this game sucks
I spent REAL MONEY to play the new map and for 3 HOURS WAS DOING THE SAME GAP WHILE GETTING GRIEFED BY OTHER PLAYERS EVERY 2 SECONDS they put ramps and objects in front of me to block me, move my ramp, cover my entire path with objects, and when i’m being crowded i lag way more, i spent MONEY to skate around in a FREE skateboarding game why isn’t there a private mode?!?!?! AFTER 3 HOURS OF SITTING THROUGH THE GRIEFING MY GAME GETS STUCK ON A 15 MINUTE LOADING SCREEN! HOW CAN SUPPORT FOR A GAME BE SO **bleep** BAD?!?optimize ur game and ADD A PRIVATE **bleep** MODE ALREADY GOD **bleep**! **bleep** YOU EA NO ONE LIKES UR **bleep** GAME

Handplants Not Registering
Since the new update, It's near impossible to pull off any kind of handplant on ramps that I was able to do with ease. Any one else suffering from this problem as well? I'm on PC via EA app (Windows 10 Pro) and using an 8bitdo Ultimate 2 Wireless controller. Everything fully updated in terms of drivers and firmware.Season 3 Crashing over and over
It all started Saturday. I crashed once while playing with a streamer I watch on TikTok. After that, I figured out the only way to open the game and play for any meaningful amount of time is to open a browser while the game loads in the background. Idk why this helps but it does. But it seems like everytime I hit a sick clip after a hundred tries and go to the video editor it kicks me out. I'm not one to complain because free game. But I was wondering if anybody knows what could be causing me all these crashes? I've uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, repaired javelin, uninstalled javelin, reinstalled javelin, allowed Skate thru firewall, reinstalled graphics drivers, gave skate permissions, all in all the only thing that works for me is loading up with the game minimized but even then I still eventually crash everytime. I am getting kind of annoyed by this because I was in the middle of editing this clip I spent 30 minutes trying to get right and mid-edit the game just shuts off no save function for disconnects or anything like that. I basically have to export a crappy non-edited version of my clips immediately or I wont get em at all.
Dead franchise
This game has driven me crazy. Collision bugs, falling in the middle of the road, and now, the cherry on top: bugged Skate Pass missions. And on top of that, a new season with a paid map! Wow, you've killed the franchise. I logged into the game thinking I could at least have some fun, but unfortunately, you have to pay for pixels. In addition to that, many things are poorly thought out. For example, there's no option to launch a mission in group search mode, the skate shop doesn't look like a skate shop at all, and there are no items purchasable without real money in the Skate Pass—only 5 items that are actually interesting and look good. The map is too small and too round, giving the impression of red poison in a jar. Where are the downhill runs, the forests, the construction zones, etc.? You might say it's Grom Island, but I'm not paying for that. And when will we get a skatepark editor?Game is broken it's unplayable
I actually cannot even play the game. The menu is busted and broken and i cant even navigate the menus half the time. This has been going on for a while. I have deleted and redownloaded the game multiple times. Not sure what else to do. No trick circle, stuff is cut out, menus broken. Help me pleaseWorst stake games ever
Why is this game so bad? It’s like they truly don’t care about what the fans of the game have to say like everybody was complaining about this game so what did they do? Fired a bunch of useless people and hired a hand full of new useless people???? They seen all the bad feedback and thought a mediocre new map and a new season would fix everything?? I’m tired of everything being remade now days to be absolutely trash yall should of just remade stake 3 and yall would of made millions of dollars stop trying to be something your notDog bone bowl, Hedgemont community park
Absolutely LOVE the 'dog bone' shaped half pipe/bowl in the Hedgemont Community Park during the pop off season. I could spend hours just in that bowl alone. Once I figured out how to do vert properly and perfected a line, going up and down, non stop without pushing only pumping, always landing on a transition, it's immensely satisfying, it's like no other game right now. I really am gonna be sad when it's gone. pls make another half pipe somewhere permanent just like it, or keep making it in the community parks, it is just the right size/etc, all the other half-pipe bowls are too small/too steep and just naturally kills speed.
Removal of Season 2 Rooftop Ramps
Bring back the rooftop ramps from season 2!!! The one that leads from the building to the north of the M-Corp tower onto the curved roof building and from there onto the P-Hus was amazing and fun. Also the ramp on the building near the block party was also great to activate an area that currently has nothing. Removing these rooftop ramps has taken too much away from San Van in terms of gameplay areas, leaving buildings lifeless again, without purpose. They should never have been removed, considering there are still the spiral ramps and canal ramp from season 1 still in the game. I'd understand removing them if there was new permanent content in their place, but there is nothing, which is especially disappointing.
