"split from household and move" phone option
I'm not sure if this goes in here or technical but I've been playing in my forever world and i recently aged up one of my families and are trying to move two of the children out (they are young adults) but the split from household and move option in the phone is missing for them, i just checked one of my other families and they have it, any idea why idea why its doing this?
New update and updated mods
Hello Sims team, Sorry if this bug has already been reported. Knowing that there was a new update, I waited a couple days before updating anything (including mods). Today, I decided I wanted to play so I updated my mods first, then the game. Activated my mods and restarted the game - plumbob loading screen was fine and then just a black screen. Now, I can't deactivate my mods, and removing them from the folder has done nothing... How do I play my game? Thanks in advance for your help!
Beards appear on all my female Sims
When I'm in game there is a beard on all of my female sims. I didn't place this beard on them. When I go into CAS to check and make sure of this, there's no beards on the female sims. Yet, once I enter my game the beards are back on female sims. Yes, I use cc, but when I remove them from my game the beards were still on my sims. [CM edit - CAPS in title]
Can't Remove Water Fountain Effect
I've been bust renovating a property (located on the Key Point lot in Sulani) - since removing some fountains at the front the game is still producing a water fountain effect as pictured in the above screenshot. I've been trying to get rid of it and tried various things but to no avail - it's driving me nuts - has anyone experienced this before and if so any ideas of how to get rid?
Where are my buildings?
Ever since the next to last update, there were times I'd go to another lot and there wouldn't be a building on it, including game created lots. It's as if all of my worlds have become open worlds. Prior to the last update, I could go back to a previous saved game and when uploaded, the missing lots were replaced. Now, my game says "autosaved," which was turned off as soon as the update happened, and I can't go back to a previous save to recover my lots. I have never used mods or CC, so I should not have any issues, as far as those are concerned.error in sims?

Hi I bought and downloaded the Get Famous Pack a while ago and I was able to play on it for a long time. I stopped playing for several months, I don't know the exact amount of months I was gone for, and I decided to login today. When I logged in, I saw my Get Famous Pack was gone. It wants me to purchase it again :(cant click on my sims??
hi so ive had this roblem since the new update where i cannot click on my sims and theyhave no autonomy even though its enabled. ive updated all my mods, moved my mods folder deleted the cache file it tells u to delete and repair the game, then doen the 50/50 method with my mods and still nothing. i have tried it on other saves too the only ''sim'' i can click on is the pets. im really confused please help. (i use mods and i am on pc windows)
Shady Acres Sims have trouble getting on and off lots
I just moved a large family into the Mayor's house in shady acres. The welcome wagon came and ended but the people would not leave. they ate all my food and even started sleeping in my beds. I even fought a lady but she would not leave nor would the other guests even after i locked all the door. My child gets stuck in front of a neighbors house after coming home from school and i have to walk her around the curved walkway and down the street before she can make it to the house. i went to visit the neighbors house and found i couldn't leave their house either. i went to play a household in another hood and the issue was not there. anyone know how i can fix this? I think it's the world that is causing sims to get stuck. very frustrating cuz its beautiful up there but i cant be traveling to another lot via phone to get these people off my lot. thanks to anyone who can help.
birthday cakes
my sims cant make any birthday cakes anymore. there isnt even a option to bake a cake. even if you learn them more backing skills. there is a oven , room enough to make.. but there is just no option to make one... even if i trow a party there is no dj and no catering who will join. looked in my other families and no where i can make cakes anymore, or buy cakes what happend and how can they celebrate there party now?
Packs not installed
hello I bought sims4 pack lovestruck and Enchanted by Nature and i redeem the codes when i click add on i see them but they are not installed i tried to manage and somehow they are not there when i open the game i went to collection and writing in grey not installed and checked the file location i moved it into the same location of the game still not work i did a lot of repair ,clear cache and uninstalled and reinstalled and NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Has something happened to infants?
Playing a new save, my sim has been trying to get her infant through the milestones. Day 4, when normally the infants have learnt to sit up, crawl, dance, my sim has only just got her daughter to sit up. And the milestone isn’t registering properly as she still can “practise sitting”. Is anyone else experiencing this?Packs not appearing in-game
I have tried everything (restarting, uninstalling & reinstalling, trying to look for my collection and unable to find it) and more. However, my Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy Expansion Pack and other games purchased the same time frame, are not uploading or showing once I start my game. I use the EA game on a PC. Can someone please assist me with this. Thank you [CM edit - descriptive title]
