Expansion Pack Issue
So I finally updated my game and have had my first big issue one of my expansion packs got deleted and it is saying I don't own it. How do I fix this? It's the get to work pack which I have had forever one of the earlier packs I bought I've had Sims at the Dr working there and the scientist career but now I all of a sudden "Don't Own It" 😑Good vampire aspirations bug
Hello I play on ps5 so therefore I am unable to download any mods or cc and etc. As of late I have experienced a bug regarding the challenge of not drinking without permission for 14 days. I was at 11 days n then all of a sudden it went to 0/14. It also stays 0/14 no matter how many days go by without drinking. How do I fix this because her husband was able to do this aspiration and complete it with no problem. I cannot finish this challenge with it being stuck please help me!
Todd doesn't show up as the apothecary vendor
Hi! I've been trying to get Todd bac as the apothecary vendor, because he was unnassigned for some reason by the game and a random NPC is doing that job. I tried giving Todd the career back via cheat using his ID and everything, but still a random NPC is working there when I load the neighborhood again. I even tried removing the random NPC's career to no avail. I'm getting very frustared, because nothing works and the random NPC is NOT who I want to be as the vendor. Is there any other way to fix this?
Couple Sims sleeping
Hi everyone, I've been having an issue with having my couple Sims sleep. It seems they will only sleep in bed if I make them cuddle and then click "Go to Sleep Cuddling". I have no issue with them cuddling, but I have to watch them so I can click on them to have them sleep. I feel if they should be able to sleep, regardless of if they are cuddling or not. I've seen other people have similar issues where one Sim will get out of bed if their romantic partner gets in too, but my issue is that the second Sim won't even get in the bed. They'll just stand there. I've tried without mods and still have the same issue.This will sound crazy...
I've recently deleted my mods and cc to figure out an issue regarding not being able to play households in my saves. THEN, when I opened my game, I thought it would not give me a lot of trouble, though every time I go to play said save(a vanilla no cc and mod save), it'll give me a long loading screen (not that I mind), then it proceeds to close itself. I've tried repairing it, uninstalling, and reinstalling the game, etc.Household wont load
Everytime i try to load my household i get kicked back to the world menu i tried repairing the game didnt work had all my mods and cc updated didnt work removing them didnt work starting a new save also didnt work it has been three weeks now since i last played and im honestly sick of it i just want to play but nothing i do seems to work.. hope it gets fixed sooncareer, skill and occult progress lost. Also builds won't save anymore.
Since one of the August patches (not the latest but before), I got an issue with my saves. Before this patch, I could play fine. Now the issue is this: 1.My builds won't save. 2. My sims lost all their progress in their skills, occult ranks and careers. 3. Many times a household doesn’t load and you get kicked out to Manage Worlds. I read many players got these issues. There is an issue with the Commit step, that makes saving the game not possible anymore. I won't buy anything anymore until those major issues are fixed for the game is not playable anymore. Please help.
cant load household, boots me back to map without an error code
i’ve been trying to load into my sims game for a while, but haven’t been able to. i’m able to load into the game up to the main menu, and am even able to choose the world i want to play in as well as the lot. however, i do play with mods/custom content, but have gone through my very extensive mods/custom content folder to make sure everything is updated or removed. it occurs when i load into any of my saves —not just the one i want to play in— and i don't get any errors. i repaired my game as well, but that has not worked either. if someone could please help, that’d be great! i really want to play ts4 :( i have attached the last exception i got as well. last exception
Cant Delete Stairs????? (+ infinite saving screen)
(I'm sorry if this isn't the place to report bugs, I don't know where else to complain lol) I was just building and I placed a staircase on my lot to test out swatches. I can't delete or sell it; when I try to drag and sell it, it acts like I'm trying to place it elsewhere (although it doesn't move from where I first placed it), and when I try to use the sledgehammer icon it says "nothing to delete". I now have a staircase in my front yard that I cannot get rid of lmao, and my game won't shut down because I hit save 5+ minutes ago and its still giving me a saving/loading screen. sos </3
Sims won't jump from base game diving platform/board?
I don't think this is a mod issue but I'm wondering if others have experienced this issue. My sims..all of my households it seems will NOT use the jumping platform/diving board thing that is already in game. The homes are not on any platforms or anything crazy there. The pools all seem plenty big enough. Plus when I put the board in game...I make sure to do so within the allowed green grid marks. Still my sims will not use it and instead wave their hands in the air. When visiting a public pool lot...I will often see NPC kids and others using those boards but again MY sims will not. Is this a bug??Keepsake boxes stuck in inventory
Hi, I’ve been having an issue over the past few days where I can’t drag keepsake boxes from my sims personal inventory. I’ve search how to solve the issue and most say to inventory purge them, but I don’t want to delete them (10 generations of collections). I have also tried moving lots, gifting them to sims, repairing my game, deleting cashes and even putting them as an heirloom… still nothing. When I try getting the sim to “place in world” they just reset and it cancels any actions in the queue as well as any sims near by. I have most packs and no mods or cc.Exception error when choosing the 'fertilize all' option
When choosing to fertilize all I got an exception error, it was fine when fertilizing individually. I play with mods, but tested vanilla and still got the exception. I play on PC. It was suggested I report this just in case it is a new game bug. Cannot launch game with Businesses and Hobbies installed.
Unsure if anyone else is having this issue, but I just got Businesses and Hobbies and suddenly my game is on a continuous launch loop. The game just wont launch, I click play, it opens to try loading, and just brings me right back to the EA app. My game works just fine when the pack is uninstalled, but if i reinstall, back to the loop. Ive tried: Please note I do not use CC or Mods Following the current crash bug tutorials found in the EA forums. Fully uninstalling the game, reinstalling. Repairing countless times. Deleting my save file that I spent countless hours on (RIP) Going completely insane trying to figure this out. The only solution I have found is to uninstall B&H and playing without it, which is not fun because I JUST bought it and can't use it. Any help is appreciated :)LastCrash on going on vacation
Had a crash on going on vacation to Granite Falls. Might have been because it was a long game session, might have been because of other apps running. Doubt it's because of the mods, as I've gone to Granite Falls with the same mods installed. Here's the last crash file:
