The EAhelp website is definitely flawed. My account cannot submit an appeal
My EA account([edit: email address removed]) has been subject to numerous restrictions. I am unable to change the account email or bind a secondary email. I also cannot remove the bindings imposed by the account thief (XBOX) It all began about a month ago. Moreover, when I submit an appeal, I am unable to create a case, and my appeals are completely ignored by the TOS. My account was stolen and then banned, but I can't file any appeal. If I use another account, the TOS team won't handle the issue at all. They require me to contact them using the banned account, but I simply can't use that account or that email to appeal! (the network is stable and I'm using Chrome).2Views0likes0CommentsHELP account link issue
I got a Nintendo Switch 2 for Christmas. I was invited thru Friends Pass to play It Takes Two, one month later and I still cannot play. Every time I accept the invite and click Play Online, I get an error “Your account settings have changed. Please connect again now. Result Code: 105-80190000” Googling and Reddit seem to indicate there was an issue linking the account. I attempted to unlink the account but it says I have to wait 6 months. For what I don’t know. Does anyone know what the issue is or how do I fix? TIA!8Views0likes0CommentsRequest to Bring Back Village Life
Dear EA Team, I know I am not the only one writing to you about this game. However, a lot of people are really wanting this game brought back. Village Life made an impact to our childhoods, lives, and beloved entertainment. Since you have acquired Playdemic, you are the ones that have to greenlight this game and there are many of us wanting the game. I am an avid sims player, with my favorite game being The Sims 3, I prefer the open world style in comparison to what you have for The Sims 4. But it doesn't satisfy the itch that I have that can only come from Village Life. Unfortunately, I have no excitement to play your games right now because I am desperate to find a game that is even remotely similar to how Village Life even was, if not a version of Village Life that I could play, however if you were to release Village Life I'm sure that my interest in the games would soon come back with fervor. If you consider releasing Village Life again or a sequel that has similar game mechanics, there will be many players that would be excited to play it again and many that would probably find more interest in your other games if you supported one of their old favorites. Thank you for your time reading this, and if you decide to continue the game thank you for doing so. Kind Regards, WeWhoEat A Village Life and Sims fan4Views0likes0CommentsUpdates Terms of Service
I would sincerely appreciate some advice on what to do regarding my Sims 4 game. I've been playing the Sims since 2001 and while the Sims 4 has all the issues of the previous games and exponentially more I have continued to play. It's fun. However, after reviewing the updated terms of service by EA, I don't want to play. The permissions that you must grant in order to enjoy a game that you have already paid for, are all unacceptable. How can I get a refund and have EA and the Sims team delete my data? I'm sure that in the future if I want to resume playing or if there is a more reasonable terms of service issued/proposed I will resign to repurchase all the packs. I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance on this. Thank you.15Views0likes0CommentsI've taken back my EA and PS accounts but can't unlink :-(
My niece gave my son her PS4. I've created PS and EA accounts successfully for him. I've decided to create a Sony PS Network and EA account for myself with my email, but in the process I found some unknown individuals used my email (a very simple email) to create accounts with both EA and PSN. One of them was created in 2009. This likely must have taken place during a time when neither PS or EA required email verifications to create accounts. I went ahead and took ownership of those accounts by changing their passwords (its my email, no one should be making accounts in any platform with my email 😠 ), but then I ran into issue! 😭 Apparently The EA account I took ownership of has been linked to another PS account (not the PS account I've taken ownership of). So now when I attempt to link both accounts I get an error. Without having access to that other PS account I wouldn't be able to unlink it on that side. What could I do that doesn't require creating a brand new email address to setup brand new accounts with EA and PS?? Help please, the helpless dad.7Views0likes1Comment- Dcflames35615 hours agoNewcomer3Views0likes0Comments
I encountered a bug that prevents account unban
Hello everyone, my account was hacked before and I sought help from a consultant. Now I have recovered my account and lifted the ban on Apex, but Apex is still banned. After consulting with the consultant, they informed me that they have lifted my ban, but I cannot find any record of my account being banned. However, the game still shows me as banned, which is likely due to a malfunction in lifting the ban. What should I do now?6Views0likes0CommentsOriginal Xbox battlefield 2

