Cannot download FC26 with my PC gamepass
So like i wanted to get Fc26 with using my xbox gamepass, and even though it says it supports it, it just says "you are not eligible". I linked my accounts to my xbox account although still it doesn't work, I can install other games such as Fc25, although for some reason I cannot download FC26
EA Proof of Purchase (PS5)
Team, As on 25 July 2026, the Playstation Store (on console) does not generate a Transaction details page instead it just generates a QR which when scanned leads to PS Store web or app (if installed). Due to above changes, generated a console transaction detail screenshot necessary as per EA proof of purchase policy is impossible. Cant link EA Account to PSN, BF6 not able to play due to account linking
I am not able to Link my account to PSN and hense not able to play BF6. Any help would be appreciated, or is there a link to get a refund on PSN? When trying directly from the PS5 i get the Unable to connect to the EA Servers check internet (Which is working fine), Error code 0:66003S:4688822970:0B6 month cooldown on linking Xbox account
A popup appeared when I opened CFB 27 asking me to link my EA account. I accepted and did not realize this was the wrong account. I am now being told I am locked out of my account for 6 months. How is it acceptable to keep purchased content from me for 6 months due to an accidental sign in? I am not the first person with this issue and EA should really do something to fix this. Support won’t even help. 15+ year customer that will never play another EA game again if this is not corrected.
Steam recovered, wrong EA account still linked
Hey everyone, I'm honestly posting here because I don't know what else to do. A few years ago, my Steam account got hacked while I wasn't really playing games anymore. During that time, whoever had access to my Steam account linked their own EA account to it. I eventually recovered my Steam account through Steam Support, so I'm 100% the rightful owner again. The problem is that my Steam account is still linked to the hacker's EA account, and because of that I can't link my own EA account. I've been going back and forth with EA Support for over a week now, and it feels like I'm just getting the same copy-paste replies. First they told me to contact Steam so they could confirm I was the owner of the Steam account. I did that, got the confirmation from Steam, sent everything to EA... and nothing happened. Then they told me to wait because they couldn't make any changes at the moment. So I waited two weeks, contacted them again, and... same answer. Today I'm still being told to wait because they "can't make changes to an EA account that isn't mine." The thing is... I'm not asking for access to that EA account. I don't care about it. I just want the unauthorized link between my Steam account and the hacker's EA account to be removed so I can finally link my own EA account. To make things even stranger, I installed FC 26 Showcase yesterday and when it tried to connect through Steam, EA's servers were apparently unavailable. It made me wonder if the EA account linked to my Steam has been banned or even deleted. Has anyone actually managed to solve a situation like this? Is there another department I should contact, or am I just stuck getting the same automated replies forever? Hi, I need help with my EA account associated with the email [edit: email address removed]. I'm submitting this from a different account because I can't log in to the affected one at all. This account was previously hacked. Your support team fixed it about two days ago, but it's now broken again — I can't log in through the web portal, via email, or in the game itself. Here's exactly what happens when I try to log in: I enter my email on the web portal, and you send a 6-digit verification code to my email. I enter that code on your website to verify — but nothing happens. There's no success message and no error message; the page just doesn't respond. I request a new code and enter it again — same result, nothing happens. I then reset my password. The reset goes through and I successfully create a new password. But when I try to log in with that new password, I get the error: "Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password." So I'm stuck in a loop — the verification step doesn't respond, and the new password is rejected as incorrect/expired. The system keeps redirecting me to a page that doesn't work. Can you please help me regain access to this account? I'm happy to verify my identity however you need.Can’t get in touch with anyone!
Hi all, how do I get in touch with someone from EA? My account password has expired, and I no longer have the email or phone number. I was able to get in touch yesterday but now it keeps saying Advisors don’t support these issues? One of them also sent me an email address I could email only to get an email back saying the address is no longer in use? How can I speak to someone?
Anonymous email address associated with my account
Hey everyone, I've had my EA account since 2014, and this has never happened to me before: I have an anonymous email address linked to my Xbox One account that I can't unlink because I don't know what the email address is. The email address is this: 6f*****@anonymous.ea.com How can I resolve this issue? Long story short, my Xbox gamertag is linked to this account, however I have another ea account which is the one that was approved for the NHL27 . I can’t unlink my Xbox account from this profile because it requires a 2 factor authentication code sent to the email, however when I click to send one, I do not get any emails. However when I contacted support I got that email. I have access to the email on the account but no 2FA emails show up, in any folder. I can’t receive 2 factor authentication codes sent to my accounts email. I can’t change the email without a 2fa code either so im stuck in a loop here. Why am I not receiving 2fa codes to my email?Account Takeover Ban?
Hello, so I was playing fc 26 pro clubs with a bunch of my friends we were excited because pro clubs was down all week and finally came back so we stayed up until about 430am got off went too sleep woke up around noon logged on and had a message saying my account was banned. I logged on to ea help website and said my account was banned due to account takeover. I’m not sure what caused this but I still have access to my account. I changed pw just in case. Nothing seems out of the ordinary. I have access to my email I signed up with. I never lost access to account so no need to recover it. I have proof of account being mine, proof of my last purchase, proof of my gameplay from last night. I have submitted an appeal already. My EA account with the orignal origin id being beanmann35 and linked to the email <removed> was potentially hacked a few months ago and i havent been able to acess it, i can provide proof in the form of purchase reciepts prior to 2024 as i believe the hack may have occured some time around the may of 2026, the account was linked with the steam account <removed> and had an apex acount with 2 heirlooms aswell as several other EA games [CM edit - removed email address and account name for security]

I have been playing ea for a long time i signed in to a device but after playingnfor a while my account just vanishes.I had my account to my gamil and everything wass ok butt i cant find my account now. Please i seek ur promt help.This is very fraustaing to see please help me.
