FC25 High Ping
Am I the only one experiencing this issue? I’m on the Rain network in South Africa, and I can play FC24 Seasons without any problems. My ping usually ranges between 20–80 ms, and the gameplay is generally fine. However, as soon as I switch to FC25, things change completely. My ping jumps to around 190 ms, with the lowest I’ve seen being around 160 ms. The gameplay becomes noticeably delayed and difficult to play. I also tried a different connection by hotspotting my Xbox from my phone and playing a few FC25 games. Interestingly, my ping dropped to around 130 ms. That’s still relatively high, but it’s a significant improvement compared to the 160–190 ms I get on Rain. This is why I decided not to buy FC26, because I didn’t enjoy playing FC25 with such high latency. I’m now interested in buying FC27, but I’m hesitant because I don’t know whether I’ll experience the exact same issue again. I’ve also tried following some of the troubleshooting tips I found online, but unfortunately none of them made any difference. Has anyone else in South Africa experienced something similar, particularly on Rain or other networks? I’d really like to know whether this is an ISP/routing issue, a server issue, or something specific to FC25/FC26/FC27. Hello, I am contacting you regarding a technical issue in EA Sports FC 24 on PS5. I am trying to earn the "On the Way Up" trophy, which requires reaching Level 7 in a VOLTA or Clubs Season. However, because there is currently no "Live Season" active in the game, the progression bar is stuck at Level 0. Even when I play matches and earn SP, it does not count toward any level. This makes the Platinum Trophy impossible to obtain for any player who didn't finish it last year. As a dedicated player and trophy hunter, I am requesting that the team: Add a permanent/infinite "Legacy Season" to the FC 24 servers. Or, trigger a refresh of the seasonal timer so progression can resume. Many players in the community are currently facing this issue. Hi, I’m experiencing a freezing issue in EA SPORTS FC 24 on PS4. During a match, when I go to Team Management at half-time, the game suddenly becomes unresponsive. I cannot change players, go back, or navigate through the menu. The controller is still working normally, but the game does not respond to any inputs. I have already restarted the game and PS4, checked for updates, and tested with another controller, but the issue still happens. This problem did not happen before. Hi, I have a problem with Player Career Mode on Xbox One S. When I finish the season, I cannot renew my contract. It only shows Change Club and sometimes pressing A does nothing. If I renew before finishing the season, the game reaches New Beginnings and then crashes to the Xbox dashboard. I already tried restarting the Xbox, reinstalling FC 24, deleting reserved space, changing the player position and changing the game language to English. The problem keeps happening with the same career save. Is there any workaround or fix for this issue?Relegated after winning match.
We were down 3-2 and i scored a penalty to make it 3-3 in our div 3 relegation match, after this we got a free kick in the last minute of the game, in which we went on to score from, winning us the game 4-3 and saving us from relegation. Or thats what we thought after the game we seen a screen telling us that we lost 3-0 and had been relegated down to division 4, this is so annoying and needs to be fixed asap.XP STILL 0 AFTER PLAYING 10 MATCHES IN ULTIMATE TEAM FC24
I am playing a lot of matches to the ultimate team I just created a few days ago . Hello, I’m writing to you today in some last hopes for help, In EA FC 24 is two no unobtainable trophies that I feel could be easily fixed. “End of the Line” is a trophy you receive for reaching the last level of the UT 24 season however due to the game now being not as frequently updates, we haven’t received one in a long while. I feel as though this could easily be fixed however if you just added an old one as a “Legacy Pass”, I’m a trophy hunter myself and love achieving one hundred percent on all my games and would love to do it with your game!. Please consider this as it would massively improve the communities happiness and help drive people to play the game.Problema de conexión

I’m running into a frustrating issue in EA Sports FC 24. The game saves properly up until the final match, but it fails to save the actual result after the whistle blows. After the final is over and the tournament ends, clicking forward just kicks me back to the main menu without showing any saving options. Every time I reload, the game acts like the match never happened and forces me to play the exact same final game all over againDraft kept glitching
I built an online draft using fifa points i bought (300) but when i tried swapping players it would say error and kick me out of UT. I spoke to an advisor and they told me its because i had different versions of the same player (92 and 96 Carlos) ao it caused a glitch. This was annoying but i was still able to play. I got to round 3 and before starting i contacted support to see if this issue could be resolved as ideally i wantedto move playersaround. I was given 3 options and one was for me to forfeit the draft myself and id get base level rewards by clikcing square (which i couldn't find on the screen), so the advisor reset remotely. What i wasnt made aware of is doing this causes you to lose the draft, lose the points, not packs and not eligible for a token. Im not without all this when i could have either played on got packs or left mid match and got rewards that way. I was then told there was nothing that could be done. I felt quite hard done-by as i wasnt made aware of this, ive had a draft reset for no reason it seemsNo option to upgrade to PS5 Version
I recently bought a ps4 disc copy of Ea FC 24 because of the flexibility with the ps5 upgrade option displayed on the box. But now after installing it on my ps5 I don’t see any option to access the upgrade. Ive tried the three dots, I’ve searched the ps store (ea fc 24 is no longer on the store) and I’ve searched the in actual game menu. I am lost and would appreciate any help, thanks.Please help with the shard bug problem in fc mobile
I asked for ea's help on June 20, 2026, because I got a bug that really hurt me, namely in the event of the nation story part 2 that I had to get 1000 fractions, but I only got 950 fractions. please help and cooperate ea, I've tried to restart my device and tried to log in again but can't produce anything
