Hi everyone let's all get together and sue EA for their connection/server issues. We pay our money for a service that they fail to provide. That's a "breach of contract". They at the minimum should give all of us the TOP rewards for TOTY and COMBINE since we can't log in to get dropped causing us to lose games. EA you're pathetic. Y'all don't even have the knowledge to get your servers top tier. John Madden is rolling over in his grave 🤷🏽🤦🏽. If the servers and game isn't up and running smoothly in a timely manner I will be filing my lawsuit and never giving you or PlayStation another penny.H2H Seasons
I just played for a few hours on H2H Seasons. Went 6-1 won the first playoff game was loading into the divisional round and I lost connection with EA. It has done this before once loading into the conference championship. Had nothing to do with my internet. As it does this to everyone that plays this game. Was hoping there was a way to resolve this. If not I get, just very frustrating. Thank youTattoo Glitch
In superstar mode, you cannot switch characters or change, skin tone, or removed, tattoos. I have seen this talked about on Reddit several times. What I haven’t seen on Reddit much is the troubleshooting not working. So for the past over three months, I have not been able to play superstar mode on Madden other than the character that is currently loaded.Bad stutters in head to head
Having short stutters but it keeps happening basically every 2 seconds without fail and only happens on head to head, so for eg the h2h event on now for the combine I played lika half an hour of games and every game it would constantly stutter for a split second every 2 seconds, it was playable to a point but when you to do fg attempts I would have to predict when to kick for the meter because of the stutters. Played on pc, with Ethernet and borderless and locked the fps to 120 so I’m quite sure it’s nothing with my hardware and my internet doesn’t ever have any bad issues ever
Online head to head seasonending ranking points not right
“Hi, the end-of-season 3 ranked points you sent me are incorrect. For the last two weeks, my points did not go up or down, regardless of wins or losses, and stayed the same. I actually had over 3,444 points, which placed me in the top 100 players. I’m having issues playing H2H online. I go into Madden 26 it auto logs me into EA soon as I press H2H it kicks me off EA and says connection error. It has done this all day I have asked AI for solutions. I have taken the necessary actions listed below and still cannot play. Deleted Game Data Deleted the game and re downloaded Rebooted PS Logged out and in PSN Logged out and In of EA Unlinked from EA and re linked Forgot internet and re logged in Ran connection test that came back as NAT 2 Check online subscription which doesn’t end till December 2026 I’ve tried finding solutions on EA site and the BETA is not proving any solutions that work. I have tried Lookin for a EA phone be number. Any ideas on what actions to take to fix this issue. Just bought Madden 26 about 2 months ago and now can’t even enjoy playing the game.PC Quality Drop Off end of First Quarter
Hi I just downloaded Madden 26 on PC, and my gameplay with about a minute left in the first quarter always drops significantly in terms of quality making it unplayable. Super laggy, and my audio becomes terrible. Anyone have any advice? Ive already disabled visual feedback, capped FPS, turned on borderless fullcreen. I have a relatively new PC with a 4060 so I wouldn’t imagine it to be a hardware problem. I’m seriously getting more and more frustrated with support from Electronic Arts lately, and I honestly feel like this needs to be said because I can’t be the only one experiencing this. The support is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t just feel bad — it feels like talking to a robot that was programmed to ignore problems and repeat the same useless answers forever. I send a question, wait, and get responses that solve nothing. It’s like support is running on a broken microwave instead of actual human help. The customer service experience feels like I’m trying to explain my problem to a player underwater after they ate 3 sleeping pills and decided understanding my issue is optional. Helpfulness is basically a joke at this point. Sometimes I genuinely wonder if the support system is trolling me personally just for trying to get help. And honestly, the experience feels worse considering how much these games cost. How is it 2026 and we’re still dealing with support that feels like it belongs in some abandoned automated response experiment? It’s starting to feel like “customer support” is just a fancy word EA uses in marketing. I’m not even asking for miracles — just support that doesn’t feel like it’s running at 10 IQ on a toaster during a thunderstorm. Actually read the problem, actually try to help, and stop sending copy-paste answers that make me want to scream into the void. Anyone else having this problem? Or am I just cursed to contact support systems that feel like talking to a tired snail wearing a headset? Hi EA Support Team, I’m reaching out again about a persistent issue with my ranking points not updating correctly. My total ranking points have been stuck at 3716 for about a week now, but the leaderboard displays my ranking as 3296. I’ve also spoken with other players who are experiencing the same problem.
