Ea play pro refund possibilities
Hi, I bought the ea play pro subscription on the ea play pc app to get f1 25 and f1 25: 2026 season pass to play the 2026 dlc with some of my friends. I then realized contrary to what I saw online the 2026 dlc isnt included. Is there anyway I could get this refunded? I havent used it to access any games and I got it earlier today, I would really appreciate it if I could have a refund for this misunderstanding on my end because I have no other use for the subscription apart from getting the f1 25 game and its 2026 dlc
EA Play - NHL 20 has a lock icon
Hello, I am a longtime EA Play subscriber on my PlayStation 5 with a current subscription, and I am having trouble with a game I am currently playing. I have been playing NHL20 on my PS5 for a very long time (I have almost 500 hours on it), and I went on holiday for a about 10 days and suddenly I cannot play the game. When I go to launch it I get an error message that says I need to purchase it, but when I go to look at the game it isn't available for purchase. I had a chat with a clueless EA support rep who said the game was no longer supported because the servers were just shut down, but that isn't accurate as the servers were shut down in 2024. I would like to continue playing this game. I had a similar issue with NHL25 and NHL26 with them having lock icons and being unplayable, and support here ended up giving me a code for NHL25, as they said it is a known issue. The play list has been reduced AGAIN I have to manually look for games Why can't you just keep the entire list on one screen. Having to reference a phone to see the entire list is very inconvenient for paying subscribers Please fix this so I can choose games I want to play intuitively and not have to chase down games available in the ps5 search engine

Not getting full access to EA Play on PS5
Hi all, I wonder if someone can help me I have been a EA Play member for a few years on my PS5 and i recently noticed that when I go to view games on my EA Play Subscription on the PS5 i only have 3 games that come up (picture attached) I have gone to my PlayStation account and my EA Play subscription looks like its linked up and I have a paid membership until next year. So i am a bit confused as to why i am only seeing 3 games when i know there are a lot more, could someone help me please? I thought it was a glitch at first but this has been 3 days now.