HELP!
Hello! I wanted to share this on the forum to see if anyone else had a similar experience or could offer some advice for my current situation. Since 2016, when the EA account was made, I have been using it on PlayStation to play any number of the EA games I purchased. As of recently, I switched systems, and now I am trying to gain access to the old account to carry the decade of game progression over. I have the account name, email, and password, but I cannot get past the two-step verification process. The email not only no longer exists due to it being on a Hotmail account, but it also belongs to a family member who is no longer around. I created a new account to post this, and I hope that I can access the account simply to just change the email address attached to the account. After speaking with EA support over a chat message, I was asked to prove ownership. I provided an endless amount of details, including IP addresses, ending card numbers, proof of purchases, birthdates, and even more personal info. I was told that after all the info provided, they STILL cannot prove my identity and give me access. I am beyond DESPERATE and all I want to do is get to my years and years of progress on so many EA games, and I feel stuck. If anyone went through something similar or has advice, I would appreciate anything! Thank you!38Views0likes2CommentsLinking accounts
Everyone has a problem with the linking-unlinking accounts, it is made very poorly. Personally I don't like EA anymore all because of this, I mistakenly moved my account from an EA account to another and I lost all my progress because I didn't know something like this existed. Please reconsider on doing something about this, it is way too much to wait 6 whole months...8Views0likes0Comments- Acegee02112 days agoRising Newcomer14Views0likes1Comment

I was falsely banned on a 10 yr old account today and I’ve never been so angry at a game that is probaly its worst game ever and I genuinely hope this game goes to the ground it’s the stupidest company I’ve ever worked with. Do not and I mean do not spend money on this game.Dylanbreslin92 days agoRising Newcomer30Views1like1CommentEA needs better customer support
It's been over a month and I have filed multiple appeals, I still haven't heard a single word from EA Support. I paid $70 for the new Battlefield 6 on Xbox and found out my account had been disabled when I tried to play the game. My account tells me I have no violations. Now there is nothing to do but file appeal after appeal and wait to MAYBE get an email. I either want to be able to play the game with my account or I want my $70 back. It is an absolute disgrace that there is no actual customer support that one can get decently quick help with/through. Is there a way I can delete my old EA account and create a new one so I can at least play the game I spent $70 on? I feel like that may be the only option since getting help from "customer support" apparently isn't going to happen.93b89entyxh43 days agoRising Novice29Views1like2CommentsI cant get the live support chat on ea help

Edit: Seems like this has been resolved after my latest support chat. Thanks Jose! We are often told that journeys must have a beginning and an end, but some are like Ouroboros--eternal and self-cannibalizing. Let me tell you a tale about my experience with EA support over the last few days. I purchased a new laptop recently and was given a Battlefield 6 promo code; out of excitement I redeemed it on my primary email and forgot that most of my EA games are on my secondary email. Woe is me. I searched online for a solution and found the holy grail: Account Mergers! I asked an agent to merge the two accounts for me, and he tried but failed due to technical problems. No problem. A few days later I asked another agent to do the same, and this time it was succesful. Hazzah! The end? I wish... When I waited the requisite 24 hours for the merge to go through and logged into my account, it was magic--all my games had been transferred over... except for Battlefield 6. I then went back to support and asked why the game was missing. An associate named Siddhartha (like the famous literary work) told me that my game had been deleted through the transfer and there was NOTHING that could be done about it. Whisped away into nothingness like a like a fleeting flame. Flabberghasted, I ended that conversation and went about my day. I tried again with a different associate who told me a different tale: The game is already in your account! All is well! He transferred me to another associate who asked me to restart my app, relog my account, clear my cache, uninstall and reinstall the launcher... nothing worked. Then I was transferred to another agent who was a real sleuth. She spent 30 minutes investigating the issue and finally concluded that Battlefield 6 couldn't be transferred through account mergers. "Regrettably," she said, "We have to revert the account merge". "I understand." I said with a heavy sigh. She reverted the merge and I checked my original email--Battlefield 6 was there! Hazzah! We were back where we started but at least no harm was done. I wrote a positive review for this agent and happily played a round of BF6. After my gleaming victory, I decided to log into my other account--you know, the one with most of my EA games--only to find it completely empty. Gutted. So now I'm back talking to support. What kind of adventure would I go on next I wonder. Would I meet a life-long friend, learn a new art form in the support downtime, or maybe, just maybe, get my games back? Thank you for reading my essay. I'm excited for the next chapter of this journey, stay tuned. PS: my case number is 235098312Andaroo4 days agoRising Newcomer54Views0likes1Comment
