EA ID scrambled to random numbers
I have seen this somewhere but there has been no real fix as the people that reported it had a different issue. I dont have a problem accessing my EA account, I have never changed email address but it seems like after some research EA just likes to scramble the IDs if the accounts aren't in used for a while? And that is what is being used in all the games. Also kicker is if i look at my linked account, it has zero problem seeing my steam account using the same name, or under my game personas (in the edit account page), it can see all my other EA games using the same name. only difference is battlefield where it also had my old clan tag. In my EA app, my nickname is set to my ID. If i login to my account and try to edit the ID to match the nickname it tells me that is is already in use. How does one go about fixing that?I have a problem with not receiving a code in my email in another EA account.
My Steam account is linked to an EA account. I want to unlink this account from Steam. To unlink it, I need to send a code to the EA account's email address. But I haven't received the code. I don't know what to do. Please help.Can I transfer Sims 4 and add-ons to new EA account?
Hi, I own The Sims 4 base game along with several add-ons, which are currently installed on my Mac. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my EA account, as it's linked to an old email address that no longer exists, so I can't verify the account. My question is: if I create a new EA account with my current email, will I still be able to re-download my game and add-ons, since they're already installed on my computer? I'd greatly appreciate any guidance. I've invested a lot in these add-ons and I'm hoping I won't need to repurchase them. Thank you for your help!
I can't add a phone number to my account.
I have been trying to add a phone number to my account for the past week or so since setting up and every time it says "Something went wrong. Try again later.". I have opened support requests with advisors who only offer generic advice and claim they can't add one on their end. Is this a rate limit?

Try again later." double check my country code but nada, so i open up a support ticket but it ask me to put "product or game" like bro this is account issue not product issue so yeah i pick something there and fill everything up then i cant click the submit button??? what is it do you want bro?An EA account was already linked to my Steam account. When i tried to play EA games through Steam but it's already connected to an EA account without my knowledge. BTW my Steam account was hacked once, i think this was the time they linked it. My question can i unlinked it? I tried contacting steam support but they couldn't help with third party accounts. I want to unlinked my Steam account and the hackers account. Ban appeal on the case number 221240912. The banned Username EA ID is Heartbeach. The EA account was banned accessing every video game forum of EA. I have contacted EA help, additionally they informed me to post ban appeal on the EA forums by new EA account, thereafter they will unban the EA account. Please unban the account. The EA account did nothing mistaken, misguided and illegal. The EA account just shared feedback, opinion, thoughts and conviction regarding the video games that the EA account purchased&played on video game forums of EA. The ban/judgement was a mistake. Please authorise the EA account unbanned.
Xbox Account already linked to a disabled EA account
I recently got games pass and need to link my xbox account to my current EA account. The problem is when I try to do this EA tells me the xbox account is already linked to an "to your EA Account for 0f*****@disabled.ea.com". So how am I suppose to unlink it from that account if it is disabled and can't be signed into? I have tried multiple support tickets and they have all been closed with no replies or resolutions from support. I also cannot seem to open a chat - always seeing a screen saying advisors dont support this issue. So as it stands, my xbox account cannot be used with EA as it is linked to another EA account that doesn't exist. Any help would be appreciated!deleting or unlinking a disabled account
My PS5 is linked to a disabled account. I created a new account and tried to link it to my PS5, but I am unable to do so. I have no idea what the email was or what the login information is for the disabled account. How do I delete it or unlink it from my PS5? I have spent at least an hour now fumbling through the EA help menu. I hit contact us and tried to create a ticket, but it won't submit either. This customer service is not very user-friendly and is quite aggravating. Please, can a person reach out to me to help me? I am not able to play and save any data on EA games, and I am getting to the point where I am considering canceling my Battlefield 6 preorder and just giving up on playing any other EA game ever again.

How do I get help if no one is responding to my tickets? Over a week ago I submitted a ticket about swapping my email address on the account, and I haven't heard a single word back about my case, not even a "hey we got your ticket, please wait." Cox Communications ceased support of all of their @cox.net emails, so I do not have access to the account in question. Previously I had reached out to support to get this fixed, but apparently all they did was add my gmail IN ADDITION to the inaccessible @cox.net email. So my primary email (which is where all communication emails from EA DEFAULT to, and you CANNOT change that field when you log into your account) is stuck on the @cox.net email address, and they insist on using it. That only fixed not getting the 2FA emails, because they ask what address you want the code sent to, but everything else account related is being sent to no where. Hope I wasn't getting emails inviting this 17 year veteran of the franchise to play test anything......................................... (/s) "A confirmation email was sent to b**********************@cox.net with your case info. You can continue browsing EA Help. We'll let you know when your chat has started." - Yeah, that email is never going to be seen, and your website just freezes and the live chat never does anything. I also got a crazy hash looking message "A confirmation email was sent to **********[edit: email address removed] with your case info. You can continue browsing EA Help. We'll let you know when your chat has started." when I try to use my gmail. What. Is. Going. On. This is ridiculous. I just want my account to be an email that I can open. That's all. Simple data base change, 1 field.Cannot link my Microsoft Xbox Account
Hello guys! I need your help to find possible solution. I can't link my Xbox account to my EA account because it was link with old hotmail alias. It's not available anymore (due to Microsoft account transition to outlook.com from hotmail.com) so I can't login and unlink it manually. Tech support just closed my ticket and refused to help.
EA account linking to Steam
My EA account has previously been linked to a steam account that has not and has never been owned by me, I have unlinked that account however, I am now unable to link to my actual steam account as "An EA account can only be linked to one steam account in its lifetime.". I suspect this came from when my EA account got hacked last Jan and EA support rectified my access but I guess didn't check to see if any random accounts got linked during the period I lost access. I also never got an answer as to how they got it when I have 2fa enabled but that's a different issue we're unlikely to get to the bottom of. So far I have raised 6 support cases about this all have keep getting closed and marked as resolved with no notes, no email and no interaction from any live support or email. I have no idea where to go now for help on this.
