Account banned. unban please.
Good afternoon! I request that you unban the account with the ally code [Snip - CM]. The account was banned on May 21, 2026, due to repeated violations by me personally. I should note that not only I played on it, but also my older brother. It's possible he used some mods to abuse coliseum. After this incident, it will definitely not happen again. I severely reprimanded my brother and not allowing him to use the same account as mine again for such actions. We ask that you unban the account and look into this issue in more detail. The account has big plans for future donations for character purchases and progression especially after buying the hyperdrive pack few days ago, this game becoming more fun to me. I started my SWGOH account some years ago when i was living in Brazil, but I moved from Brazil to US last year, and I set my account region to US, but with the new brazillian anti-gambling law, my in-game account is affected and i can't make the new characters crystal pulls, so there is a way to change the in game region data? Hi! Can someone help us finding out why the raid always ends like this? (see short (28s) video)The only person earning anything is the guilt leader, everyone else in the guild earns 0 raid points and doesn’t get to battle the rancor at all? (edit: for someone who might not want to watch the vid: I select my squad, press “battle” the rancor appears, roars, then a second later it falls over and is defeated. I can’t do anything before that happens. Then the battle is over. Raid points 0.) We can’t figure out why (and we’re all relatively new to the game too). But most are at lvl 85. Didn't refund my omicron Ezra&Merrin.
Hey EA team, you guys didn't give me back enough materials for the omicrons when you nerfed Ezra and Merrin. Resources from the update, don’t add up
So with your newest update, you “ reimbursed” resources for the usage of omicrons on Marin and Esra… but the resources I got back don’t add up to 2 omicrons. PC client is stuck on opening screen
Hi, Since few days ago PC client doesn't get past opening screen with message "Initializing Game Systems". First time the issue appeared the game crashed into blue screen. Not seeing shard bundles
Hi guys, I live in Germany and have the following problem: I don't see the 8000 shard currency random 330 bundle. I can't see the normal shard bundles. I can't see the era bundles. Only the 30 shard 30€ packs for era. At first I thought, maybe Germany got anti lootbox ruling, but my wife has all the packs in the shop. Plz tell me what's going on :D. Hello, It has been more than a year I have been trying in contact with EA help, but until now the problem hasn't been solved at all. Someone has access to my account, my account is linked to both my apple and google account which was the same email too (and yes both is secured by 2fa) all the resources has been used everytime I logged in, and sometimes get an error message (screenshot attached), my ea account keep being unlinked every week, I do have some proof of ownership like last purchase receipt before the account has been compromised. The account progress is 10 years old which now has reached almost 14m GP, im so confused why is this happening. I'm facing sanctions for violations on my newly opened account. How can a new account commit a violation? How can someone commit a violation without even starting the game?
