Recovering game packs and add-ons
Hi my daughter deleted game packs that I purchased, how can I redownload them on my pc? on the EA app it says I don't own them, but I know that I do. [FIXED - Feb 13.] EA app doesn't recognise Epic Games EA Play membership?!
I got ea play membership on epic games but ea app doesnt see it and i cant play any of the games i installed. Accounts are properly linked i can see it that its the right accounts on myaccount.ea so it isnt a problem with that i really need help because i cant play any of the games on ea play. Xbox Game Pass won't link with EA Play
After trying multiple ways to link them I finally got an error saying it was already linked to a @disabled.ea.com account. I assume that is Origin. I have had an account with EA just about since Origin launched. Why tf did this not migrate the link when switching to EA Play? I then determine I need support to help fix this mess. Go to EA Help and find no options to contact support. Just the most unhelpful knowledge base I have ever seen. I selected random games and clicked through options trying to find a "contact support" option. For the love of God let me use the accounts I spent money on. How do I remove the linked Origin account if it won't show as linked in the account settings? Better yet, how do I get a support case in? I'm an IT professional in my work life. Need help with EA Play renewal
I'm having a major problem with my ea play annual membership renewal. My funding source is Pay Pal and when I was on Pay Pal cancelling a different automatic payment I apparently canceled EA by accident. I have since rectified this problem on Pay Pal but can't find any way to let EA know they need to try it again. So as of now my status shows as inactive or cancelled. I'm really hoping someone from EA monitors these threads and can help me correct this problem. By the way, this system is very very frustrating and extra hard to figure out at my age (70 years old). Double payment
I ordered tre games online yesterday, but both times a message came up "something went wrong, please try again", and I could not pay by card, so I chose Klarna, but it didn't go there either. EA Play Expiration Mismatch
I was charged for an EA Play Pro membership on December 9, 2024. When I logged into my account and looked at the EA Play Pro membership, it said it expires 11/30/2025. I chose to cancel the membership so it won't renew come November 2025, knowing that since I'd already paid for the year, I would still have access to everything until 11/30/2025. Or I should have. After I canceled the membership, the confirmation page errored out, so I had to go back to the account and look at my EA Play membership because I wanted to confirm the cancelation and the expiry date. However, now it says my EA Play membership expires tomorrow, 1/12/2025. Why? How? What I expected: to continue enjoying my EA Play membership through 11/30/2025 since I've already paid for it. What actually happened: my EA Play membership is being cut off one month and 3 days after I paid the annual renewal fee. Now, to make matters even more confusing, the email I received confirming the cancelation states that I have access through 12/1/2025. What is the source of truth here and thus the state of my membership? Either I need a refund because it expires tomorrow, or I need my account when I sign in to EA.com to match the 12/1/2025 date in the email you sent me.
