2 different bugs in two days
I’ve had 2 match losing bugs this week. The first was in GAC where my opponent full cleared me on first attempt so I needed to do the same but go for an outbanner. Used LV against JMMW and grandma just kept throwing rifles until my team died. Which I have a video of but didn’t attach because it’s too much for the file limit. and then I have the attached issue which happened today in tw. Used SEE ult, he never physically returned. And when his first turn rolled around AFTER ULT he still had his pre ult abilities and I couldn’t use the instakill. I then spent the rest of the battle ability blocked and unable to use the big move. Had this bug not happened I would have won this match. Same obviously for the previous LV jmmw debacle. plain and simple I’m not going to keep spending money on this game if I continue to run into these problems. And it’s not the first time this or similar stuff has happened. 237836415 Is the ally code
Can't finish battle in GAC
I played SWGOH on my smartphone with Android OS. I played my GAC game with SLKR vs GL Rey. It was the third minute of the battle. I used the ultimate with SLKR and then used his abilities 2 or 3 times. After using the second special ability, the ability buttons for SLKR disappeared. Then I couldn't do anything in the game. After the battle ended, it should have been a 'Draw' because the time had run out. But it continued with 0:00 on the clock. I didn't want to quit my battle because of this bug. Please, help me with this. P. S. My ally code: 316764713. P. P. S. It's 30 minutes later. I don't quit the battle and it still 0:00 on clock :DAction buttons disappeared in GAC
I was just about to beat a player in GAC but then all of the buttons disappeared and I couldn’t do anything. Then, when the timer ran down, the game still wouldn’t let me do anything, no Draw animation, no choice to forfeit or submit. Nothing. I’m likely to lose this round now because of a technical issue.Units with 1 max health can be defeated with F34T disk
When using the training droids disk to farm feats in Conquest, I noticed that a b1 battle droid was defeated when all of its stacks were removed. On a different team, Kylo Ren (Unmasked) was suddenly defeated at some point in the battle. No instakill abilities were available in either of these cases. With Kylo, I was using GL Leia, who can reduce max health with her basic. I suspect that the disk is coded to prevent units from dropping below 1 health, which is why they can be defeated by normal attacks if their max health is already 1.
Error 9.0 – Account still linked to old Google after unlink
Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my account that I cannot resolve. My game account is linked to Google Play and also to my EA account. I am trying to access it from a different Google account, but I cannot. I have already tried: Confirmed my progress is safe Linked my EA account Unlinked Google Play in-game Cleared cache and data Reinstalled the game Tried on another device/emulator However, I still cannot access my account. I receive the following errors: “This account is already linked to a Google account” Error code 9.0 when trying to import It seems my account is still linked to the previous Google account on the server side, even after unlinking it in-game. I have also contacted support multiple times but only received automated responses with no solution. Player ID: JeQ4ZgMvT3GDla-8-rmapw Has anyone been able to fix this? A while ago, my EA account got hacked, and it had to be banned to prevent the hacker from exploiting it. That EA account is linked to my SWGOH, so i wasn't able to play on EA at the time, only bluestacks. From there if I try to unlink I just get error code 9.0, and it forces me to restart. It is probably related to the fact that the linked account is banned, but i dont know what to do. Its been more than a year and Ive missed so much webstore stuff including that free r10GA Assisting and killing a Knightfall Trooper times out your battle
This is now the second time this has happened to me in GA. I killed Disguised Clone Trooper and then Appo. I then attacked the Knightfall trooper with Silvo and Silvo killed him. Vane then assisted, attacking nothing, and I was not able to take another turn and the fight just sat there until it reached 0:00. When it did reach 0:00, it did not end, it just sat there again. The only thing I could do was to click the gear and Forfeit or close the game. Closing the game registered the battle, locked my Pirates, and reset the Vader team to full strength.Unable to Log onto SWGOH Store
My SWGOH account is linked to this EA account and I am unable to log into the store. When logging in, I get the verification code, but when I enter it, it brings me back to the login page asking me to retry. I have retried at least 15-20 times. I put in a ticket in game about 4 days ago that has gone nowhere. I have tried unlinking this account to the SWGOH account to try and link it again, and it will not let me log in. I have tried through the game, on my phone internet app, and on both Microsoft Edge and Google chrome to no avail. I am unable to claim any Kessel run rewards, or even look at the webstore. I am able to log into EA just fine with verification codes, and only run into this issue when trying to log onto the SWGOH store page. Let me know if you need any other information from me to resolve this, and I look forward to receiving support.
Cannot change credit card on webstore
When i try to use a new card on the webstore i get the following message "We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment details and try again. Alternatively try an- other credit card or payment option or check with your card issuer or bank."Account swap on PC EA Desktop
For about 2 weeks now i have a problem with swapping between my main amd alt accounts. Im logging out of one account, loggin in with email password to ea desktop to another account, pressing play button, and the game is opening on the same account i was logging out. What i tried: Repair button Clearing Cashe folder in localappdata loggin throu google oauth full exit ea desktop, close all processes re-enter of login password Any of those can work but still i logging to the targetet account in about 5-10 attemt. Is there any workaround for easy account swap? Or can i run multiple instances of EA Desktop?Missing Multiple Orders of Crystals
About two weeks ago I started replaying this game. I made a purchase of $19.99 for crystals and never received them. However in the app when I tried to make the same purchase again I got a message saying that I could cancel the purchase or wait for the crystals to come into my account. After several hours of waiting I selected to cancel the transaction. Yet I was still charged. I thought this was a one off and a couple of days later I made another purchase for $9.99 for crystals. Same thing. I never received them. I contacted support through the game app and provided screenshots and receipts. I was told there was no history of any purchases and that I should contact Apple for a refund. I did exactly that and both of my refund requests were denied twice. I have since disputed the purchases with my bank but I am extremely unhappy that EA took my money and didn’t give me the crystals that I BOUGHT! A couple of days ago I tried again to make another purchase for crystals. This time for $4.99 and again I havent received them. I have contacted EA support through the game and they keep saying the same thing even though I have produced PROOF that I was charged. Apparently there is no history of purchases on my account and for that reason they just keep closing the chat. I’ve had about enough of this. I have tried contacting EA support online and they say to contact the support via the app, which again, I have done at least 4 times. I am out $34.99 and have absolutely nothing I paid for and that is just WRONG! CAN ANYONE HELP ME!
Didn't get KX Droid $30 Bundle but got Charged
Hello, I purchased the $30 KX bundle from my IOS device, it said purchase was successful and charged me $31.64. I did not receive any crystals or bundle rewards. I hit restore purchases twice in game and nothing. The bundle in store is still showing up as something I can purchase. I am missing out on daily rewards due to this as my KX would be 5* as I am currently at 41/65. My ally code is: 431638517
