Cannot enter webstore
Since shortly before the Anniversary update, I cannot enter the webstore. I enter my email, get the code, and enter it. Then it goes to login but then returns to the main menu with the Login button instead saying Retry. There is no shown error code, and happens regardless of device (android).Slice a bundle - error: ref. #OFFERNOTPURCHASABLE

So far no response whatsoever. Maybe a little help: I've noticed that the price i need to pay is different then the actual listed price. No fault of mine.... yet this prevents me from buying (or atleast the option to buy) the bundle. So once again: ANY HELP/ SUGGESTION/ FEEDBACK????Account Recovery Help
I've tried EA support, but they are not helpful. I had a device disaster and I have lost access to my second account ( I was running it from a second space on my Android phone). It was not backing up, at all. I thought I knew the email address, but it seems I was wrong. I paid for many packs using paypal so can confirm transaction details. I can also confirm the credits, ship credits and crystal amounts on the account. Todays Zeffo task started off at tier 2 and not tier 1. Also playing tier 2 it took over 2 hours to complete to 100%. I ended up playing with auto on. It took 15+ minutes to achieve 1%. Luke was 4 stars and level 33. It feels unless I pay for upgrades this activity has no beneficial rewards to move Luke levels up.Fix the game!!!!!!!!! You are a big joke.

Your game is unplayable due to the freezing or lagging during pvp battles. I will lose this Gac round because of it. Your game was fine before relic delta. If you needed to incentivise higher relic levels, why not just increase the stats more between relics? Or add a speed boost. Hopefully you will get rid of relic delta because this really sucks right now!Lagging making game unplayable
The lagging and choppy play since the update is simply making the game unplayable. I've lost every GAC match since because of timing out so many battles that should normally be wins. Every fleet arena mirror with what should be a 100% winning team is a race vs the clock now. There are some teams that are fully unbeatable for me now because the normal battles would take 4+ minutes to win typically, and I'm lucky to get half the turns now because of freezing and lagging. If this doesn't get fixed relatively soon, will probably retire for good. It's not fun playing a game with losing half the battles being baked into the outcome because the gameplay isn't capable of accommodating winning.Mace Windu Bug causing all sorts of problems
I've encountered a bug where the tutorial for ships and crew begins with forcing me to select Mace Windu via the endurance and then it just ends, and going back to the home screen begins the tutorial cycle again. I found a workaround by favouriting a bunch of the ships and it works, but now I'm running into a bunch of other issues that seem to be related. Other tutorials are not appearing anymore. (e.g. after unlocking the galactic war table none of the tutorials appeared) Locked out of Windu and Tarkin Fleet Commander Training despite meeting the requirements. Can't do any of the journey guide battles. (the battle button will do the animation and sound but wont take me into the battle) It seems to be a sequence issue where the game is still stuck on the Mace Windu tutorial but I don't know how to fix it. Hi. I don’t know what to do, I left a comment a few days ago but am yet to get a response. I completed all the tiers on the Jabba the Hutt galactic legend journey guide but I’m stuck on 320/330 shards. I have read online that it happens sometimes to other players. I was wondering when are they going to fix the lagging issues with the mobile version since the update I can't enjoy my game I lost my last GAC cuz of it its so frustrating I don't have a computer and don't want one ive been playing on my phones for year's and never had this problem please do something about it ill stop playing until they fix the issue thanksJourney Guide Bug
I'm trying to start Journey Guides - Specifically for Thrawn. I've met all the requirements and the "Battle" button is green but when I click on it, nothing happens. I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. I'm also still getting the automatic prompts to go into the ships tab for Home One every time I open the game. Any thoughts?
Your update caused LAG
Dear Capital Games, your update has caused severe lag in essentially all game modes: Squad Arena, Fleet, Territory war. One can assume GAC will experience lag as well, so not only do we have to deal with relic delta, we now also have to deal with serve game lag. The lag is making the game almost unbearable and not enjoyable it has costed me personally matches I should of won in territory war, and I suspect it will cost me in GAC I am certain am not the only player to experience this, I think that CG should compensate it’s players for these technical issues.
