Applye Keyboard not typing in game
I’m using an iPad Pro 13inch M4 with an apple Magic Keyboard. When I try to type in any of the proper text areas, nothing happens. The keyboard works fine. I can use the touch pad for scrolling and the mouse. But typing does not work. I don't know if this is an Apple issue or not. Anytime I try to complete a purchase on Aug 9th, I am receiving a purchase not completed error. I tried this with the conquest accession pack or crystal pack. I had no issues a few days ago with the previous conquest accession pack.Leviathan Bundle purchase error
Hello. I bought the Leviathan Lightspeed 2 Bundle a few days ago from the webstore. After payment, i got an ingame message that there was an error, and got crystals in the value of the purchase instead (about 5700 crystals). The Leviathan bundle is now still in the shop and it says my purchase is being processed. Will I still get the bundle? Or am I stuck with the crystals I didn't want?PC Client screen fracturing
I'm running into issues running the game on the EA app on my laptop, after a bit the screen just kind bugs out making the game unplayable. It has been happening since I downloaded the ea app and deleting/reinstalling, clearing the cache, etc. haven't worked, I just have to close the game and open it again, means I can't do TW, TB, or GAC on my laptop because I risk just randomly losing the ability to play. I've been super busy today and only finished my daily quest in the last 5 minutes before midnight, but when I went to collect the last of my rewards it gave we a message saying "Daily quest have reset. Your account has been granted unclaimed rewards, and a receipt has been sent to your inbox." Despite there still being a few minutes left. I went to my inbox and it only has the episode point and credits for one of the quest, but I had two unclaimed and the rewards for completing all the dailys. So I am missing the 300 for 1 daily and the 1.6k for completing all the dailys plus whatever crystals completing all dailys gives, but im not to pressed about that. Is there something im missing here? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I need these points to keep up with everyone in coliseum I have attached images to show my completed dailys, the message it gave when I tried to claim them, my inbox and the quest screen to show that it did not give me enough era pointsLost mods
I lost a large number of equipped mods after Error 9.25 on May 5th, 2026. Support partially restored only unequipped mods but confirmed the issue. The majority of my mods are still missing after 3 months. This has severely impacted my gameplay and progression. Can someone from CG please review this case again?Been working with EA "Help" for a week now to recover an account
I have been working for a week now to recover an account that I have spent thousands of dollars on. I created a new account to message in game and I have been given the run around for the last week. I have given proof of multiple purchases, ally code, email previously attached to the account etc. Each new agent asks me to provide the literal same information and then ignores me for the rest of the day until a new agent comes into the chat. I need assistance in recovering my account. Please help, this is getting ridiculous.
