Xbox, Sims 4, completely unplayable. Constant crashing.
Insert 12 pages of expletives. Call the EA team every insult that ever existed ever could exist. Angry violent threats. I just spent the last few hours since about 6:00 until about 12:30 working on a small house. A very realistic structurally sound, priest cottage. Prescott if you will. It look s really good and simple. I was putting the final touches on the building itself before I add the roof and then get to the landscaping. It was something that looked decent that I was happy with. Something I even considered starting a new character just for that it looks that good. I go to save it just in case, during the save immediately it crashed. And I lost all my work. So I'm a little bit more than pissed off. I am in shock I am in depression at this point. And it's your fault. You give people false hope false expectations false advertisement and it really insert 12 more pages of expletives, pisses me off. I haven't seen anyone do my level of work either on a console or a PC, ever. Some people get a little close but when you really look at it it's not even really. Let me give you examples. Do you know that the curtains that don't fit on the windows naturally there's a way to actually make them fit? Do you know you actually can build a house directly underwater? I've got tons of things that I've done that I've not seen anywhere else. Including bioluminescent characters The list goes on and on. So I am very very irritated. One of two things are going to happen. I'm going to post this everyday until someone answers and gives me a viable reasonable rational and logical solution so I won't ever have to go through it again. Or I'm going to tell you to expletive off and say the hell with it and then never again. I literally have almost every DLC and I wish I could have a refund at this point because it's completely not worth it if the game doesn't work. When you have your hopes crushed over and over. I'm a disabled vet and it's a little bit of enjoyment I thought I could have since I can't do things like this in real life anymore. The depression because of EA's BS makes me want to be just as destructive as the game is, just as destructive as EA. I am severely disappointed I literally can't think straight. It's one **bleep** thing after another with this **bleep** game. Lost after loss after loss for year after year after year. I don't think I can take it much longer. My abusive exes was less trouble. At least I could get something out of them. I would rather get into a fight with another five people, last time I did that I won at least. You can't win against this kind of b******* though I can't take it anymore man it's just not f****** worth it. Yes I already know your anti-American and anti-god. You don't care anything for the US Constitution. You honestly would do a favor to the rest of the world if you just close your **bleep** doors and your company goes bankrupt. We wouldn't miss you in general, we would adapt and overcome and those that you have done wrong would feel justified at least. I hear the stories all the time and it's been going on for over a decade. I don't know what hurts worse you hurting me or knowing that you hurt other people. Go bankrupt close your doors so someone was going to at least have closure. Do something different if he actually had good customer service and actually knew how to talk to customers without making them go through all this crap. That would be something different if you would actually respect your customers and put your money where your mouth is like giving them refunds. I think I'm going to tell you to f*** off because I don't care anymore you're not worth my soul. You can't be trusted to do anything right otherwise I wouldn't have to say all this, the same kind of things that everyone else has said that has had any trouble with you. Admittingly you know I'm actually being nice considering all things that can actually be done. I need to go and recollect my thoughts redirect we construct whatever. Thanks for the agony, deceit, manipulation and whatever whatever etc etc what a waste of my time and life. When you look at it for what it really is it shows that you're nothing but a demonic company. I really really really tried to find the good try again and again and again give you guys the benefit of the doubt over and over and over and I just I can't I've got nothing left except just barely to survive the next moment and I'd be damned if I want to give you that.Xbox, multiple issues.
I was told to repost here. Working backwards from the latest issue. Graphics are horrible. It's getting hard to tell where one thing ends and another begins. Frequent crashing. It often takes two or three tries for the game to actually load. When it does finally load it crashes at random times. Doesn't seem to be anything specific. It seems to crash quicker and more frequent than it takes to actually load the game. Loading screens are no less than 5 minutes and so far on average almost 30 minutes. Going from one section to another is on average at least 2 minutes. Missing traits. I use and had one sim for a very long time now. At one point he almost had all the traits. Didn't realize they were gone until recently. I was wondering why he was acting weird. Using console commands to add them back doesn't work anymore. I have almost all the DLC. I have already tried multiple restarts and refreshes. The only thing that had seemed to work the first time I ran into this. Was to delete every lot that I wasn't living on and every Sim that I wasn't using. So A wasteland of a Sim game.
xbox live mode
i play on an xbox one so i have no mods therefore i dont understand why im having issues like this but everytime i do switch from build/live mode, try to travel, or even take photos i return to live mode with no controls, can’t see my sims needs/moodlets, time etc. completely unable to play the game. another bug i have is my game freezing .. but only freezing on my side; the game keeps on going at its pace and doing whatever but i am unable to save, select sims or select objects. fix this cause apparently you just did a big bug fix but i have more now ??
