Unwanted Purchases
It appears my account had been accessed without my permission from a different device and the unauthorized user purchased approximately 12 Old Republic faction packs from the in-game store. My crystal inventory was approximately 17.6k and when I logged on later in was 9k. I'm assuming they bought 12 packs to mess with me. I saw several Old Republic character shards in excess when opening the Shard Shop store. I did not redeem the shard shop currency hoping these transactions can be reversed. I am trying to launch it on pc but everytime i do it crashes my pc internet speed and comes up with a message to reload or exit, ive tryed running diagnostics on my pc, over clocking, deleting and reinstyalling both the launcher and the game, this does not happen with any of the other higher demand games i play and its really annoying so if someone has any idea of how to fix this i would really appreciate it.9Views0likes0CommentsTitle: [MAJOR BUG] 40,000 Shard Store Tokens t
Disappeared Overnight - Support Unable to Help Post Body: Hello CG / EA Support, I am reporting a severe technical issue where approx. 40,000 Shard Store Tokens vanished from my account between the evening of February 18, 2026, and the morning of February 19, 2026. My balance went from ~40k to exactly 0. Evidence of the Bug: Advisor Adriane officially confirmed that there are NO transactions in my logs for 40,000 tokens during that period. Technical Constraint: My characters are already at 7-stars. The game mechanics prevent me from buying their shards in the store (the button is greyed out). Therefore, it is physically impossible for me to have spent 40,000 tokens in one day. Post-Bug Functionality: Since the reset to 0, the store has been working perfectly. I can earn and spend NEW tokens. This proves it was a one-time database sync error/wipe, not a local device issue. Despite these facts, EA Help closed my case stating they "cannot find logs of the loss." If the tokens are gone, but I didn't spend them, the loss IS the bug. I am a long-term, loyal player and losing months of progress (40k tokens) to a system error is devastating. I am asking for a developer or a community manager to look into this account-specific database error and restore my currency. Dear developers, if it is possible, please add some sets to the "GIFT" section. Currently, the gift section only includes crystals and LSB. Yesterday, sets for improved modules were released, but they are not available for purchase. Additionally, many sets, such as the signal set, are also unavailable. Many players wish to purchase various sets, but we are unable to acquire them due to various reasons. In GAC today I had just about completed winning my battle when at 2:30 minutes remaining the attack buttons disappeared. The turn order showed it was my Leia’s turn. I could select other things on screen but even hitting auto battle Leia just sat there. the counter got all the way down to 0:00 and then just sat there. Battle never timed out. Whenever I enter a Grand Arena battle the asset download screen comes up and is stuck at 84/84mb - 100%. This appears after I select my attacking team, before the battle begins. I let it sit like this for around 30 minutes. Then I went to my main account (same device) and was able to complete my Grand Arena without issue. Switched networks then went back to my alt account and attempted another Grand Arena battle and was met with the same bug as before. It still shows as an attack attempt was made on the defensive team and my characters I brought on the attacking team are removed from my available roster, and since this is a new account, I do not have the roster of teams to continue attacks. Losing one GA match-up isn't the end of the world for me, but not even getting the 10 banners for first attempt will mean I won't get any rewards for the round. Okay, maybe it's just me. But man the lag is even worse than last time it happened after an update. Completely unplayable, and I mean at all. Even the cantina page is at like 2 fps. Worked great an hour ago, finished updating and bam, unplayable. And why, oh why are you always doing those **bleep** updates smack in the middle of ga and TB? Every single time man. Gonna lose crystals again, just like last time. I play dragonheir, fps on my phone, not at max settings true, but medium, with no lag at all. How can a game about collecting characters with no crazy graphics require so much resources. God dammit, try to fix it faster than last time please, so that I don't drop to kyber 2 again. Took me years to finally reach kyber 1. And what am I talking about, I can't even get to do my daylies, I can barely open the store. Wth man Edit: nope, not just me.
