Madden 26 Companion App
I've been using the Madden 26 Companion App for my online franchise to export data to a third-party app (Gridiron Champz). This morning when I tried logging into the companion app it kept giving me a error message saying, "You are logged out. Could not login to the server, please try again later." I restarted my phone, disconnected from WiFi, logged out and back into the companion app, and deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing worked. Has anyone else had this problem or is it unique to me? Any help would be greatly appreciated. My league is very active on this third-party site so the quicker this can be resolved the better!
How do I get a refund for this game ?
I have had this game now for a few months and I can use all the offline features however I bought it because I enjoy the online H2H however I have only been able to play it maybe 3 times as everytime I connect it says ERROR then Connection Lost ( you have lost your connectiong to the EA Servers etc ) I have done the following Reset Modem Reset DNS Turn off PS5 Deleted the game re install I have unlinked EA to PS and reconnected I demand a full refund as this game does not work.! Unless someone has the fix for it... Based in AustraliaEA account lost connection
I paid for Madden 26. At first it worked fine and now it’s saying EA account lost connection. nothing wrong with the account- no bans and it’s linked to the xbox. I tried EVERY SINGLE trouble shooting step- clear DNS cache, changed the DNS TO 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4, cleared the MAC address, configured my router, unplugged everything for 5-10 minutes and still NOTHING. So either EA owes me money for the game i paid for and can’t even play or they need to fix it THIS IS RIDICULOUSFranchise Bug: Eagles Super Bowl count stuck at 2x in League History
In Franchise Mode, the League History screen does not correctly update the Super Bowl championship count for the Philadelphia Eagles. In my franchise on Xbox Series X: The Eagles win Super Bowl LIX (2024 season) Then win again in the next season (2025) The League History correctly records both Super Bowl wins. However, the championship count displayed under the team name still shows “2x Super Bowl Champion” in both seasons. After two additional Super Bowl wins, the Eagles should display 4x Super Bowl Champions (2 real + 2 franchise), but the game continues to display only 2x. Steps to reproduce: Start a new Franchise Mode Select the Philadelphia Eagles Win the Super Bowl in Year 1 Win again in Year 2 Go to League → History → Super Bowl Check championship count Expected result: Championship count increases each time a Super Bowl is won Actual result: Championship count does not update and stays at 2x Frequency: Happens every time (100%) Additional notes: League History log is correct Only the championship count display is incorrect Screenshots attached showing back-to-back wins with no changeAudio Lose?
I’ve been trying to search for a solution to the audio disappearing when the gameplay window isn’t in focus. I stream and commentate over madden gameplay, but i want to incorporate the crowd, on field noises, etc. I’ve tried every possible solution and it’s come to me that it might be a hardcode thing inside of the frostbite engine. Another thing is, is that i can’t just be sitting in the madden window either. I multitask as i commentate, so im constantly in a different window which is what is cutting the audio off. This is my final attempt at trying to see if there is a possibility to fix this.
Losing Connection to EA servers shortly after loading up game.
A few minutes after loading up M26, I lose connection to the EA servers and I am unable to reconnect. This has been happening all weekend. I am unable to play in my Online Franchise League. I bought the game in Steam...I've tried just starting on the EA app, but its still the same result. Please help.Mut Squads never ending queing
For whatever reason when I try to load squads 3v3 or 2v2 it keep searching and eventually times out the search. Loading h2h instantly finds game, superstar 3v3 instantly finds game, but not mut squads. I've tried resetting router and Xbox series s, port forwarding, creating new lineup, redownloading madden, and trying to switch roles/ solo que and it still just constantly ques. I've got 500 up and 500 down. Any help would be appreciated.Support is not supportive
I just had a horrible experience with a live chat agent. They did not resolve my issue, started sending irrelevant policy links, and then simply left the chat without properly concluding the matter. Very disappointing. I had an issue with a refund. Maybe others have experienced this as well: I purchased a package by mistake, requested refund right away, received an email confirming the refund request, and then… nothing. No updates and no record of the purchase in my account—it just disappeared. It’s a very unsettling situation, but the support I received made it even more disappointing. I was hoping this platform would be more flexible and supportive, but unfortunately, that was not the case. A truly frustrating experience.
