Working with modules takes a lot of time and resources and needs to be improved!
Dear developers! do something about choosing the correct characteristic when calibrating the module! it's frustrating when an unnecessary parameter is selected again when calibrating the speed! and this can happen up to 3 times for the same characteristic! the cost of calibration is an expensive waste of materials that doesn't guarantee the desired parameter! in addition to the fact that it takes a lot of time to manufacture modules and materials to improve their quality, only one or two modules out of 100 may be suitable!working with modules is a whole routine and a separate game where you have to constantly think about it! As the number of characters grows every day, everyone needs their own modules! Understand that a person's life is not as long as updating modules! Therefore, please simplify the development of modules and resources and come up with something for calibration! It's not fun to play Russian roulette with modules!
Slice a bundle
Following on from the BB8 lightspeed package and not receiving, now I've not been given the slice a bundle that I've paid for. Will be reporting to them to trading standards and possibly depending on what citizens advice recommend seeking legal action as despite me seeking in game help I've still not heard anything back from the supposed helpline! Cannot Load game past main splash screen
Whenever i try to Start the Game I get an error reading "Error unable to connect to EA servers. please check your internet connection, make sure your platform client is online and try again Please see EA.com-/unable-to-connect for more information." It then says to either exit game or restart. When I restart, the process repeats, so i have to close the game. this issue has been precising since August! I'.m furious that i cant play this game anymore, and that my brother has been able to get 7 more relic amplifier characters, while Ive been stuck here.Please help, it's been 4 days since the original post.

Dear CG, I used the kyber lightspeed token you've gifted us on Boss Nass to bring him to relic 6 and ability level 7, however it didn't apply the zeta it has for the ability from 6 to 7 (of the lead I think it is), if it wasn't. meant to sorry for the bother, however if I was meant to get the zeta upgrade it would be greatly apriciatted if it could be fixed. Tier 6 issues. Borrowed Lord Vader is Hot Garbage with no ultimate. K. Beq seem unaffected by Order 66 debuff. Jocasta Nu is using the attack reserved for when she is about to die, before dying and on EVERY TURN! This makes completing the event IMPOSSIBLE! Her entire kit is bugged across ALL game modes. Not just in this era battle. This bug has been BREAKING THE GAME for all players for far too long now. ALSO. There isn't a tag for "character" because the primary bug here is directly related to the kit of Jocasta Nu.Please help, it's been 5 days since the original post.

Hi, So I bought a LST bundle (Sith Eternal Light Speed 1) to boost my account since I’m a returning player after 6-7 years. I bought it via web store and when I went into the game I got crystals instead. Can’t be right? Who do I contact since I haven’t got any reply from the EA Help in game yet… Hope you guys can help me out since I want the characters and not crystals… For now I haven’t touched any crystals and downloaded my order history
Bought Lord Vader lightspeed bundle and received crystals instead
Bought the lord vader lightspeed bundle on the webstorw and was given an error message and crystals instead. Contacted support and got told i bought a giftable bundle (which isnt even available on my webstore) and i couldnt be helped. Essentially i have spent £50 and been given something much lower value than what i ordered. Someone please help me. Ally Code: 752-377-384
