Bounty menu undiscovered
Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor Platform:Steam-PC Summarize your bug The bounty menu is undiscovered after finishing chapter 3 "On the trail" mission How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game until after chapter 3 What happens when the bug occurs? The bounty menu stays "undiscovered" and I am unable to start the whole bounty hunters subquest What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to see the bounty hunters menu and find bounty hunters in the game I completed the mission in chapter three with Caij cutscene, I also had the pop up explaining how bounty system works. Nothing stranged happened, i didn't die during the fight and I scanned the bounty hunter. However, when I tried to open the menu the bounty panel was still "undiscovered". Later I went to the saloon and talked with Caij until she was out of things to say, but the menu was still blocked. I am able to use her shop and I have the first puck. I have an active rumor telling me to talk with Caij, but she has nothing to say. Finally I went where the first hunter is supposed to be, in derelict dam, but he is not spawning. [INFO] Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition content
I Pre-ordered Jedi Survivor on April 27th at about 8:00pm from Best Buy. I didn't get the game code until a little after midnight, but didn't see it until this morning (about 7:30am on April 28th). I put in my game code into the EA app on my PC. After I started playing the game and reached the customization section, I didn't have any of the pre-order bonuses that were supposed to come with the game. I’ve Deleted and re-added the game numerous times, tried 2 different physical copies, tried the digital version, I’ve ensured both my console and game are fully up to date (even with todays patch upgrade to .003). I’ve tried in performance mode. I have cleared my cache a number of times, rebuilt my database, renewed licenses, factory reset my console twice now. I still cannot get the game to work. CE-108255-1 error. What do I need to do to play this game. I can play Hogwarts Legacy, Kingdom Hearts 3, and Spider-Man just fine. It’s only this game. How often does the bug occur? I'm having the same issue. Have you found a work around yet? Are you getting a crash report that says "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000000"? I've tried re-installing to a different drive, I've tried running as admin, I've tried re-installing EA VIa Origin. I've tried validating files, and I've made sure all drivers are up to date. I cannot find any reason why it won't work. An article I found said that it's trying to access information that doesn't exist. Hi, I purchased the game and entered the activation code to redeem the title. The code was accepted yet the title isn't showing up in EA Play and keeps asking me to buy it. Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor Platform:Steam-PC Summarize your bug During regular progression through the story, i ran into a lightsaber cosmetics bug on Koboh’s shattered moon after having retrieved the crossguard upgrade. For some unclear reason, after having saved and shut the game down and after the latest major patch, i dont have the Hermit lightsaber components anymore whenever i use the weapons workbench. Its not a game breaking bug, just a bit more strange and annoying to lose bonus items like this. I hope there’s a known solution or the issue is being looked into. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simply play through campaign until the lightsaber crossguard upgrade has been installed, save, leave the game and relaunch, followed by using the weapons workbench anywhere else but on Koboh’s shattered moon. However, if the latest patch for the game had any effect, that may affect how easy it is to recreate the bug. What happens when the bug occurs? The Hermit lightsaber components completely disappears from my collection of components in the weapons workbench user interface. What do you expect to see? Your game failed to launch. An error on our end caused your launch to fail. 10minutes past start time, game has unlocked. Have restarted app, checked files but always comes back with same error. having an issue getting the game to launch. the game was preloaded but when trying to launch it this morning the EA App minimizes like it's going to launch the game for about 10s then it reappears and the game doesn't launch. it doesn't give any error messages either for why it won't launch (bar one step below) stuff I've tried to no avail to resolve this is the following 1. repairing the game: library>star wars jedi survivor>manage>repair>after repair finished reboot PC>attempt to launch. 2. EA App recovery: top-left menu>help>app recovery>after EA App closes and reopens rebooted PC> attempt to launch. 3. switched off VPN> tried to launch. 4. Disable antivirus> tied to launch. 5. tried to launch the game with admin permissions. - this one actually gave an error when trying to launch "Your game failed to launch, double-check your connection or try again later" 6. Uninstall both the game and EA App> reboot> reinstall both the EA app and game> attempt to launch. 7. tried 1-5 again after having reinstalled both the app and the game. drivers are all up to date and my PC more than exceeds the requirements win 10 pro CPU:i7-13700K GPU: RTX 4080 RAM: 64.0 GB Is anyone else having this issue or have any other suggestions on how to get the game to actually launch?Solved7.5KViews6likes103Comments
