Help me recover my account
Good day. I need your help. Please help me restore access to my account in the game SWGOH(star wars galaxy of heroes) In October 2025, a child picked up a phone, logged into the game, went to the "Delete Account" section, and deleted the account. Lagging making game unplayable
The lagging and choppy play since the update is simply making the game unplayable. I've lost every GAC match since because of timing out so many battles that should normally be wins. Every fleet arena mirror with what should be a 100% winning team is a race vs the clock now. There are some teams that are fully unbeatable for me now because the normal battles would take 4+ minutes to win typically, and I'm lucky to get half the turns now because of freezing and lagging. If this doesn't get fixed relatively soon, will probably retire for good. It's not fun playing a game with losing half the battles being baked into the outcome because the gameplay isn't capable of accommodating winning.Mace Windu Bug causing all sorts of problems
I've encountered a bug where the tutorial for ships and crew begins with forcing me to select Mace Windu via the endurance and then it just ends, and going back to the home screen begins the tutorial cycle again. I found a workaround by favouriting a bunch of the ships and it works, but now I'm running into a bunch of other issues that seem to be related. Other tutorials are not appearing anymore. (e.g. after unlocking the galactic war table none of the tutorials appeared) Locked out of Windu and Tarkin Fleet Commander Training despite meeting the requirements. Can't do any of the journey guide battles. (the battle button will do the animation and sound but wont take me into the battle) It seems to be a sequence issue where the game is still stuck on the Mace Windu tutorial but I don't know how to fix it. Hi. I don’t know what to do, I left a comment a few days ago but am yet to get a response. I completed all the tiers on the Jabba the Hutt galactic legend journey guide but I’m stuck on 320/330 shards. I have read online that it happens sometimes to other players. I was wondering when are they going to fix the lagging issues with the mobile version since the update I can't enjoy my game I lost my last GAC cuz of it its so frustrating I don't have a computer and don't want one ive been playing on my phones for year's and never had this problem please do something about it ill stop playing until they fix the issue thanksJourney Guide Bug
I'm trying to start Journey Guides - Specifically for Thrawn. I've met all the requirements and the "Battle" button is green but when I click on it, nothing happens. I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. I'm also still getting the automatic prompts to go into the ships tab for Home One every time I open the game. Any thoughts?
Lagging game
I have since around one year problems with lagging game. It stops working in the Cantina and battles for 5 to 10 seconds. Thats not okay. Chatgpt says that the solution should be an easy to manage patch from the developer. Others in my guild have the same Problem. I have a Google Pixel 8 up to date. With iPad and iPhone seams it to be without this fault.Coliseum daily rewards
I was talking with a guildmate of mine and the discussion came into Era currency. I was wondering how long it would take to get the LSTs as I had only gotten 440, whereas he had over 1500. We have placed similary on the coliseum, similar scores and I was so far behind him. Then we realized, I had never gotten the daily rewards, which I thought would come like once a week all at once, but it seems like you are supposed to get them daily. I ask you to investigate what can be done, as I really hope I didn't invest in the era character for nothing. My id: 527636812Cant install the app and cant even fill out the help request form
Trying to install the EA app and I keep getting an error message saying there isnt enough space even though I have 210gb available in the target drive. On top of that when trying to fill out the help form it asks "what platform are you using" and nothing I type in will give an acceptable response.
