ea play pro refund problems and really bad customer service pls help me
i have been trying to get my refund and i am all suited for refund policies of ea and my country.so for the last 15 days i ve been contacting ea customer support and one person comes mails me why you want to refund i reply and after no mail from the support team i wrote like this more than 5 times and all replies are coming after 2-3 dahs or do not ever come :) so ea says they have excellent refund policy etc. etc. but i have seen everything except excellence on ea customer service this is a shame for a company known globally i want to get my refund as soon as possible i dont know if everyone has the same problems as me but this is unacceptable hope ea sees this and helps me because im sick of thiszorwidgv2xau7 hours agoRising Newcomer9Views0likes0CommentsPayment failed, but money was charged. I paid for the EA Play Pro subscription but did not receive any access to it. The support team told me that I was “not charged,” yet my subscription appears as active on their end — which makes no sense. When I check my profile, nothing is enabled and I still cannot play any games.When I requested an invoice for the payment, support refused to provide one. Hi all, I wonder if someone can help me I have been a EA Play member for a few years on my PS5 and i recently noticed that when I go to view games on my EA Play Subscription on the PS5 i only have 3 games that come up (picture attached) I have gone to my PlayStation account and my EA Play subscription looks like its linked up and I have a paid membership until next year. I'm so frustrated with EA support. So i verified my student status with Student beans website and they have a link to EA for a student discount so I wanted to purchase it. However it didn't work out I get to the official site where it clearly shows that there is a promotion active that ends November 19 we are not there yet so then the discount should work. Yet it do not work so i figure maybe its a issue with my email being with the wife name so made new account with my own email matching my name issue still there. both time i contact EA help and do the useless chat! one rep says its a known issue and will be solved soon they are working on it the other rep says that the image I share isn't the official EA site which it clearly is in the image. This is clearly illegal false advertisement and just straight up foolishness multiple reps all different stories this use of chat only for support is BS since the reps can just end the chat and force you to start a new one over and over if they do not know a answer I had to start a chat a total of 17 time with absolutely no help and its ridiculous. I am having this exact same issue. I replied under this person's post which seems to have not gathered any official response or feedback. As said in my reply under this post. I am unable to also access the in game rewards, specifically the deployment pack which is stated to be available to both EA Play and EA Play Pro subscribers. I will link to the website where this is stated with no disclaimer that says it is only available if you sub through the EA App. Since EA Play is available on multiple platforms I would then be somewhat justified in assuming it is available to all EA Play members since no official disclaimer has been posted or can be found. I have an ongoing case about my EA Play Pro subscription that was cancelled without my consent. It says that it is waiting for me in the status section. My case numbers are "#224926512" and "#225064321". Is there any updates on it? I want to continue with my membreship with the said price. The emails that are sent to me are in the picture. One is belonging to year 2024, on that year, my subscription was succesful and I was a EA Play Pro member for the whole year, so don't mind that it says EA Play on the mails. You can check my membership status if possible to see I was a Pro member, and you can also see that I played FC 25 with it, which was not available to the regular EA Play members at the time. Plus, I already bought some FC Points because I thought that my membership would go on as promised. And I cannot connect to live chat to continue my case, so I am seeking help here. I bought EA play not knowing that I don't have access to all the games. So I installed EA fc 26 just to have it there. When the application finished installing, it automatically put me in the game. So I left the game to give a refund for Ea play. at the refund I spoke with a lady who told me that I had already entered the game and that she could not do anything. I tried explaining her that it put me in automaticlly and i could not do anything she did not believe me.
