Yet another EA ID rant
I fully expect the response from EA to be, "if the system won't allow you to use this ID, then your only option is choose a different name." This is a BS response. I know much of the community has already complained about EA ID issues but I'll add my experience anyway. a swig o vodka has been my gamertag since the original xbox days and is still my gamertag on Xbox, playstation, Steam, Epic and Ubisoft. All but EA. For some reason that EA can't or won't give me other than "choose a different name", I can't use that name. After many attempts to change the variations of the letters and caps and no caps, the only variation that works is, a_swig_o_vaudka. Multiple chats with EA advisors has helped nothing and the last one advised me to come to the community forum so here I am. The first advisor was able to tell me that perhaps the word "vodka" was against the user policy. Which to that, I have compiled a list of names that I have come across in different battlefield matches. My Account got hacked, now I have to wait a year before I can play my games
Am I understanding this correctly, that because someone stole my information and hacked my account, I have to wait 365 days before I can unpair their steam account and access my games again? I tried contacting support but got no reply, and the only justification they give for this insane policy is that it's to "protect" my account. How is letting someone else piggyback off my account, while denying me the ability to play my own games, for a year protecting it? If there's anyone here with any advice or insight, I'd really appreciate it because this feels beyond insane

I am experiencing an issue with multi-factor authentication on my account. Here is a summary of my efforts to self-fix and my frustration with EA's AI-enabled chat. I was last able to access my account in April 2026. Since then, I updated my wifi to a different provider. That is the only change I can think of that may impact my ability to login. I have had an EA account for years and never experienced a login issue until this week. I remember my email and password. However, when prompted to enter in a code for authentication purposes, none is sent. The code is not sent to my email address. I added the EA email to the safe sender list. The email still does not come. I attempted to login with my cellphone number, but a text containing a login code never came. I also attempted to login through Google, but again, after clicking "Send code" no code is sent. Finally, I attempted to use a Passkey. I was able to scan the QR code but no passkey was found. So, I tried to login on an internet browser, but the same thing happened. No code was ever provided to my email or phone. Finally, I uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app. But still, the MFA function does not work. After trying multiple ways of logging in, I decided to contact the help desk. I was prompted to use the AI-enabled chat box. After going through the auto-mated functions, the chatbot told me to contact an EA Adviser. However, after clicking the contact adviser, the webpage tells me "This issue isnt supported by advisors." So that was also a dead-end. I made the account I am posting this message with an alternative email address. Any thoughts?
FIFA 19 FREE PLS
Hello EA Sports, I am a 7-year-old football fan, and I wanted to ask if there is any possibility of receiving access to FIFA 19 for Laptop. Unfortunately, my laptop cannot run the FC 26 Showcase smoothly, but I would love the chance to play FIFA 19 if there is any official way to get access to it. i tried at least 10 times in the span of 1h, but i just didnt recive the code, ea emails wasnt on blocked, i checked all the gmail folders, tried to log in with my psn but that requiered an email code as well, is there any way to log in an account without having to use gmail code?Change email I no longer have access to

I apparently have two EA sports accounts and can’t seem to unlink one so that I can correctly link the other one to my current account. For some reason, I can’t connect to the EA servers because of this even though I played Madden last year online and the college football game the year before online. Can any real actual human being tell me what I can do to get into my account to change my password? I try to sign in to my account and it makes me sign into a trusted device. That’s it
Unable to change Steam account linking
So I wanted to change my linked steam account I unlinked my both steam accounts from EA and now when I want to connect the 2nd steam account to 1st EA account it says Your EA Account … is currently linked to the Steam account 1st. and it says that it must be connected to the 1st account for 365 days till changing it to the 2nd and I even double checked that it is unlinked and I know that it was linked for more than 365 days and now I can’t use any of the accounts with my steam can somebody help?The console verification DOESN'T WORK and nobody will help me.
Hi, I have been locked out of my EA account since 2018. I had a Yahoo email address on it that I haven't used in years. I actually had it permanently deleted due to non-use. I completely forgot that my EA account was connected to it or I NEVER would have done that. I have been trying, off and on, for YEARS to get back in. My favorite games are made by EA and their playthrough value is high. I have wanted to replay the Dragon Age series for so long, but nothing transfers without your EA account linked. That being said, I log back in just fine with the email and password. I have also used my Xbox credentials. I can get in, but I cannot UPDATE ANYTHING. It tries to send a code to that old email. Fast forward to this past weekend and I collected as much of my old information as I could and got onto the Advisor chats. I verified as much as I could, which was almost everything. I have talked to six people and every since one of them has sent me a prompt to update everything to my Xbox One. I have explained MULTIPLE TIMES TO EACH OF THEM that I never receive these prompts and none of them care. I don't know why it's not working, but they won't give me another solution. They just tell me to keep opening cases. I'm fed up. I'm angry. I'm exhausted. Respectfully, this is the dumbest way to have to get back into an account and there needs to be more options. If there are, I would love to hear them. I have too many hours and years logged into my Gamer Tag to go start over, which is something someone has actually suggested. There has to be a better way!
