Everything changes
When I play Jedi Survivor everything is fine but When I close it and plays again everything has changed. Cal is in a different avatar, the lightsaber, BD-1 and the blaster is changed to random. I have tried delete and download but that dosen’t work. I have tried starting the PS5 again. Also my opponents are much stronger, they take me in 1 hit What should I do?
Excessively dark shadows with raytracing disabled.
When I run the game with raytracing on, everything looks normal but due to my system specs my framerate is limited. When I disable raytracing however, the shadows in the game are too dark, near pure black, I have tried reinstalling, updating shader, and changing all of the settings related to lighting and shadows and still have the same issue. Included are images of the same scene with both settings, the darker of the two being the one without raytracing.
Watermark on my Screen is not going away
So I am currently playing Jedi Survivor and there is this Watermark in the upper middle of my screen and its not going away. It is driving me crazy but nothing seems to work. Im playing on PS4 and i‘d appreciate it if anyone has a permanent solution besides turning off the HUD
Game in slow motion
I have played through the game once. A few weeks ago, i restarted it in the journey+ option. Everything has been going well until this morning. The game is in slow motion, no matter what i put the graphics in. I have double checked other games, including fallen order and have no issues with any of them. I have tried to even restart this game from the beginning. Still it is in slow motion. Any ideas on how to get this back to normal play?Jedi Survivor keeps crashing
Hello, Last time I played Jedi Survivor (Christmas 2024), I had no issues. Yesterday I started playing again and, after a 1-hour session, the game crashed, reporting the following error: "LoginId:1f9fae20ef19c071c2e3158db9bd5d26 LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 686] hr failed at D:/depot/r8branches/r8release/Engine/Source/Runtime/D3D12RHI/Private/D3D12Resources.cpp:534 with error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED with Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" After the first crash, the game either crashes immediately when entering an encounter with enemies, or it lets me wander around for a few minutes before crashing. The longest playtime I achieved since the first crash was 10 minutes, but as soon as I made a quick travel to another area (I completed the campaign and was hunting for collectables on Koboh), the game crashed. Looking online, I've found many "solutions", mostly involving a DWORD (32-bit) that I needed to add via Registry Editor, turning down Raytracing (I'm on a 1070, so Raytracing is off by default) and disabling AMD's Fidelity FX. The first time the crash occurred (after the 1-hour playthrough), I immediately turned off Fidelity FX to no avail. The Registry Entry didn't seem to have any effect. I'm running the game as Admin, but it still crashes. What am I supposed to do to run this game? I've attached the crash report from my last play session.
Bug in the mission 'retrieve contact codes from the archive'
Hello, I would like to report a problem I've been having with the game Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. I'm playing on PS4. In the mission 'retrieve contact codes from archive' where you're playing as Cere I exited the game during the cutscene with Darth Vader. Then when I started the game again, the room had changed and the button I had to push to start the cutscene was gone. So now I'm stuck. Darth Vader doesn't appear and I didn't fight him yet. I've contacted EA support, they told me it was a softlock. None of their tips like deleting the game and then downloading it again or updating the system/game worked. Did anyone come across a similar problem, or does anyone know how to fix it? Would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. I've attached a photo of the part where I'm stuckForce Lift/Slam not working
First time I get to the point in Jedi Survivor where you obtain the ability to lift and slam, the moves do not work. When I try to do slam, I just keep jumping even though I am holding the right buttons and with lift I preform my jedi ability attack. I have restarted the game and died in order to see if the bug would go away but nothing happened. It just gets stuck Every time. It happens right as soon as you are to use the abilities for the first time right after the cut scene
Achievements No Longer Unlocking After Disabling "Share Usage Data" in EA App
Hi everyone, I'm experiencing a long-standing issue and hope someone can help. A while ago, I disabled the "Share usage data" option in the EA App. After doing so, I noticed that achievements stopped unlocking—both in the EA App and on Steam. I later re-enabled the data sharing, but achievements still don't unlock, no matter what I do. This issue has been ongoing for over two years, and I’ve tried everything I could find online: reinstalling the EA App, verifying game files, syncing accounts, and more. Nothing has worked so far. It seems like something broke permanently when I disabled that option, and the normal achievement functionality hasn't returned since. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows of a fix, I’d really appreciate your help! Thanks in advance.
Jedi: Survivor white screen flashes when turning in-game camera - PS5
Playing on PS5 Pro and surprised of getting this issue since it’s supposed to be a PS5 Pro enhanced title. Whenever I turn the camera, there are always white flashes that disappear quickly, like some parts of the image have not loaded fast enough. I’ve seen this problem reported online quite a few times, but it’s still here. Can someone help / Can this be patched?Anyone had an issue loading save game data?
Well my star wars jedi survivor will not load save data. I click on the save to load. Screen goes black and game crashes. I have tried clearing cache. Resetting the xbox. Reinstalling the game. I changed gamer profile.I started a new game under a new save and it loads fine but my original with 40 hours of gameplay wont load. I even bought an Xbox series x an improvement over my Xbox one x and still no luck even after trying all these fixes again. So far EA has been absolutely useless in helping. Anyone have this issue and fixed it?
Jedi: Survivor Crashing on Launch
Just purchased Jedi: Survivor on PC... Every time I launch the game... the game crashes immediately upon opening. Not sure what the issue is. I have cleared the cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app. Has anyone else experienced anything similar or have some solutions to my issue? I am all ears. PLEASE helpGame freezes at renovation site
Right at the begining of the game on Coruscant where Cal falls from the pipe, the game freezes on me. It’s right as the game shows how to slow down multiple enemies. I’ve uninstalled and re installed the game but no matter what I do, it always freezes there. I’m playing on xbox series s. I’d love some help if anyone has an answer to this. Thanks!
Poor Textures
Game looks like a PS2 game presently. I started a new game and right off the bat the textures are very low resolution. GPU: RX 5700 XT CPU: i7 12700K Game worked flawless for me when I installed it at launch. Don't know which patch has messed things up but it's unplayable while my eye-balls are melting and retreating to the back of my head. I realise there are other threads about this but i have to vent.Jedi Survivor Button Bug
I'm replaying Jedi Survivor, and in the past 3 days this has happened to me five times. I will be playing the game and everything is working fine, and then all of the sudden either the right bumper button or the map button will just quit working. I have to quit to the main screen and reload the game in order to get the buttons to work again. This is on Xbox series X.
Scavenger bot priorite shard bug
I’m still stuck with the last priorite shard missing for the platinum. A scavenger bot in Koboh in respawning every time I enter the zone without dropping the priorite shard I need. I’ve seen that it’s not a new thing and a lot of people suffer from this. I would like to know if someone has found a solution or if EA is at least trying to fix this **bleep**Missing Jedi survivor deluxe content edition
I bought it from steam. Gotta tells you that i first played it on Xbox game pass then i want to own it permanently so i did. On steam. deluxe edition too but its not showing up. Any of them that included in the pact i got none of it. the lightsaber the outfit BD cosmetics. Nothing. I've been contacted EA help and Steam support allat. They can't do anything about it. And even before contacted them ive been trying to solve it on my own. Everything under the sun (that i could find). This is getting frustrating ngl. i hope this blew up because i needed someone to fix this. (please)
