Cant play on PS4 or 5 since latest update in aug 2026.
I updated yesterday and tried to play, works for 2-5 minutes then you get stuck in whatever menu you use. Only option is to press the PS button to get back to PS mainmenu and be able to stop the game. The in game menu option is not available. Please test the game before releasing updates. Another player had the same problem on xbox.
Cross platform ownership
I own several sims 4 packs on my Console and I need them on PC. This is an update simmers desperately need, if you ask why I don't just stay on console is because it barely works. There are so many bugs and console players are left in the dark. This is an update that would change everything! Please EA. I beg you also on behalf of the players who are also making the switch between consoles and pc.
Help with bug issue
I am asking for some assistance. This is my first bug report ever- I am playing on my ps5 and I have two major bugs that are preventing me from playing the game. 1. Random fire in the ceiling when the game starts. 2. The controller buttons won’t work for longer than 5 minutes. Results into having to close the game and start all over repeating the game play until it stops again. im very frustrated it has been a week and i cant play the game.Can't upload my plots to my library
Hey, For 4 days I can't upload my plots to my library. My internet is connected to my ps4, it's not the fastest, but I play Dead by daylight and Genshin Impact with the same internet with almost zero problems. I can access the gallery without a problem, the store of my ps4 isn't full or about to be and I deleted and re-uploaded the game, nothing changed. I've almost all DLC's (I know this causes problems) and the updates, well, are updated. Does anyone has an idea what I could do next? Cuz I can't really play like this. Thanks in advance
Big file lot crashing on ps5
Oh my goodness! I’m having trouble when placing a lot, it’s a huge file, but I have a ps5, every time I place a big lot (64x64), it crashes! And I do have a lot of packs and marketplace items, I don’t know what the issue is. I tried resetting and deleting games from my PS5. I have only 5 games on my ps5, how couldn’t it handle that much?! I have no photos, just games! What must I do, I try doing it over again but it’s the same outcome! It’s been happening since 2024.CAS bug
When I try to make a new game or even use an existing sim I cannot change any of their features. To be more specific when I try to start a new game and I go to click on their face it zooms in and nothing shows up. No presets for eyes, nose or mouth, nothing. I can move them around and every now and then the magnifying glass to the left will pop up to go into the more detailed shaping. Same with clothes, if I click on their chest or legs no clothing options show up. Unsure if there is any issues in the building mode that would be similar I haven’t gotten to play the game. So unfortunate I just bought a $40 expansion pack without knowing there was a bug making the game unplayable.Just walks away
I can't play a sim on Xbox x.ive had this sim along time and is maxed out but game won't let me use him in any new games. I can go to Cas. And use him there but, after moving to New world he disappears by walking away.i can't control him.i can't edit him for being a family member either. Plus Cas says 504 items this player owns huh? I'm on Xbox x so there's no files. Whose problem is this. It happened after I got Ranch life dlc. Plus it happened. After I deleted um reaper world. Please fix this.Gallery Lots Crash Game
I play on PS5 and have quite a bit of DLC - all of the expansion packs, some stuff packs, kits and maker packs etc. My game storage is 98.69GB. Available console storage is 641GB. Plenty of storage available. I've recently (since updating to the latest patch at end of July) have noticed that placing particularly large lots 500kb+ from the gallery forces my game to crash. Not only that, but the gallery in general seems to be very slow and laggy. I went as far as to delete many lots and households that I have saved in my Library - there were a LOT. I've worked out - I can place lots unfurnished, but furnished crashes the game. Afterwards, I was able to finally place a 64x64 lot of 500kb+ size but STUPIDLY didn't save!! My console was powered off and nothing was saved. I've since tried to re-place the lot and every time I do, it crashes. I've recently bought a few more kits - nifty knitting and music den. I can't seem to work out the root cause, but it's DRIVING ME BONKERS! Please help! I just want a big lot that's fully furnished that I don't have to build 😭
Unable to access certain worlds, screen turns white
Whenever I try to access Evergreen Harbor map the screen turns white, this has never happened before. I'm unable to back out, because the screen gets stuck so I end up having to restart the game but I'm still dealing with this issue until this bug gets fixed.
Game Crashes on PS4 due to Marketplace Content
I download led free content packs from the marketplace to add in to my game on the Sims 4 on PS4. As soon as I loaded up my game and tried to play with a household in my save file, the game crashed. I tried this 3 times but once I took the content out of my game I was able to play with the same household and save dile again.Content not installed error
Can somebody please help me, on SIMS PS4 - it’s recently updated and I’ve lost all the additional packs I’ve purchased. It keeps coming up with a missing content warning saying 30 packs require to be loaded/installed but it doesn’t have an install button. I’ve also attached a photo of the issue.
Load Game Lost
Platform: Xbox I noticed my save had reverted to a 2019-era household, even though all my content/packs are up to date through 2026. After restarting the game to try to force a cloud sync, nothing is happening I discovered the game was not connected to the network/EA servers, which may be why sync failed. I have not created a new save or overwritten anything I backed out of the game. I’d like help restoring my most recent save from EA’s cloud backup, if available.