I think you should be able to place the stickers anywhere you want on your deck.
It really annoys me that you can't place the stickers in the places and positions that you want, I have some cool decks and some cool stickers, but I really don't wanna cover the beautiful deck art with the sticker placement, as it's really bothering that the middle sticker covers up the main art in on the deck if you place a sticker. Also you shouldn't be limited to only 3 stickers, I have a lot of them and I would like to place more than 3 on my deck. I don't think it would be that hard to implement this feature, as it would be similar to the tattoo placement. P.S. I don't like the fact that I can't have multiple tattoos on the same arm.
Air Punch Emote
Not a big deal but something that bums me out. All emotes that you can move around while using allow you to look up and down while doing them. The Air Punch emote used to let you do this. Looked like moshing and I loved that. After the update It’s the ONLY moveable emote that does NOT allow you to look up and down and change their body. Plz put it back. Also the Pit Dance emote kicks **bleep**. Do more.500 San Van Bucks have disappeared from my account.
Around two weeks ago I logged in to play and realized that 500 San Van Bucks had disappeared from my account. I was saving them to buy the pass. I played both seasons, collecting all the bucks from the pass and also saving the ones left from my purchases. In total I had 900, but when I logged in that day I only had 400. I tried writing in other places, but I didn’t get any response, so I’m trying from here now.
Lazy implementation of the tattoo system…
I was pretty stoked to hear about the inclusion of tattoos in S3, and after giving the update a full read, it seemed like the folks involved in implementing tattoos in the game had a good idea on how to do it properly. Turns out, it needs a lot of work. Here’s the thing… Nobody wants to spend premium currency on new tattoos when you can only slap one on each body part. As someone who has been involved in the tattoo world for a decade, I’m incredibly disappointed in how this was rolled out. We NEED the ability to add multiple to each body part. Keep the placement system the way it is, sure, but give people the ability to add new pieces alongside the currently placed one. The American Traditional designs I’ve seen so far are actually super faithful to the craft, but none of that matters if they can’t be placed in a piecemeal sleeve as is the American Traditional way. TLDR; Please improve this system to give players the ability to add multiple pieces to each body part. If you keep it the way it is, you have an insanely lazy and wasted system.
My Unfiltered Real Feedback of Skate. (4)
I also posted this on the Steam Discussion Forums. The more visibility the better. I only see Dev's respond to positive feedback. So we'll see if this goes unnoticed or not. Makes for an interesting experiment nonetheless. You have 3 whole Skate games to cherry pick from. People have been crying out for S.K.A.T.E., Hall of Meat, Death Races, etc. You can even add old modes like Own the Lot, Spot Battle, Domination. Hell you can even take inspiration from the Tony Hawk Games and include Graffiti, King of the Hill, Capture the Flag, Firefight, Combo Mombo, Tag, Hide-N-Seek. And this doesn't even consider everything else that's wrong with the game. The lack of soul, the heavy focus on live service (arguably the same thing as lack of soul), the lack of skate culture, the lack of grittiness that we've come to expect from the other Skate games, the lack of any cohesive story-line, the lack of pro skaters (both old-school and new-school), the sanitized corporate feel, the generic Fortnite/Sims character art-style and the lame cheesy voice-overs, the lack of profanity (Skaters swear btw), the lack of physical damage to your player and board, the lack of blood, the cornball AI virtual world angle that nobody who actually skates cares about, the clearly AI generated reused community parks that functionally make no sense, the abomination that is Vee, the list goes on. Going so hard on live service doomed this game. The Early Access excuse doesn't fly in 2025 anymore (especially when your publisher is a $50 billion dollar titan like EA and you're pushing micro-transactions). We've been down this road too many times with other games. Gamers aren't falling for it anymore. Nobody wanted this. At this point anything is better than what we have now. I honestly think it's far too late and you guys dropped the ball. We've been voicing these opinions since EARLY EARLY EARLY in the Closed Play Test and you guys never listened and continued to do whatever you wanted to do despite the overwhelming vocal feedback. You're welcome to try and correct things this far down the line, but you're most likely a day late and a dollar short. Plus, no offense, but nobody has confidence in you guys anymore. We've been screaming into the void for long enough with no results. People have been moving on, look at the SteamDB/Steam Charts, you're down 94.1% of your player base on Steam in 2 months since release. You guys had an amazing blueprint to build off of with the first 3 games (Skate 2 notably). You guys whiffed this hard, respectfully. I know it's not what you guys want to hear, but this is probably the realest answer you're gonna get. I hope you guys figure it out, truly.
