New renewal quests not appearing until previous one finished?
I'm not entirely sure how it works but the quests usually pop up in batches of two as far as I've realized and if I have one left over from yesterday it doesn't give me two new ones but one new one and keeps the old one. Happened to me when it didn't recognize I joined a guild and I didn't want to exit it because of territory battles to rejoin so the same quest stayed for a couple of days and it's happening again now when I have the quest to fulfill a guild member's gear request (they simply aren't requesting any). I don't want to miss out on any of the rewards so I'd like to know if this is normal or not. Ally code: 521-382-728Can't Log in, Stuck at Patch download
Hey GoH team, I have been trying to log in for two hours now and I've been stuck at 80% loading for the majority of those two hours. I'm trying to log on through PC, deleted my EA app cache, relogged onto my internet but everything else I've been online doing before and since has been fine, including submitting this. I have no solve and am going to miss nightly reset and waste a bunch of energy, am I alone being stuck here? Is there a known bug?
Profile theft
Someone has stolen my SW:GOH profile. Support isn't responding, and while I wait, an unknown person is playing and spending my resources. I still have access to the profile via the mobile app, but I can't link the game back to my profile—it keeps throwing an error. What should I do now?Coliseum loaned era units levels
Its been over 2 weeks, going on 3 and im STILL missing loaned era unit levels from the calendar. Day 1 it glitched out and never gave me my initial levels. Posted on here multiple times and have gotten nothing in return. Tried the in game help and they told me the issue was resolved but that was a giant freaking lie, the issue was NOT resolved. Im still missing my unit levels. Im getting screwed over in coliseum because of it Ally Code 336-419-7591MARA JADE SKYWALKER BUNDLE 1
I purchased the Mara Skywalker bundle 1 in the webstore. After logging back into the app on my iPhone I noticed I received the 30 shards and loan unit upgrades but not the MK 1 modules or cores. Which is the reason why I purchased the bundle. I’m stuck on level 56 and the additional MK 1 gear would allow me to level up my toon. Happy to provide additional information. Please advise and thanks in advance.
Gift Shop Missing?
Hello! Just wanted to find out if there was a announcement or update published somewhere that I cannot find about the Gift Shop being removed? I cannot see the Gift shop tab on my PC version or my Mobile Version. But I could see it before, cause I seen the Lightspeed Revan bundle and wished I could gift it to myself. Only now there is no Gift shop anymore. Is that happening for everyone or is there something going on with mine that needs an update? Went to log in today and I got the message "This account has been banned for repeat offences". I have no idea what it refers to, I have never had any warnings and have never done anything against the terms. I'm now out of my guild, missed the new raid launch and have lost 100s of hours of gameplay. I filed a form to appeal but it says you do not get informed of the outcome or reasons. Anyone know how long it takes to resolve this?Main Account got unbinded
I recently created an alt account through PC client and EA (on an alt EA account). When i logged into it on my phone, i think that alt account highjacked my main's google play account as it now leads to the alt account instead of main, as well as the guest account, which now also leads to the alt (somehow). I now have no access to my main from any device and i also accidentally disconnected it from my main account (this one is my fault as i think i accidentally clicked it and it didnt really register in my brain what i did) I contacted EA Help in game through the alt account and they've been... well responding once a day asking for more and more info. Its now been 5 days and im missing marquee shards and datacrons. If anyone from the dev team can help, id really appreciate it. What i have done in the chat with EA help so far: Provided my main's player id, ally code, screenshots of recent transactions from both google play and email, as well as created a new account on my main's EA account at their instruction and provided them this player Id as well (so that i think they will replace it with my main, but im not 100% sure why they made me do it). Am willing to provide all of this information to a developer here as well, but obviously dont want to just post it here for privacy reasons. Please help, i am missing yoda shards catching up on which will cost a lot of money/ resources and all of the datacron farming, its been like 5days already.
Not receiving Loaned Unit Upgrade Tokens
I purchased the 30 shard and 100 shard packs for Yoda (Dark Side Vision). I received everything from those packs except the loaned unit upgrade tokens. My loaned units are at LVL 47 when they should be closer to LVL 56. Can someone help me with this, please? (I’m not sure if I’m mistaken or not, but I know that the Mara Jade packs had loaned unit upgrade tokens in them) Ally Code: 616-613-563
conquest sector 5 boss fight hangs
I've started the very last boss of conquest twice and the PC game hangs each time. During an attack the unit stays in the middle space and everyone stays in their idle animation til the clock runs out. First time was JTR and second Maul. It allows me to forfeit so it's not fully frozen or crashed, it just won't allow me to continue and complete the battle.Applye Keyboard not typing in game
I’m using an iPad Pro 13inch M4 with an apple Magic Keyboard. When I try to type in any of the proper text areas, nothing happens. The keyboard works fine. I can use the touch pad for scrolling and the mouse. But typing does not work. It used to work so I’m not sure what update caused the problem.
