Submitted Help Request But No Info
I filled out the form for EA support at the beginning of the week (Monday) and haven't received anything, not automated email with a ticket number, if I look in my cases I only see the chats that I had previously nothing relating to the ticket that should be related to me filling out this form. I was wondering when should I expect to hear back so that we can try to achieve a solution to my issue. I'm aware that it is the Holiday season and that this time of year usually brings some delays but I would expect that a big corporation such as EA that has millions of customers would at least have a system that sends customers who have reached out for support an automated Email with a case number or some sort of tracking information for their Help/Support Ticket. Are any MODs able to tell me if I should've received something by now or what is going on here in my situation?? Thank youHoltGHaus6 hours agoSeasoned Newcomer6Views0likes0CommentsAccount Lost
Hello, so I made my EA account in 2019 with my email - six years later I try logging into the account even after I've loss my gmail in 2021. I'm pretty positive the Gmail was deleted and I no longer have access to my EA account, the only slight access I have is linked to my psn - I'd like to talk to someone and see if my old email can be replaced for my new email. Please take time to go through this.Cjmatos126 hours agoRising Newcomer21Views0likes2CommentsWrongly banned, unable to submit an appeal trapped in an endless loop
Dear EA, I was wrongfully banned while playing Battlefield 6. But when I tried to appeal, I couldn’t create a case or submit an appeal on EA Help because I use a @163.com email address (your website may have blocked this email provider, and accounts using this type of email cannot reach live customer support either—moreover, EA Help’s live agents cannot submit appeals or create cases on my behalf). The case list is completely empty! I’ve contacted your live support multiple times using my secondary account, but they were unable to resolve this issue. I need to state clearly: this is a special situation that requires your team to proactively intervene with manual review and contact me directly via my email. I cannot make your team aware of this issue or get it processed through EA Help at all. I have also recorded a video as proof that I did not cheat or deceive you in any way. In the second video, you can also check the case number I mentioned—I’m certain you won’t be able to find that case number. Please review it. Please understand this: if I want to submit an appeal, I must ensure the email linked to my account can properly communicate with you. But if I want to switch to an email that can contact you, I first need to get my ban lifted. This is a endless loop! No matter what, you should guarantee users the right to appeal—instead of leaving them completely voiceless! Dear sir please do not reply to me with template responses or tell me to seek help through EA Help again. What I need is a real solution.39Views1like4CommentsRequest to lift Regional ban on syrian players following sanctions removal
As of recent international decisions, the sanctions and restrictive measures previously imposed on the Syrian Arab Republic have been officially lifted. Accordingly, I kindly request that EA review and update its regional restrictions to allow Syrian users full access to EA services, including account creation, online gameplay, and purchases. Currently, many Syrian players are still unable to access EA platforms or use their accounts due to the old sanction-related blocks. Since these measures are no longer legally applicable, I respectfully ask that EA remove the regional ban and restore service availability for users in Syria. This change would reflect EA’s commitment to fairness, inclusivity, and compliance with current international regulations. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. Hello everyone, I have an EA account that uses an email address I lost access to a long time ago. This EA account is currently linked to my Steam account. The problem is that I’ve also lost access to the EA account itself, and I’m can't manage it or recover it. I’d like to start over by linking a new EA account to Steam, but I’m unable to do so because the old EA account has been linked for the past 8–9 years. Thank you.18Views0likes0CommentsEA account not fully linking with xbox account
So I bought the xbox game pass and was trying to get titanfall 2 so I made an EA account to get it (the game should be free with the gamepass) But after linking my xbox and EA accounts it says I need to pay money for it even though it should be included in the gamepass. I used different emails for my xbox account and the EA account so that might be the problem. If so how would I fix it?4Views0likes0Commentsworthless
I reported something wasn't working, and they told me to contact the person I bought the game from. If we couldn't resolve the issue, they'd be happy to help. I'd already contacted EA before contacting them, and they couldn't help me. So I asked for help from EA, and they just told me to do what I'd already done, otherwise they wouldn't help me.Carmenk13 hours agoNewcomer4Views0likes0CommentsEA account linked to a Steam account that is not mine, can't unlink it?
Hello, At the beginning of this year, my EA account was compromised.I subsequently recovered the account, changed my password and added two-factor authentication. I didn't immediately notice that my EA account had been linked to a Steam account that wasn't mine. Today, when I tried to link my Steam account, I received a warning that another Steam account was already linked to my EA account. So I unlinked it from the "linked accounts management" page, and now I would like to link my Steam account to my EA account, but I keep getting the same warning that my EA account is still linked to the previous Steam account. I can clearly see from the "account management page" that I have successfully unlinked the accounts. What else can I do? Do I need to wait a few hours before requesting a link to my Steam account? Does the process of unlinking Steam and EA accounts take hours, if not days? I tried to open a case on ‘help.ea.com’, but I am only offered help pages that do not help with my problem. If I try to use the ‘Chat with an advisor’ option, I am told that ‘this is not a topic that advisors can resolve’ and I am never given access to any support chat. Furthermore, I cannot see my case saved anywhere.Bikebc14 hours agoSeasoned Newcomer56Views0likes2CommentsNo Verification Emails?
