Jump and Dash Glitch doors will not open.
I have a problem with the part that you get the jump and dash… there’s a glitch at part.. The doors will not open. There are similar cases that’s been going on for months and still not solve right now. I am stuck in the game. Y’all don’t have no more checkpoints to go back. I will hate to start the game all over again. Please help me.
Singing Ruins soft lock
Hi, After getting the dash forward ability in Jedha Singing Ruins, I got stuck and couldn't progress. A door blocked my way, and I couldn't forcefully pull or push through it. I play on PS5 Pro. I have already tried to reinstall the game without luck, and unfortunately, I don't have a previous safe file with a different checkpoint. I'm soft-locked! Please help.
Unable to stream jedi survivor on xbox one
My girlfriend is trying to stream jedi survivor on her Xbox one but she keeps getting a notification saying that it doesn't allow streaming. It's nothing to do with her Xbox settings as she streamed the whole of fallen order and I know that jedi survivor can be streamed as I did so on my series x. We've tried searching for an answer but nothing helped. Does anyone know what might be wrong?
Stuck at 'Align Arrays at Koboh Control Center'

Summarize your bug In ‘Align Arrays at Koboh Control Center’ the game crashed then mission critical assets were missing. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Crash the game after fighting the room of enemies but before interacting with the podium. Potentially auto saved mission progress registered the doors as closed but failed to save the three door lock assets with it. What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashed after clearing the waves of enemies as I entered the array matrix room but before I interacted with anything. On reloading the save file the bridge had appeared, the podium had disappeared, the three arrays had stopped spinning and were aligned, but the three lock assets for Cal to rip off are missing. The locks and the podium appear on the map, but not in game and the door cannot be interacted with, opened or passed. What do you expect to see? In the Alignment Control Center on Xbox Series X, after rotating the central antenna to the correct alignment, the platform appears correctly, but the door at the end does not open or render. This prevents any further progress in the game. Restarting or reloading does not solve the issue.
When will the pre-order "Hermit" bonuses finally be available for everyone?
Hi EA, I think I speak for many players when I say it’s really disappointing that the pre-order exclusive content for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor — specifically the “Hermit” lightsaber, Hermit outfit, and blaster — is still not available for those who didn’t pre-order the game. The game launched on April 28, 2023, so it’s been well over a year now. Many of us were hoping these bonuses would become purchasable or unlockable after a reasonable period, just like you did with Jedi: Fallen Order — at its one-year anniversary you made the pre-order bonuses available for everyone. Can you please let us know when you plan to do the same for Survivor? Lots of players are asking for this — it feels unfair to lock these behind a pre-order wall forever, especially for completionists who want the full experience. Please give us an update! Thanks.
Poor Textures
Game looks like a PS2 game presently. I started a new game and right off the bat the textures are very low resolution. GPU: RX 5700 XT CPU: i7 12700K Game worked flawless for me when I installed it at launch. Don't know which patch has messed things up but it's unplayable while my eye-balls are melting and retreating to the back of my head. I realise there are other threads about this but i have to vent.Loading Gantry Bug
When doing the main story line, there are a couple of bugs in the Loading Gantry (PS5). The first is when crawling across the wall grate with the electical charge, the character assist to clear the electric charge on the wall grate is missing, and so is the dialogue. You are able to crawl under it and continue. After doing the following wall runs, the droid enemies are absent on the following platform. When you go around to the single wall run to jump to activate the grappling hook, the icon does not appear and are unable to span the gap to the next wall/ceiling grate. Unable to continue main storyline.
Game doesn't have any textures
I've played this game at launch and it ran smoothly all the way through. I've enjoyed it so much and i wanted to play it again. Today i've reinstalled to replay it and i just can't have any texture on the game and it is all polygons. It's unplayable, despite all the changes i make to the graphics settings. As i've said, i've played this game before on Epic settings and i play all my games at that settings and i never run into any issues. FYI, my PC specs are: . Playing on the PS4 version. I have already completed the Path of Conviction but didn't pick up the upgrade next to it. I have finished the main story and went back to clear up the collectibles and the seal if back over the are that unlocks to get the upgrade and there is no way of getting through it.

Reinstalled my computer even. All drivers are updated. Have it on Steam, worked ok in the beginning, then maybe 5-6 months ago it stopped launching ok and ended in a crash. Now, I want to keep playing it, but cant get it to start. Uninstalled/reinstalled game. Verified files. Updated GPU driver... No third party overlays, discord, steam etc. Reinstalled the whole rig! Same crap. WTF is wrong with your game EA? FIX IT, it is a AAAA Game and it should not be this crappy. So many seem to have similar problems but I can only see silence... Hi there just downloaded jedi survivor on pc as it was £15 on cdkey type website its not the steam version. But whenever the game pops up a hint and the tameplay freezes so you can read what it says ....theres no way to go back to gameplay, the muscis still playing yhe the box with the hint in still has the rorating white light going around it I mamaged once by pressing all the keys on the keyboard together lol but its not doing it now
Pilgrims Sanctuary
Door is glitched in the Singing Ruins area. I had already completed this portion but had to do a system restart shortly after. Once back in the game it started me after the cut scene with Cere to unlock the dash, but the next door was shut. Since the door has to first be opened from the other side, the game is registering as if I never completed it. Not sure what to do.Lucrehulk Core unable to dash through green blockage
I've searched to see if anyone else was having this dilemma in the Lucrehulk Core. I am playing through the main storyline still, I have gone the route that involves dashing through a green barrier and instantly battling a couple battle droids and heavy hitting bedlam raiders. Bode helps with this. Next room after a hall is a couple droideka, then an easy pile of battle droids before we find ourselves at an area where we use binoculars to look about and see zee and it trigger Bode's plan and he flies off. Here I am supposed to go through what I assume is a jumping around puzzle to join Bode somewhere but when I double jump and dash, Cal just hits the green panel like it's a wall and dies every time. For the life of me, I haven't figured out a way for him to get through. I'm playing on PS5, I tried the streamed version, downloaded version, quit the game, loaded somewhere else on koboh and went back....still stuck. :( Please help!Star Wars Jedi Survivor Crashing on Launch
Hey just bought the game as I wanted to try it out even though it is kind of outdated. Launched for the first time and crashed during the Lucas Film Logo. Now it usually crashed/freezes during the Jedi Survivor Logo, cant get this to work. Have tried many different solution and scoured EA Forums but nothing has seemed to work. Pease Help.