Sims 4 parent hood pack
I bought this pack ages ago and I went onto the game yesterday and I no longer have the pack it's very strange it's saying I don't have the pack and to pay for it again it's very frustrating when I paid for it and now it's asking me to pay for it again when I 100% paid for the pack
Game freezes while choosing appliances for kitchen in build mode
I just started playing again after a year or two and started with a new game on my Xbox series x. For some reason, while I’m in build mode, the game completely freezes when I either select “appliances” from the general build menu or “stoves” in the objects by room menu. I looked on the known bugs and didn’t find this particular one. It’s odd because I can place other things as well— just not stoves! Odd! Any ideas?
Vacation Option Gone From Phones and Computers
After I purchased Adventure Awaits, I lost all access to the vacation worlds. I can’t plan a vacation either from the phone or the computer on all saves. The only options I have now are: Travel, Volunteer, Split From Household, Move Household, Plan a Fitness Retreat, Plan a Getaway, Plan a Romantic Competition and Plan an Outdoor Kids Camp for phone. On computer the only options I have are: Buy a Vet Clinic, Buy a Retail Store, Buy a Restaurant, Buy a Residential Rental, Volunteer Activities, Move Household, Split From Household and Move, Adopt, Start Will, Sell Horse, Plan a Getaway, Plan Funeral, Have Science Baby With…, Have Science Baby as Single Parent, Hire a Service, and Place Ad for Roommates. Absolutely no vacation option anywhere.
Sim profile and entire bottom panel disappears after using build mode.
I’m on Xbox and have had this issue for a while but recently it’s been happening more and more often. When I close BB mode, the panel at the bottom with all of your sims info, traits, needs, etc. disappears completely and there is no way to get it back. I have to completely reload the game. When I do try to go to main menu, the screen goes white and just plays the loading music on a loop so I have to then close the entire game to play again… kind of annoying when it comes to playing rags to riches, having children and having to redo their rooms when they age, or wanting to just change a few things every now and then.My Get to Work pack is showing not available.
I had to repurchase my Get to Work pack after my husband stopped Game Pass Ultimate. I Uninstalled and reinstalled and it wont Work. I've Uninstalled sims 4 entirely and reinstalled it still doesn't show as available. I've restarted my Xbox multiple times and cleared all data for sims4 and all packs but Get to Work Work. What do I do?
Galley error
Game does not allow me to overwrite or save as new builds that are already saved in my gallery. Of course the newer version of these builds are different especially interior wise but the game just won't allow it. And this also hinders the ability to upload it the public gallery. Examples. I uploaded a penthouse to my public gallery then immediately removed it so I can change the description then tried to upload it again and got the error. I then put it onto a lot and tried to upload it that way but was blocked from overwriting + saving as new which then blocks it from being uploaded to my public profile. I have a build saved to my gallery that I knew I decorated more in one of my saves so I went to it and tried to save it but once again wasnt able to overwrite or save as new. choosing either option again also blocked me from uploading it publicly. I then tried to upload the one already in my gallery and was blocked with that one too. Another build that I wanted to upload but the one already in my gallery was taken at night and I wanted it to have morning pictures so I put down the lot, added a few more things and tried to just upload it straight to the public gallery but was made to choose if I wanted to rewrite or save new . I chose save new which earned me a gallery error again. But this time I was able to just upload the one already in my gallery.
Settings Reseting
Does anyone know when the issue of settings getting reset every time you load on is going to be solved as this has been a thing for months and still on going, the only way around it is to start sims with your console not connected to the internet if you dont want your settings to be resetNo results found on Gallery
Having the same issue. Whenever I try and search on the gallery nothing shows up and I get the “no results found” message. When I view player profiles it has the “this player has not shared any items” message. And checking their catalog shows the “no results found” message. Very frustrating.
Game looks dull and colors have changed
I FIXED IT!! had to go to manage game and turn off auto HDR was on my Xbox last night and the colors looked fine. I get on today and it’s so grey and dull. I reset my tv setting to be normal but the sims game just looks so bad. My Xbox Home Screen looks normal. The pictures aren’t doing it justice because the phone camera makes it look brighter. When I screen shot it on captures it shows up just like it should look. The needs bars are almost orange and light green
