Anti-cheat no longer supports Windows 10, even on older BF games.
On Battlefield 1, for example, upon launching the game a security violation error pops up that reads: "Your windows version is not supported. Please upgrade to the minimum supported versions. For information please see : https://help.ea.com/help/pc/ea-anticheat (54)". This is despite having the latest version of Windows 10 (build 19045) and BF1's requirements being much lower. Nothing works - I've tried running compatibility mode, disabling full screen optimizations, reinstalling the game, anti-cheat, repairing, clearing cache, redownloading the anti-cheat from the website, etc. So yeah, Windows 10 is simply cooked I guess.Can't Access a DLC of Battlefield 4
Greetings, So I recently purchased Battlefield 4 on Steam (Battlefield 4 Premium) and I can't access one of the DLCs. Basically in game, that DLC appears as "to buy", trying to enter a server using a map from that DLC tells me that I don't own the DLC, in Battlelog also, Premium and every other DLC appears as that "I Own" but tells me to buy that specific DLC. I have Attended Support several times, every time I was given many troubleshot steps that I did (Including also installing the game in a different PC, with same results). Some of those steps I followed were: Reinstall the game, reinstall the DLC, reinstall the EA App, deleting EA App cache, doing a DNS flush... The issue appears to be in the server side, as Battlefield 4 is almost 12 years old... is there anything that can be done? (Please see the images attached)
Account unlinking problems
Currently, I’ve been trying to contact support for this problem that I’m having Basically, what happened? I did something dumb, but I made it to EA accounts and I decided to unlink my PlayStation account to my new one. However it told me that the next time that I do link it, it’s going to take a while for me to unlink it again but I fought no biggie. What’s the worst that can happen? well, the worst did happen from my end all of my progress from my PlayStation is gone because of the account being transferred and the worst part is is that I can’t unlink it until February 2 of next year. I cannot contact support for the life of me and I do not know how to fully get in contact with them. I go to support. I give them the information and then sent in the case however it takes hours to find someone to talk to, and when I do, it’s either when I’m asleep or I can’t seem to text him for some goddamn reason All I want is my account information to be back if anyone has any ideas how to help I would gladly take itEA connection problems
Hi, I have a problem, Battle 4 doesn't launch online, the company is available, I checked all the VPNs and changed servers, but nothing helped (the connection with the EA servers was lost) absolutely nothing is visible, if you know how to solve the problem, let me know, give me adviceBattlefield 1 crash with error code
I'm having trouble with battlefield 1 I can launch the game and get inside to be able to mess with the menu and I even was able to play for like 3 minutes today but for whatever reason my game ends up crashing, and I get an error code that says EA anti cheat has detected an incompatible driver please update or disable c/windows/system32/drivers/glckio2.sysTried to create account for my son, then lost access completely to my own
My account (BadgerDoc88) has been online for years. My son who is now 11 is starting to enjoy playing games with me. Today I tried creating a child account for him so he can join along - Per EA, I had to do so with an adult e-mail address. I used (mistakenly I think?) the same e-mail address of my primary EA gamer account. At first, I could not find a way to get my son access via EA or xbox (I gave him full game permissions) to play online on BF1. It kept saying access denied. I figured because of age - so I tried granting him all the permissions I could find. Then when that failed, I tried to login to MY adult BF1 account and play online, but now it is giving my personal adult EA account an "Access Denied" error without further details. So, now I can't play. I'm not sure if it is because I created a kid account under the same e-mail - although EA requested a parent e-mail. I've spent a TON of time tonight trying to get ahold of EA support without any success. Any ideas? I can't find a way to delete his EA account to start over. Thanks! I bought and downloaded battlefield 1 cause i really liked that game back in the days and its not opeining up for me . i downloaded the ea app and im signed in and im starting it with steam but when the battlefield 1 logo starts up like its loading the game it disappears then goes back to the ea app. i tried unistalling it then reinstalling it a bunch of times. deleting the folder under the steam folder. just toi make sure its all deleted. did the same with the ea app. restarted my computer to see if that helps. changed compatibility on both to see if that working but nothing. it still does the same thing over and over again. i downloaded the battlefield 6 and beta and that opens up just fine. just not battlefield 1. i have windows 11 aswell. and the specs are great on the computer. i run cod bo6 just fine . no issues. i dont play it anymore cause that game is going downhill. but i want to play battlefield 1. i paid for it and i want to play it.Could be new Battlefield?
Am I the only one who is hoping/wanting the next battlefield game will be Vietnam themed, they’ve only ever made 1 Vietnam war themed battlefield all the way back in 2004 and they could do so much with it. I don’t know am I crazy or what? Most fps shooters or realistic type shooters rarely ever tap into the Vietnam war zone even though there is so much you can do with it and the maps can be so incredible. I feel like if they made another Vietnam war battlefield it could be so big.
BF3 and BF4 won´t launch, both crash when trying to startup
Hello guys, I´ve tried to play BF3 and BF4 as a preparation for the BF6 beta, but I am not able to launch the either of the game. The game won´t launch and the app says I should repair the games and try again. I´ve repaired both several times, deleted cashes, updated drivers etc. I´ve even restarted my pc to factory setting... it dit no help. Any idea what could be wrong? Thank you.

I've been playing Battlefield since BF2 / BC 2 and have around 3k to 4k hours in the BF franchise. The last BF that was still Battlefield is BF4 and I've been waiting for a new Battlefield ever since. BF1 started with the gimik CoD garbage, and I was hoping BF2042 was the low point we had to reach to get a real Battlefield again. But EA/Dice are probably more like “If you do insane **bleep**, always double down on it” BF6 is braindead run and gun CoD trash, with Battlefield sprinkles on top. No teamplay, no tactical elements just brain dead run and gun. Really sad. I have just made a refund and will no longer hope for a Battlefield. There are too many CoD and clones and they are all garbage. I'll always remember the experiences I've had over the years, but there hasn't been a Battlefield since BF4 and BF1 to BF6 is proof that EA has no interest in producing another spin-off. Rest in Peace, my Friend!
