EA Play is no longer listed in PlayStation Store under 'Subscriptions'.
I am in the UK and have been checking EA Play once or twice a week since the BF6 open beta because I want to know when BF6 will appear for download. I went yesterday to check and EA Play is no longer listed under the 'Subscriptions' page - it previously had been listed below GTA+. I can do a manual search for EA Play and I can find it that way, but I can also no longer access the full list of games available, only the most recent. I have tried to play all of the EA Play games I have downloaded onto my PS5 and they all work without issue, which means it isn't a licensing issue on my part. I recently got the Xbox Game Pass for PC but ewhen I try to play an EA Play game it prompts me to link an EA account. I follow the steps and when i try to connect both accounts it display this: "The accounts cannot be linked because your account DANTAKULLO from Xbox already has a link with the EA Account (unrecognized email)" The live chat support hasn't been helpful at all, keeps asking me the same questions so I decided to post here. EA Play Pro did not expire on expiration date
This might be a one of if not the weirdest thing that happened to me. So my EA Play Pro subscription should have ended on the 14th of January and since I wasn't able to renew it due to not having money for it, I tought I'll let it expire and I'll resub to EA Play Pro whenever I have money for it. But for some reason, it is still active on the 16th of January, and whenever I check if my subscription ended, it still says that it'll end on the 14th of Jan. (shown on the picture atteched below). Whenever I tried to manually cancel the subscpription or renew it, nether of these worked, and it still says that my EA Play Pro is active and it'll renew on the 14th of Jan. which I really can't understand how it's happening. I am asking everyone, including mods or devs to help me in this case because I really don't want to get my account banned because of something that's not my fault, at least I think it's not my fault. The only thing I can think of, what could be the reason of this huge bug is that I used a credit card that's no longer useable due to certain circumstances, and I only changed the card today so that way it can bill me for the next month of EA Play Pro. Removing packs?
ive fully bought and paid for Get to work and Toddler stuff. I had the EA play membership for a little while, and after it expired i lost both packs? i paid for them with my own money. it only deleted those two, and said its because my membership ended. i bought them before the membership. I either want a refund, or my packs back because this sucks. EA Play & Game Pass ultimate library issues
I just recently bought gamepass ultimate and as yall know, it comes with ea play; the problem is that my games don't show up in the ea app and the website asks me to join ea play, my membership says active and it recognizes me, but the website doesn't. the app also recognizes me as an ea play user but doesn't show me my games on the library, i can only see the ea play games through xbox library. i have tried everything past users have said on this forum, disabling and enabling extension, resetting the xbox app and logging out of ea, etc., but my games still dont show up on the ea library. i filed a complaint to the support already, i hope yall can help me with this issue.Solved
Account Recovery
I’m trying to help a friend recover his account, but he doesn’t speak English. When he tries to play FIFA online and is prompted to log in with his EA account, it shows that another email is registered. However, when he logs into his EA account to link it with his PlayStation account, it says there’s already an EA account linked to his PlayStation.
