When will the pre-order "Hermit" bonuses finally be available for everyone?
Hi EA, I think I speak for many players when I say it’s really disappointing that the pre-order exclusive content for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor — specifically the “Hermit” lightsaber, Hermit outfit, and blaster — is still not available for those who didn’t pre-order the game. The game launched on April 28, 2023, so it’s been well over a year now. Many of us were hoping these bonuses would become purchasable or unlockable after a reasonable period, just like you did with Jedi: Fallen Order — at its one-year anniversary you made the pre-order bonuses available for everyone. Can you please let us know when you plan to do the same for Survivor? Lots of players are asking for this — it feels unfair to lock these behind a pre-order wall forever, especially for completionists who want the full experience. Please give us an update! Thanks.
I think I got bugged in 100 Priorite Shard Achievement
My map shows I got all Shards but I only have 99. And I checked Basalt Rift, scavenger droid kept appearing ( where orange dinosaur sleeps, very lower part ). So I killed scavenger droid multiple times with refreshing with meditation, but it drops nothing. As far I know, scavenger droid should not appear again once I kill scavenger droid. I doubt that this scavenger droid did not dropped priorite shard but it recorded as achieved. <- with a support comment, "be careful. I have tried numerous restarts, reinstalls, meditation, etc., all to no avail. A lot of operations on Koboh are glitchy. I cleared the area, came upon a glitch where I was supposed to dash across a wall and leap to the other side, but I died. I am unable to get a screen recording of that part. It's after the "nothing to see/inspection" scene at 8L-055. The droid and the storm trooper are invincible and their attacks have no effect on me. I returned to the area, the elevator won't return and let me continue.Bugged scrap droid won't drop pyretic shard
Scrap droid on kobah basalt rift area, available for the first time on the objective reach the forest array, I have killed him probably 40 times in many different ways trying to get it to drop but it won't. Tried it on new gsme plus and as well by deleting saved data and restarting fresh. Still no luck. Last shard I need to complete the game. Any help or ideas? This game at the moment is broken, every time I move, fight or throw lightsaber, especially throwing lightsaber the frame rates drop massively ans the Gane lags, it hurts the experience, hurts the fun and hurts my eyes. EE it's been hard reaching out to u. Plz fix this mess

After I fought the boss the first time in the Rehabilitation Centre called Dagan Gera I respanwed and tried to get back into the room to fight him again but the door wont open and i cant use the mini bot to slice the thing can i get some help please Ive tried to load previous saves and ive reseted my ps4 and the game
Trophy issues
So im trophy hunting and I'm 2 trophies away from platinum but I can't achieve "I'm a living Legend" trophy I've played through kill all the enemies and have then scanned but not has popped up, I'm walked away then returned to the game months later the try again and still nothing has changed is there anything I can do?Jedi survivor : Singing ruins bug
After gaining the dash ability in the singing ruins I died a few minutes after. I have spawned behind the doors you open while in the chamber and no matter what I try can’t get back in to continue the game or fast travel to a previous save point. This has been really fun and I dont want to have to restart it all over or delete it. Does anyone know any solutions or how to get EA to send out a patch? It looks like this issue came up last year but has still not been fixed should I just give up?
Controller issues when entering fights
Hi I've been playing the game for a couple of hours now and noticed whenever i enter a fight my controller doesn't work anymore it get's stuck and nothing happens. When i'm running around in the open map no issues at all it only happens when i enter fights. I always have to disconnect my controller while fighting and reconnect it for it to work. When i'm in small fights i have time to do it but once i'm in a mob fight or boss fights or such i have no time to reconnect my controller , it's really annoying as hell. I'm using a PS5 controller on steam (and steam input is disabled) And of course in all my other games i have no such issues
Help on Nova Garron
Hey guys, as the title suggests I am stuck on Nova Garron. Right after confronting Bode shortly before I can enter the hangar to fight the enemies in the hangar where I meet up with Merrin, the last door does not open for me. I was able to go through it once and saved but somehow the game sent me back anyway to Bode’s chamber. I tried almost everything, went through every accessible area and I’m still stuck in front of the door. I even glitched myself in some areas, but still got blocked at some point. It seems like this door is the end for me here as I see no way of getting past it:/found a solution to the stuck jedha door ofter the mid air dash. PC only
Go and download wemod (https://www.wemod.com/download) follow the instructions and turn on debug menu, this will pop a new menu in the options of the game right of settings, there I used an older back up and lost a bit of progress but that better than nothing. I suppose you can use other of the debug options but that work well enough.Jedi Survivor - Doors of mantis stuck
A few days ago I went a second time to Jedha, to do some side missions. (so the bug should not be related to story progress). I am at the moment something like 75% trough the game. After the side missions (visited the 3 tempels, and got he uprade to see treasures on the map), I went back to the Mantis in the hangar in the Jedha archive, because I wanted to fly back to Koboh to continue the main story. But I can not. When I come to my star ship (the Mantis), the door of the Mantis does not open. (It glides open partly when moving away from the door - at about 20 m distance - , and then closes immediately again). I tried all kind of tricks, travelling to other meditation points, entering the hangar from the desert by foot, restarting the game, change graphics settings to low...nothing helps. I contacted EA support - they could not help me at all, just handed it on to the developers for some patch maybe at some point in the future. I got quite frustrated, basically my game is broken, I can not travel in the galaxy, and the savepoint system is designed as a single savepoint. No manual saves, that I can go back to an older save file a few days ago. I was persistent - at some point, jumping around, and dashing, suddenly I was in the Mantis. Doors now closed from the inside. I traveled to Koboh. At Koboh all doors are now still locked. I could not exit the Mantis. As well the door to the Cockpit is locked (but I can just walk trough). I saved at the Meditation point in the aft of the mantis, and re-spawned. Now the game dropped me outside the Mantis on the landing pad. But now I am again locked out from my starship. And the error is exactly the same (door opens partly when 20 m away, and then closes immediately again). See attached videos. Does anybody have a fix for this, or has anybody similar difficulties? Actually I got another bug too when visiting Jedha now for the second time (before I had no bugs at all). When I interact with a force echo (collectable databank entries), after the Animation of the force echo, Kal stays in some "locked"/"Listening" mode. I can not interact anymore, not fight, not jump. I can only run around. But I can not even interact with a Meditation Point, to safe the game. Also frustrating, I can not collect force echos anymore. Somebody knows something about this second bug? (EA support could not help me again)
