refund for PlayPro.
I subscribed to this membership to play BattleField6 2 months ago. I canceled the membership after 1 week of playing. Today 16.12. unexpectedly my membership had renewed on its own and I had to pay for it. Last time I played something on EA was BF6 so about less than 2 months ago. EA Play & Game Pass ultimate library issues
I just recently bought gamepass ultimate and as yall know, it comes with ea play; the problem is that my games don't show up in the ea app and the website asks me to join ea play, my membership says active and it recognizes me, but the website doesn't. the app also recognizes me as an ea play user but doesn't show me my games on the library, i can only see the ea play games through xbox library. i have tried everything past users have said on this forum, disabling and enabling extension, resetting the xbox app and logging out of ea, etc., but my games still dont show up on the ea library. i filed a complaint to the support already, i hope yall can help me with this issue.SolvedEA play refund in the UK

Account Recovery
I’m trying to help a friend recover his account, but he doesn’t speak English. When he tries to play FIFA online and is prompted to log in with his EA account, it shows that another email is registered. However, when he logs into his EA account to link it with his PlayStation account, it says there’s already an EA account linked to his PlayStation. I just opened my EA account. I subscribed to EA Play just to play FC 26, but it turns out I need to buy Play Pro to play, which costs $119. The game itself is $99. Hello, the link here is https://www.ea.com/games/ea-sports-fc/ea-play It says we can try FC 26 for 10 hours as early access. So, as far as I understand, I can try it for 10 hours by purchasing an "EA Play" membership starting September 19th? But when we scroll down to the bottom, the early access options are only checked under the "EA Play Pro" section. I'm confused. EA Play Pro - Cancelling Subscription
Two days ago I upgraded my subscription to Play Pro, only to find out this is only applicable to my PC and not my PS5 EA account. The whole idea of this was to pay for one subscription, and have the balance of the other refunded. I have now found out that Play Pro is PC only and, to carry on using the PS5 EA Play, I will need to pay for the two. This makes Play Pro, for me personally, a waste. I have been trying for over an hour to find a page where, as a UK customer, I can invoke my 14 day right of withdrawal, but I cannot submit anything through EA Help as they do not have EA Play as a product listed. I have not downloaded or used any games, as this was in preperation for EA FC 26, on my PS5, and Battlefield 6, on my PC. Hey everyone, I'm having a really frustrating issue and I'm hoping someone can help. I bought the EA Play Pro subscription today specifically to get early access to Battlefield 6 on my PC. The payment has gone through and is fully posted, and my account shows the Pro subscription is active. However, when I go to the Battlefield 6 page in the EA app, the download button is completely unresponsive. I can't click it to start the download. I've tried restarting the app and my entire PC multiple times, but nothing works. I've already lost an entire day of my early access because of this. This is really disappointing after paying for the premium service. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a known fix for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! If I take out a subscription on the EA website and select Xbox as the platform, can I play the games on both the Xbox and the PC in the Xbox app? STEAM EA Play and Steam EA Game stating not an EA Play member?
I purchased BF6, am attempting to play the Beta early as that has released. Not a single game mode is accessible. [see attachment(s)]. I can access the firing range. Before it is mentioned, yes my steam account is linked properly. I had it linked, recently unlinked and concluded with another relinking due to a tutorial on these forums. Yes, My debit card payment went through for both EA Play and BF6 (I have email confirmation and EA Play is active in my Steam Subscriptions.). I was under the impression that EA Play members could play BF6 Beta a day early, This is why I purchased it in the first place. Any who... if I am required to provided more information, EA simply needs to ask. Hopefully we can resolve this issue quickly. Steam hra chce po mě origin klíč.
Ahoj, zakoupila jsem na steamu Battlefield 3 a po vybrání serveru mi to hodí error abych zadala klíč ke hře, viz přiložené foto. Zkusila jsem již spoustu rad na internetu, jako například odstranění souboru, reinstall, prostě snad vše a stále mi to nefunguje. Podpora samozřejmě neodpovídá, tak to zkusím tu.
