I reached Apex Predator this way, yet my account got banned?
I ranked up from Diamond to Apex Predator, the highest rank, in a single night using this method—does this count as a violation? I was a Master-ranked player last season. What I did was team up with my friends, drive vehicles to gain a wider field of vision, hide behind various structures to wait for enemies to show up, time my abilities perfectly as a bow-wielder, and then charge into the fray to take them down. With our seamless coordination, we climbed all the way from Diamond to Apex Predator in just one night. But the tragedy is that EA banned my account, claiming that we violated the game rules. I was only using the game mechanics legitimately—why on earth did you ban my account??? I submitted my gameplay recordings to EA and filed an appeal, yet I haven’t received any response so far. I’m truly heartbroken. As a manual laborer, the happiest time of my day is playing Apex Legends with my friends—but now all of that is gone. PC, Steam I've had this issue for about a week now. Whenever I try to go past the main menu, I get stuck in a black loading screen with the Apex logo in the bottom-right corner. It hangs for 2–3 minutes, then times out with a code:book. I've tried reinstalling and veryifing the game files, but to no result. Changing the data center also does nothing. Just realised that I spent 1700+ dollors on Apex and also more than 1750 hours on Apex and EA still think I was cheating lol. I spent 7 months to apeal for my account and non of them responded. When the whole merge accounts thing happened my main account stats (level, legends, heirlooms) were wiped out. Which is very irritating; I should have tried harder (aka contact ea support), but I had and still have no idea how to email them. I appealed with my whole heart, and what did I get in return? If I were guilty, I would have given up long ago.What keeps me appealing is the simple fact that I know I did nothing wrong. So I used to play apex when it first came out and had a lot of stuff, and spent a lot of money and time on the game. Last year my ps5 account got banned and I couldn’t play online games for a certain amount of time, now that the ban is lifted I tried to log back into my apex account that is connected to that ps5 account, and it has logged me out. Now here’s the thing, I cannot remember the email for my EA account, it is not the same email as my ps5 account and I also do not have access to the email that was used to create my EA Account. I have tried contacting Sony and EA, but I cannot find the right help. I have tried every possible email it could be, but the apex account is old and was made when I was a kid, I do however have access to the email for the PlayStation 5 account that the EA account is connected to, is there any way that either I, EA or Sony can see what EA account is connected to my ps5 account and the email address for that ea account.
