Cannot start the game anymore - stays in downloading files forever
good morning I had the problem already after the last update, where it hung during download for days. It now worked for a while without any problem but It started 2 days ago that the game did not pass the "loading cantina" stage again immediately before the new event started. I've tried several times (with wlan and without), I've deleted and reinstalled. Till that time I always stay in the downloading files section in the beginning. Is there any way to fix it? I run it on IOSERROR 9.0 - connexion with EA account
Hello, I can no longer log in to my SWGOF account. My account is linked to my email address and, more importantly, to an EA account. When I try to log in, I get an ERROR 9.0 message repeatedly. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game several times. The in-game support advised me to abandon this account and create a new one. I don't think it's right to force players to link their in-game account exclusively to an EA account, and that EA itself isn't able to help when there's a problem. My progress is exclusively tied to an EA account, and now I risk losing years of gameplay because of EA's policy.... Could someone from EA help me log in and recover my account? Thank you. Hello, yesterday, December 9th, my account with ally number 716-553-654 was banned. I'm getting desperate because just a few days ago, I had to contact technical support because my second Google account, with ally number 773-794-144, had been hacked. We were able to resolve the issue since there had been unauthorized access attempts. I don't know if it's all related. I've already changed the passwords for both Google accounts. Please, I request the release of account 716-553-654.Please help, it's been 7 days since the original post.

The money was debited after the purchase, but the characters from the set still haven't appeared in my inventory. The store also stopped offering special promotions. Can you help me with this? Unable to view any content that include real purchases
Need some help with this if anyone could please, Since I ported to PC I've been unable to view any ingame content at all that includes real monetary purchases. This includes the episode pass, conquest plus and paid offers in the store which just don't show up, the crystals page in the shop shows up with the error message "unable to proceed with request as it is not in line with EA requirements" as seen in the pic below (I have also gone to the link it has not helped). Free offers like bonus calendars also do not show up and the tiered packs with free and paid tiers DO show up in store but they only lead to an endless loading screen if I click on them. I thought it might be because my account was still underage, so I updated it but to no avail, I also think account age isn't a factor here as I've always been able to view paid offers in my many years playing the game with a previously underage account. Anybody had this problem before? And if so do you have a fix lol please. Any help is appreciated thanks! :DColiseum % Rewards Not Received
Hello! Yesterday, I cleared 99% of tier 3 (68,662dmg), and did not receive any of the % clear rewards. Today's fight started on tier 4, and I cleared 12%, and did not receive the 10% reward. Working with modules takes a lot of time and resources and needs to be improved!
Dear developers! do something about choosing the correct characteristic when calibrating the module! it's frustrating when an unnecessary parameter is selected again when calibrating the speed! and this can happen up to 3 times for the same characteristic! the cost of calibration is an expensive waste of materials that doesn't guarantee the desired parameter! in addition to the fact that it takes a lot of time to manufacture modules and materials to improve their quality, only one or two modules out of 100 may be suitable!working with modules is a whole routine and a separate game where you have to constantly think about it! As the number of characters grows every day, everyone needs their own modules! Understand that a person's life is not as long as updating modules! Therefore, please simplify the development of modules and resources and come up with something for calibration! It's not fun to play Russian roulette with modules!Slice a bundle
Following on from the BB8 lightspeed package and not receiving, now I've not been given the slice a bundle that I've paid for. Will be reporting to them to trading standards and possibly depending on what citizens advice recommend seeking legal action as despite me seeking in game help I've still not heard anything back from the supposed helpline! Cannot Load game past main splash screen
Whenever i try to Start the Game I get an error reading "Error unable to connect to EA servers. please check your internet connection, make sure your platform client is online and try again Please see EA.com-/unable-to-connect for more information." It then says to either exit game or restart. When I restart, the process repeats, so i have to close the game. this issue has been precising since August! I'.m furious that i cant play this game anymore, and that my brother has been able to get 7 more relic amplifier characters, while Ive been stuck here.
Ea game’s problem
Hi there this outcome that ea games has with players playing Star Wars galaxy of heroes is ridiculous and players waiting for rewards etc what is happening besides they should be rewarded now I played the events to unlock dark trooper moff Gideon Reva grand inquisitor baylon and legendary tano dark Rey didn’t get 330shards and I have played to get storm trooper Luke and ig90 same thing happened no shards come on ea games it’s Christmas every one should be getting rewarded from yourself at ea games?
