about it - there's just the regular sign up advertising. There's no mention of these rewards in the EA App, Xbox app or on either the EA Play or Xbox gaming websites. I can't even find a "Revolution" version of Battlefield 1 for sale in EA Play or listed as a DLC. So how do we claim the games? It says we should be able to between 17th December - 26th December and it's 19th December today. Is this limited to a specific region? It doesn't say it's limited anywhere in the announcement. If it's limited it should be transparent about it, not get everyone's hopes up to find out it's only valid in one country - that kind of marketing behaviour is off-putting.The game that is on the EA playlist on PS5 doesn't even have a trial version on
Today I saw Jedi Survivor on the EA playlist. I wanted to play it. It was on the EA playlist. I looked at it on my phone. Then I opened the PlayStation. And it didn't show up. I searched the internet yesterday. Why is this game not a PS5 version? Why is there no PS4 version when it is on EA play? Please bring it. I want it so much.
