Got rid of glitches that actually make the game fun
EA is the biggest POS company around. How in the world do you screw up one of the best franchises that are known for having glitches that make the game unique. I would love to know how a glitch that makes you pop higher is removed from the game but you guys haven't fixed any of the visual issues in the game menu. You guys are single handedly making a game worse than it already was. It's time EA passes on the skate franchise to a company that actually cares about skate culture and not a company that thinks they doing something to the game by just changing the colors at a park. It actually hurts how bad the EA team let us down.Dark side catch cancel with B?
Hi. Any reason why the right bumper can enable/disable dark catches when the old school way of the Circle/B button only enables them? I'd imagine that throws a ton of old schoolers off with muscle memory trying to do a grab but end up dark catching and want to flip back with the same button.
Getting no progression towards districts levels
After the Season 3 update, I've encountered this weird bug all my district levels now say zero/zero and any challenge I complete I don't make any progress towards levelling up. This could be an error with the progression table for my profile (server side) failed to load after the update. another thing, the district loot boxes are also locked even the ones I have unlocked through levelling up, too. I play on PC (Steam).The new map is behind a paywall??
I wasted 30 hours on this pos. The reason Fortnite works as early access is because THEY MADE THE GAME FUN. I dont need to buy anything in Fortnite to know i can play for hours and have a great time. Its already disgusting how you suck the soul and skate culture out of the game but its another just put the only possible fun thing i looked forward to on this game behind a paywall. Im truly convinced that EA purposefully doesn’t want to be successful or is truly too incompetent to do so.Purchased Issue
So I purchased San Van Bucks to be able to buy this new skate pass but after the purchase I did not receive my San Van Bucks in my account. I ask Jeff in the discord he told me to contact PS Support. So I contacted PS Support and they told me they can see the purchase on their end and my money went through and they cannot help me because it’s on their end. Can you please help me and give me the San Van Bucks I spend my hard earned money on? I brought the $9.99 pack.

The only opportunity to gain tix is in brickswich. This isn’t enough for the new season. Or at least give us access to brickswich. Would rather this than paying to access the isle of grom. I also HATE the pay to play system. GET RID OF THIS PLS!!!!! Skate4 promised this wouldn’t exist in the game. But here it is…Grinding made worse
Before season 3 I was able to hold L3 to left or right and do a flip trip or shuv popping out which ever side I wanted it gave the ultimate feeling of board control back smith front pop same side etc but now you literally can not do that why would we back track on the physics not only that but the flat ground low pop tre flip was just fine. I started skating in 2009 btw so Ik what I’m talking about please get it togetherThings We Need
We need to have an option to remove certain items like shirt, pants and shoes instead of having these horrible starter clothes, of course there would be safeguards for certain things like male characters would have underwear and the female characters would have a bra too basically when you hide outfit in the wardrobe. Another is when you equip a deck and then put on a grip pattern it just shows the regular wood instead of the colour you’ve equipped for your deck, it’s simple for the base sort of colours just mirror them on both sides but for the decal heavy boards you could at least pick a colour that matches the board. I feel a lot of players would agree these small changes would make a big difference to the experience of Skate. and wouldn’t be very hard to implement, I’ve said my piece but I’ll probably be back…
Handplants Not Registering
Since the new update, It's near impossible to pull off any kind of handplant on ramps that I was able to do with ease. Any one else suffering from this problem as well? I'm on PC via EA app (Windows 10 Pro) and using an 8bitdo Ultimate 2 Wireless controller. Everything fully updated in terms of drivers and firmware.We NEED a copy/paste option for the skater outfits.
Now that we have outfits, I skate with a male and female character, but with my third slot I want to use the character I originally played everything with (female) and I would have to literally rebuild her from scratch going back and forth seeing what exact settings i used for the character until i got it right and its a bit of a pain point. So can we get a Copy appearance button or something? Basically a Copy appearance and paste to another slot. Not even the clothes but that would be cool too. Idk where to suggest things so I just came to the forums, if this is in the wrong place please let me know.Skateboard feature
First time poster, purposing a mechanic to try out, on certain guaranteed bails depending on amount of impact, implementing the board breaking? On recall it pieces back together, new impervatech technology at its finest. Had San van bucks removed from my account on 2/20/25 for no reason. I still haven’t had anyone offer any type of assistance. This companies “support” team does anything but their jobs, it seems. I have even provided a video showing the bug in-game. I have never had an experience like this. It’s truly an amazing how incompetent these individuals are.
Season 3 Feedback
You are going in the right direction with the new map. A little feedback though. Spillway is still too slow. In the old games (skate 3) you were FLYING down the dam and if you just slightly tapped your joystick it would rocket you into a wall. Make everything more steep and more difficult to stay on the board. People buying DLC will be more skilled than normal skaters. Your fast travel points are still bad. The one at the top starting point of the map, if you skate down and hit the jump you are going too fast and miss the landing area and slam. Why do you not have it so you start on your board and skate forward and make it so you can land. I swear you didn't test the fast travel spots. The fast travel spots are also in such bad spots. Like you need one at the very tippy top of the map so I can spread eagle anywhere. Also the bus stop thing needs to go. You need to make it more interesting where you spawn. Like a party going on and shops and people and objects. Not just to the side of a mid obstacle. How do some of your challenges start off the board. "Clean Freak" challenge you start off your board? Like do you guys test these things? Why on earth would you start off your board? Get rid of the challenges where you need a full party. If you're not going to have matchmaking don't make me do the work of finding a party. The trampoline placeable object is great. We need more functional objects. Maybe a radio with in game music to place at a skating spot. Again you are so close with the new racing missions. When we do racing missions we want to just get down as fast as possible not do grinds or tricks. Like big air, fast speeds, cool obstacles, neat spots that make you go wow that was fun to speed through. So close just need someone who actually plays skate to refine. I'm not talking "oh I spent 10 hours on skate 3 I mean someone who 100% every skate game." Maybe use racing gates instead of bearings. You just made line challenges with a time limit. People hate time limits. Make the racing more like racing and not tricks. I really like you got rid of the robot and used a human voice. Now we just need characters physically in the game who skate along side you or just stand at the fast travel party spot with store and other NPCs. Give me a setting in the menu to disable replays. I will never want to watch a replay of my tricks ever. Even on the sickest trick I have zero interest. Especially when you have the replay mode. I can't stand that you start the challenges off the board. This is probably my biggest complaint other than adding a timer to line challenges. You need someone to work on these new timed challenges. So cramped on "pipe fitter" and "fully piped". Starting off board and so cramped. Every single fast travel point you push forward and gain too much speed and miss the landing spot and slam. It is kind of dirty you made the new island paid only especially since the initial reception of the game. You would have won over a lot of hearts making the island free and just like put something cosmetic like a pet that follows you or a companion. I would like to get more premium currency in the season pass track. You have been given the responsibility of developing one of the most beloved games of all time. Please treat it with more respect.Credit where credit is due
I have been very critical of a lot of the changes the game has decided to make. I have been loud and voiced my opinions very strongly on here. While I do feel very passionate about some of these negative experiences and changes, I will give credit where credit is due. I am enjoying the game again. How long will this last? Hard to say. But for now, I am enjoying it. Tasks are working. Isle of Grom is fun. I will enjoy it while it lasts. Don't get me wrong, the TIX debacle is still insane to me, Brickswitch not opening is a little crazy to me, BUT maybe we are moving in the right direction.
