Game Frozen
Hello , i was login into ultimate team .your rewards Silver Solo Champs Key Earned in Objective Collectible Token its Frozen cnt do anything and it does this alot . So whenever I see this Token I dnt open it I just head Advance because I get tired of restarting my each time it does it. Pls fix .what a complete garbage game
ima go on a rant here cause this is ridiculous. these lazy **bleep** copy and paste a game every year with new textures and you people buy it. i wait for this trash to come out on gamepass. and guess what? still full of glitches. i play superstar showdown mode. complete copy and paste to the T. they even brought over same glitches. except on 25, they fixed them after a few months. not on here. 90 percent of the time my 99OVR CB is glitched into a 64OVR with 0 abilities. just like 25. just like 24. never played 23 but id be willing to bet its exactly same. every game it stop letting you go for extra points. just like 24. just like 25. never played 23 but id be willing to bet its exactly same. im not even gonna bother getting into my platform or what happens when this happens and bla bla. they dont care its not gonna get fixed. ill bet my left nut 27 will be exactly the same. absolute load of crap game. you know why they are discontinuing need for speed? cause they cant copy and paste it like they can with these. ill never buy another one of these raggedy games. ill try it when it shows on ea play. thats itServer error with franchise unavailable
Receiving an error with my main franchise, indicating the franchise is "temporarily unavailable." Based upon a search of the various forums, this (usually) comes back on its own after several days, but there seems to be little or no support/feedback from EA to fix the problem. Is there anything that can be done to address this recurring problem? Or better yet, stop requiring us to create online franchises for single-player custom leagues? It seems like this would cut down on server traffic and would therefore be a good thing?
HELP: Keep Losing Progress due to "Connection Lost" Error (PC)
I hope someone can help me. I've been playing Madden 26 Ultimate Team on PC, doing the Rookie Premier (CPU), and had less than 2 minutes remaining to win Game 8 (Tier 3). The game randomly popped up with an error message saying "Connection Lost: You have lost your connection to EA Servers. You will be unable to access any online features until you sign in to the EA Servers again. See www.ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information." (attached screenshot) This is getting frustrating, as this is the third or fourth time this has happened when I've been progressing through Tier 3 of the CPU series. Three or four different times, I've lost 7-8 games of progress due to the same "connection" errors. Is there anything I can do to get my progress back (without cheating or violating ToS)? I've included a screenshot showing when I had completed the first 2 Tiers already. I'm ready to give up on the game due to all the errors. I shouldn't have to spend days winning games, just to lose all the progress randomly due to server errors. Thank you to anyone who may be able to help.
Madden 26 Stuttering and Crashing CPU Event
EA ID: Artsaber01 / Platform: PC - The game stutters and then crashes when playing CPU Event. The problem is it instantly hands a loss, and a single loss resets the entire event back to zero. With such an unstable game, why would EA set the event loss reset at 1 loss? Why do crashed games result in a user loss when they are up many points? YOUR GAME CRASHED, I didn't lose. We can't keep replaying Events from the start due to crashes. You should grant make rights when stuff like this happens. 9 full games are bad enough, but the 1 loss game crash is out of touch with the player base. It is also atrocious advertising towards the next game.Why can’t I adjust my lineup without getting kicked out of the game??????
Why can’t I adjust my lineup on this game? It’s been 3 days and I can’t edit my lineup to even play the game and EA will do nothing about it but say it will be fixed soon. Why is EA such trash? This is the last time I spend money on this game. 🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️

I've been locked out of my superstar mode for almost a year now and nothing I do fixes this I refuse to make a new email and a new account I paid $70 for this game I expect it to work this is uncalled for someone fix my account I'm not going to discuss anything. If it doesn't get fixed I won't buy another madden going forward...Connection lost on superstar
I am unable to play superstar mode at all. Every time i got to play it logs me out of the servers and says connection lost. Then another message comes up saying “there was an error retrieving the data. Please try again later”. Anyone experiencing this? Or know how fix this?
I'm so tired of this, man
Yet another time where I'm screwed over. Maintenance that the game (nor the Twitter Account that I was told to follow last time this happened) made no mention of whatsoever. Yet another week where I won't receive my weekly rewards for MUT. The game even says the maintenance is starting at 6:30 but it's not even working at 5:30. I grow tired of this charade, I know this isn't an airport, but I rarely get assistance/compensation...I think I'm just done after 26.Lineup crash when more than 13 Eternals are in
Just finished up troubleshooting and issue where the the game would crash when I tried accessing my lineup. A connection error would show up. I had to remove the recently added Eternal cards by subbing the positions out from the My Items/binder page. Once they were removed, I was able to access the lineup page again. I currently have 13 in the lineup (1 punter) which seems to be the max allowed. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
