Fleet Arena issues ,claim not working,
I had a problem with not being able to claim my completed daily objective yesterday Finish a Fleet Arena fight, which i have finished, then i also tried forfeit, then i even played not on auto and finished the fight also. Nothing worked it did not gave me CLAIM ability and also cause of it i could not CLAIM ALL MY DAILY OBJECTIVES rewards. Has anyone else experience this yesterday and when will we be compensated for this issue. Also there is a huge problem with support EAHelp in Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes it kicks me out of the app and wont let me write anything.Additive Drops Not working properly
My Zeb Orrelios (New Republic Pilot) is already at 7 Stars. However, during fleet energy spends in this Additive Drop event, I am still receiving his character shards alongside few Aeromagnifiers. Kindly refere to attached image. I did total 15 sims (3x5) but received very few Aeromagnifier and several Zeb shards. Please look into this and confirm if the drop pools for players who already completed Zeb Orrelios (New Republic Pilot)are functioning as designed. Thank you.Missing Territory Battle Rewards
I did not get Territory Battle Rewards for the TB completed 10/18. I raised this issue in in-games EA help. Not sure if the responses and inquiries in there were from bots. I haven’t received any responses from them since the day I raised the issue. I did not leave guild, so that is not the issue. Any support is appreciated. ThanksUpdating the game over mobile data
Why can I download the entire LOTR trilogy over my data, but 84mb is a deal breaker? I have updated and installed multiple games and apps over my cell data and never had an issue. Why is SWGOH different? I have given the game all the permissions to download over mobile data, but it ALWAYS stops with 11% left. This is beyond frustrating when I work 14 hour days and the only time I even look at SWGOH is while I'm in the parking lot, waiting for our transportation to the work site, where there's no wifi. This is beyond frustrating
Fleet Completion Not Registering for Daily Quests
I'm adding to the list of issues already reported concerning completed fleet battles not registering as completed for Daily Quests. I used 100 crystals to complete all 5 fleet attempts and still no luck. I am unable to complete my dailies for the rewards. Please review. Thanks!Quest reward for fleets broken
I did 5 fleet battles none registered since taking down Arena. I can’t get the reward. I just diminished my 5th battle to move from 3 to 2 and earlier from 7-3. I am currently at 2. But no quest reward trigger and therefore I don’t get the all quests completed. Im hoarding Crystals for the next Bonkers event. Please puff puff give rewards. Thanks
Inactive guild leader. Change request.
Our guild leader has been inactive for over 2140 days (yes, I know...). I am an officer still actively managing a best i can. Can someone change my account to leader. I tried requesting through the Android app but it errored out on the bot and I couldn't see how to enter a ticket on the Web site.. Do you need anything else? Thanks Edit: removed user code. I'm on PC and the button to link my account so I can claim my Kessel Run rewards is just not there. At the time of typing this I've been in contact with EA Support for five hours now and nobody has helped. I've gotten shuffled between seven different people and have been completely ghosted by this point.Ghosted by EA Help Team
Good afternoon. At the end of the most recent SWGOH ERA event, along with other rewards, I was supposed to receive 5 lightspeed tokens for reaching certain milestones during the game. Particularly having all the ERA Characters at 5 stars before the end of the ERA, and complete the ERA assignments/events. I submitted a help ticket in-game. (Which is still sitting open.) For a few days the help team kept asking me to describe the issue, provide screenshots, give account information, verify account information, etc. When I finally satisfied all of their needs they said thank you and they'll look into it. Then everything went quiet. I waited several days, then started asking for some form of update. Every few days I return to that ticket and ask for an update. Nothing, silence. It has now been 15 days since the ERA ended and I am still met with only silence. But the ticket remains open. Attached are a few screenshots from the conversation. Please respond to this with information on how to proceed?Keep getting connection issue
Every since I upgraded to One UI 9.0 I have had connection issues. I can connect to the game on my wifi at home but if I'm fighting a battle at home it doesn't finish. I can't connect at all anywhere in Austin if I'm using my cellular data. I've had no problem with my cellular data in other cities or playing the game on my work wifi.Conquest Pass not granted.
Hi, I purchased the conquest pass at the start of the event. I was charged the £9.99 however I received a message saying that the content would need to be processed which could take up to 72 hours. I have still not received the pass after the 72 hours, I have tried the restore purchases button which hasn't done anything so I am reaching out here to see if I can get a resolution. I have proof of purchase and can provide any details needed. Thanks
