Imperial Troopers not counting toward Journey / Anniversary Quest
So I'm at the Journey/Anniversary Quest that says, "Defeat 50 Imperial Troopers with Mon Mothma Present." I fought LS 6-C, which has about 10 stormtroopers, plus DV at the end. I used Mon Mothma, Jyn, K2, Cassian, Bistan, and an ally Princess Leia. At the end, I was credited with only 1 defeated Imperial Trooper toward the quest. CG, if you're going to make quests about defeating X units of Y faction, this needs to work intuitively. I don't know if the "campaigns" PvE enemies don't have proper faction tags (at least 1 did?) or if something else is broken. Please fix this, at least for the future. I have no idea now what PvE enemies will count and what won't.Fehlermeldung Webstore
Seit geraumer Zeit bekomme ich immer eine Fehlermeldung mit R2-D2 im Fehlerfenster im Webstore wenn ich versuche Sachen zu kaufen wie z.B. den Episodenpass. Ingame funktioniert dies problemlos aber dann geht mir ja der Bonus ausm Webstore flöten. Bis vor paar Wochen war dies immer problemlos möglich. Kann mir jemand helfen? I purchased the GAS permanent lightspeed bundle, today, through the Journey Guide "Shop for Requirements" on GAS. I selected the bundle and purchased it. It immediately said there was a billing error and closed the game. I restarted the game and received a message to my inbox stating there was an error and that I was being reimbursed as best they could, which was for around 7,000 crystals. Unfortunately, I did not keep the message. I don't want the crystals, I want the General Skywalker Lightspeed bundle with all the characters and ships. I have not used any crystals. I am getting so tired of writing these messages I am on my 7th one. IM HOPING that maybe this can get some attention. I have been sending these messages for 2 months trying to get my characters THAT I SPENT MY MONEY ON! This is just ridiculous, if you see this please boost it so maybe I can get some help. Can someone direct me to where I need to go to receive what I purchased? My Ally Code is 171487662. Today I purchased the 15 dollar calendar offer and my game immediately crashed (Ability Mat Blitz Calendar, image below). When I logged back in the game gave me 2,080 crystals and apologized. The issue is that the calendar in-game value is WAY more than 2,080 crystals and is what I agreed to purchase. Last week I purchased the Moff Gideon lightspeed and states... "omicrons included"... and I only get one omicron. I know that EA has posted on this topic and is going to do something about it, but thought I would bring it up as this is two purchases in a row :). I’m going to lose GAC now cause the buttons disappeared and I couldn’t even submit it at the end to try to salvage anything. Why do I even spend money on this game? I've tried EA support, but they are not helpful. I had a device disaster and I have lost access to my second account ( I was running it from a second space on my Android phone). It was not backing up, at all. I thought I knew the email address, but it seems I was wrong. I paid for many packs using paypal so can confirm transaction details. I can also confirm the credits, ship credits and crystal amounts on the account. I’m not trying to change anyone else’s gameplay but can a tech support staff show me how to disable Coliseum? It breaks cannon and I’m having an increasingly difficult time enjoying, everyday. Today I finally got paid and decided to buy the levi LSBs. I've managed to get Levi 2 and Malgus but when buying Fury, both the webstore and the game has decided to tell me my bank card is empty and I don't have the funds (I do), either due to a card issue or the game itself. With 20 minutes until expiration and £80 wasted on bundles that are useless without Fury, I am oh so desperate to find any kind of solution.