I got a new computer and I'm trying to move my account over. I know my password and info since I use it often, but it's asking for an emailed code verification. The email is correct, but I haven't received any emails. I tried using EA help for it, but that also asked for verification even though it's already logged in. I already found the discussion using the POGO thing and the picture said to click profile and then my EA account. I don't have the EA account option? My account is old but still used nearly every day, and I've gotten a new computer before and never had this issue. I don't know what else to try.SolvedTarynEmilee15 hours agoRising Novice14KViews2likes16CommentsStats
How does it make sense to not be rated on stats but on the quest during games! For example how can I have 300 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns but at end of game fall from 5 star blue chip to 3 star blue chip make it make sense! After high school should have went to rank one school but instead get recruited by a team that is barely better than HBCU college! Love game but as far as career goes sucks!Daking357019 hours agoNewcomer4Views0likes1CommentTrouble installing Need for Speed Undercover from key, please help!!
I just bought NFS Undercover from a key site. When I put the code in on the EA app, it accepts it, shows me this screen, and this is as far as I can get. I can select the languages shown but I cant scroll or anything. I can see that there is more under and its probably where the select button is, but I can't get to it. Please help me. I've tried three times with the same outcome, weirdly I've been able to put the code in three times and it never says code expired or already redeemed.5Views0likes1CommentXbox account hacked so need to unlink
I've been trying to find a support button to chat or even send a support email to no luck. Managed to talk with a live agent when i wasn't signed in but he only said to sign in so he could help, signed in bu no longer was able to navigate the entries to get the live chat option. Need help because I need to unlink my hacked xbox connection please. Since i'm not able to get the account back at all.Solved23Views0likes1CommentEA, this needs to stop RIGHT NOW
Do you want people to stop using chat altogether because they're worried they'll be suspended for the most inane comments? I know this will fall on deaf ears, but I hope someone of relevance at EA sees this and investigates the ToS "violations" that clearly should not have been enacted. Hey guys, I have activated my EA account, activated the redeem code, and linked my steam account up. However for some reason the game isn't downloading. So here I am trying to get the Razer skin for Battlefield 6; however I can not complete the verification step in order to log into EA Connect and claim said skin. How did I end up there one might ask ? Well, you see, I created my Playstation Network account as well as my EA account 17 years ago, using a Caramail (now GMX) email address. After Gmail became ubiquitous, I migrated many old accounts to my new gmail address, as you usually can do when you’re logged into the account. I am unable to do the same for my EA account since connecting to it requires a verification code that is sent to the old Caramail address it was created with; an address which - as per GMX support team- has been deactivated because it’s been dormant for so long. At some point during those years, I tied my EA and PSN accounts, which is how I am able to log into these forums and write this message under my actual account tied to my Playstation Network identity. All of this to say that I can not enjoy most of the aforementioned promotional offers, because logging into the EA app to redeem them requires me to verify my account by submitting the code that is sent to the 17 year old deactivated address. There is no other path, no way to set up either a backup address or update the old one without going through the verification process.Gunslinger_GK2 days agoSeasoned Novice18Views0likes1CommentWorse customer service ever
I couldn’t log in. They changed my email to a long number and letter login. I could not get chat to reset it so that I could play battlefield 6. After two hours and twenty minutes with no results I am now gonn yonder if bestbuy will take it back. It’s no use having it because I can’t even play any part of the game. They just couldn’t help me. If they can’t help they pass you on to someone else.27Views0likes1CommentDisabled account, Poor Customer Service, Very frustrated
I just bought Battlefield 6 for my son on his PS5 and as soon as the game was downloaded he tries to play it and immediately gets a notification screen (attached) saying that his account has been disabled due to a violation of EAs user agreement. I click the link to check his penalty history and it shows that he has no penalty history at all. I tried to contact customer service but the closest I could get was to submit an appeal that apparently could take up to 10 days for me to get a response. What the hell is going on here? I just spent $70 bucks on a video game that my son can’t even play because EA banned his account for no apparent reason at all and now I gotta wait and submit a claim to appeal something that he never did?!? This is ridiculous. And the fact that they don’t even provide a phone number so we can call someone for help is a down right shame. If anyone has any advice please let me know. I’ve tried resetting his password. That didn’t work. He’s upset. I’m upset. This is all bad.Solved103Views0likes11CommentsUnable to Appeal Ban or Change Email, No Help from Live Support
In December 13th at approximately 2:30 PM (local time), my Battlefield 6 account was wrongfully banned. I want to clearly state that I have never used any cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software. The only reason I use a network accelerator (commonly referred to as a VPN) is due to severe network connectivity issues in my region—this is solely to achieve a playable and stable online experience, not to gain any unfair advantage. When I tried to submit an appeal, the EA support system told me I couldn’t create a support case. After discussing this with other players, I learned that this issue might be related to my email address ending in @163.com. It appears that EA may have flagged or even blocked accounts using such email domains as “high-risk,” which prevents users from opening support tickets. I immediately tried to change my account’s email address to a @gmail.com address, but the website wouldn’t allow me to do so. Over the past few days, I’ve contacted EA Live Chat support multiple times using a secondary account, but every agent has refused to assist me, citing only “security reasons” without offering any further explanation or solution. I want to emphasize that I fully own and control this account. I have complete access to the registered @163.com email inbox and can provide any reasonable verification requested—such as purchase receipts, account creation details, or login history—to prove my identity and legitimate ownership. This is the first time I’ve ever pre-ordered a Battlefield game—and in fact, the first EA title I’ve ever pre-ordered. As a student, I’ve invested all of my limited weekend time and what little allowance I have into this game. Now, EA is telling me that my account—originally registered back in 2023—has no right to appeal a ban, simply because of the email provider I used when signing up. In summary: To appeal, I need to switch to an email domain that EA doesn’t block—but I can’t change it through the website, and live support refuses to help, hiding behind vague “security72Views0likes9Comments
