"Disovery Quest" showing up multiple times.
I've read about this happening to other people but their posts were from August to September. I looked through the laundry lists and nothing was mentioned, and nobody seemed to have a solution other than downloading a mod to nuke the quests. Why is this happening?? I load in, all of them show up on the left. Then on the right the notifications show up five or so times, for each quest. I close them out and then they come back stronger, and it happens more. Please someone have an answer, everything is on sale right now and I really want to play.
Life & Death world not available on Mac
I pre-ordered Life & Death ages ago. I was charged for the transaction, and it shows in the app as being in my library. However, I just made a new sim, and when I went to pick a home world the new world for Life & Death is not an option -- the last world available is Tomarang. Has anyone else had this happen? How did you solve it for a mac? I currently have no mods running.
My Ghost has become floating teeth
My sim who is a ghost just completed his unfinished business and got the burning soul trait. When that happened he become completely invisible except for his teeth. To interact with him I have to click on the teeth. I thought it I reloaded it would fix it but it didn’t. I do have MCCC installed right now. I couldn’t find this when I searched the forums but I apologize if it’s already been discussed and I didn’t see it
how to reset batuu progress?
so in one of my saved gameplay files i kinda had two of my sims who were having their batuu progress, one of them is resistance whereas other is first order (and yes another one which is the smuggler role sorry i forgor whats it called lol) is there a way to reset their progress (likedeleteor factory reset or some sort), like with cheats or without cheats?
For Rent changing lot types to Generic all the time
Hi I've gone to try and buy a residential rental as part of my game but every time I download a lot of the gallery the game is changing the lot type from Residential Rental to Generic and then refusing to accept I have a rental lot. I cannot then change the lot traits for each apparently/unit and the whole For Rent idea fails. So if I by a lot, it comes up as Residential Rental, as a building downloads and places you see the individual units appear but once the game places the unit the lot becomes Generic and the rental fails and doesn't appear in the list of rentals in Live mode. Please look at the images which show the squence of the issue. I've tried to repair my installation but that hasn't fixed it and I don't know what is causing it to fail as I do not use any Mods that link into the For Rent system. I've never encountered this issue before the Life and Death update / pack (which bought along with Lovestruck at the time time) so assume something in one of these may be causing the issue? Any ideas what the issue may be and how I can fix it as this is something I want to play with again but cannot at present :( Klaireswitching to sims 4 xbox to pc
I was thrilled to finally dive into The Sims 4 on my PC, anticipating all the fun and creativity I had on my Xbox. However, I quickly encountered a frustrating and disappointing issue. Despite using the same account, my previously purchased expansion packs and other add-ons were missing from my PC game. The library remained unchanged, yet all the content I had spent my money on was nowhere to be found. This confusion and the lack of access to my purchased items have significantly diminished the enjoyment I once had with The Sims 4. It's disheartening to see my investment in those add-ons go to waste, and it certainly takes away from the immersive and fun gameplay experience I was used to The whole experience has been a letdown. I was looking forward to enjoying my favorite game on a new platform, but instead, I've been met with disappointment and inconvenience. It's incredibly discouraging to not have access to content I've paid for, and it makes me question the reliability and support for cross-platform gaming. Overall, this situation has taken away the excitement and pleasure I once found in The Sims 4. I hope that this issue gets resolved soon so I can fully enjoy the game again.sims cannot try for baby or woohoo
I've had this problem for a few weeks. My sims cannot successfully try for a baby. I tried using the even on key line lot trait and fertility massages. every time my Sims tries for a baby it says unsuccessful. I've attempted this with multiple households and it doesn't work with any. I've also noticed the woohoo option is not available even with 100 love and friendship. I had the UI extension mod in my game (the only mod I was using) I removed the mod and repaired the game. the option still hasn't came back. any help or feedback would be appreciated.My Sims just aged up autonomously! Help!
I'm on PC, no mods, no CC. I'm playing the Parenting Predicaments scenario with the Martinez family and have been for at least two days. The kids just got home from school and immediately aged up into teens and it wasn't their birthday. I'd finished Aspirations with both of them and was fine about it. Then it got weirder. The mother, Jennifer, who was a Young Adult with 19 days before she was supposed to aged up into an Adult - she aged up into Adult autonomously! As soon as this happened I paused and I can see Age Up is queued for the father, Pablo, as well. I'm including screenshots of that. I'm also literally unable to cancel the queued Age Up. Help! I will not be opening any other Saves until there is a fix for this.
Week 6 Social Event Goal
This isn't a question, just an observation. When I was at the end of the event and had to Host a Social Event with goals and rewards, I used the Calendar to plan it. My twin's birthday was coming up, and I figured that would do the trick. It did not. Come to find out you have to read the fine print on how to host the event. It will ONLY work if you use your phone > Social App > Plan a Social Event. It was only then that it counted towards the Grim Reaper's goal. I'm not sure who needed to read this, but here it is. Ravenwood Issue
hey all, I'm the type to look at all the lots in all our worlds we have and find the best looking one and idk about u guys but I Love the plot in Ravenwood next to the river and next to the face mountain, my biggest issue however is I cannot play on this plot lol. I was able to look at it once and since then my game seems to be broken? I've tried to open my game and close it multiple times and I've tried multiple ways to have my family move into the lot and try to play on it but it never works, i can only build on it, not play. severely disappointing. hoping this can get boosted and talked about because I love that plot and want to live next to the river. Every time I try to play on the lot it says "this game failed to load. Error code; 110:d5ee1fd3:b62296ec. It is recommended that you relaunch game" thanks all
Impossible to pay the rent
I have a rental with a PNJ who owns it. The family renting an appartment has recieved a warning that theyhave not paid their rent and that the owner will take their belongings. The problem is that I did not receive a request to pay and I cannot pay either on the phone or the mailbox. Qhat can I do?
