I can't login after removing a security key
After I logged in successfully and removed my security key, to add a new one, my account started showing a captcha error mistake and now it is locked due to captcha errors. The captcha never displays, so I cannot fill it in, and now I receive a ‘too many login attempts’ message. Can someone help? I have tried all of these suggested by chatgpt and did not work: 1. Disable ad-blockers and privacy extensions Captcha on swtor.com relies on third-party scripts. Temporarily disable: AdBlock / uBlock Brave Shields Privacy Badger Ghostery Reload the page and try again. If it works, whitelist swtor.com permanently. 2. Try a different browser (important) Many users report the captcha fails on certain Chromium setups. Best options: Firefox (recommended) Microsoft Edge (if you were using Chrome) Chrome (if you were using Edge) Open a fresh browser, do not reuse an existing session. 3. Use Incognito / Private mode This bypasses cached scripts and cookies. Open a private window Go directly to: https://www.swtor.com Log in from there 4. Clear site data for swtor.com If you want to keep your main browser: Clear cookies + cache for swtor.com only Reload the page Try again Network-related causes 5. Disable VPN or proxy SWTOR captcha frequently fails behind: VPNs Corporate networks Some ISP DNS filters Temporarily disable VPN and retry. 6. Change DNS (optional but effective) If the captcha script is blocked at DNS level: Set DNS to: Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 or Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1 Restart the browser afterward. If nothing works 7. Log in through the Account Management subpage Some users bypass the broken captcha by entering from a deeper URL: https://account.swtor.com Thanks everyone.cool100711 hours agoRising Novice11Views0likes1CommentMission not Counting

Hey guys, no matter what server I'm playing on, even on DM (I'm EU) I always disconnect after about 15 minutes of logging in. My internet was perfectly fine with it before and it is the only online game that has issues like this. Are there any fixes for this? This makes the game completely unplayable btw. I need a fix immediately because I have put money into this game.jkx3titdb6vz1 day agoSeasoned Newcomer25Views0likes3Commentscant logging with my steam account

It has been quite a while since I tried to login to my SWTOR account. I tried today and it asked for security key, which I no longer have available to me. When I click on the remove security key, it gives me the option for a one time code. I click on that but I never receive an email with the code. I can only assume that the email attached to the account is one that I no longer have access to. Unfortunately the EA help section is a nightmare to navigate and I can't find any option with respect to my problem.Ruggo2 days agoSeasoned Newcomer23Views0likes3CommentsDon't get a subscription through steam and EA doesn't want to help
I bought a subscription through steam this month I didn't get it even though they took the money out and I went to EA for help and they were useless in helping me even though I sent them the screenshots they said they weren't able to access them and are pretty much not helping me anymore Don't get a subscription it's a rip off.Damonflynn052 days agoNew Novice16Views0likes0CommentsSWtor account. Can' sign in.
I changed my email address because Google thought, it wasn't real, because it was a combination of numbers and letters. It even blocked me once. I changed it since then, but I can't log in to my swtor account. I know my username and password, but no matter how much it sends me a verification code, I can't get it. That could be the problem. Someone please help.31Views0likes0CommentsBanned without reason; No Help provided, can someone please help me?
Good evening, I am putting this up because I need some serious help, and if someone, official or otherwise, could help me that would be greatly appreciated. I will endeavor to give as many details as I can to get the best advice possible. I used to play SWTOR almost a decade ago. I decided now to return to the game, made a new account and started to play. Even took a subscription to enjoy the game as much as I could. I played for a total of two days. Then I got home, tried to open up my game, and it said there was an error connecting to the server. I had been banned without a reason, it read: Dear Customer, We are contacting you regarding your account for Star Wars: The Old Republic. We wish to notify you that we have found your account to be in violation of our Terms of Service and due to the nature of this violation we are left with no option other than to permanently close your account with immediate effect. For the last 11-12 days, I have attempted to reach someone to help me, even just explain to me what the reason for the ban was, because all I had done was attempt to play the game, and payed for a subscription. The phone line just reiterates to me the same thing about how they don't know, they can't help me, and I need to wait for a response in 5-7 business days. We are past that. Without an account, you cannot send tickets on SWTOR, I tried. EA ticket system just gets me back automated responses that have very little to nothing to do with my complaint or request. I honestly don't mind just making a new account, but the issue is I don't even know what the problem is; and I'm terrified that I might just get randomly banned again. P.S.: I have an EA Help account, and the name there is properly displayed as AngevineCaesar; but for whatever reason here, it refuses to use the name.atvzbygnskhn5 days agoRising Newcomer35Views0likes1CommentSwtor Launcher Play Not Working

Hello everyone, I’m having an issue with subscribing to SWTOR using my EA Wallet, and I’m hoping someone from the community or the SWTOR team can help clarify this. I live in Brazil and I use the same email address for both my EA account and my SWTOR account. I can log into both accounts without any issues, and my EA account has available balance in the EA Wallet. However, when I try to subscribe to SWTOR directly through the SWTOR website, the EA Wallet does not appear as a payment option. This is the main problem that prevents me from subscribing. I have already contacted EA Support about this issue. They informed me that, since this involves SWTOR, I should contact SWTOR Support. The problem is that SWTOR Support seems to only allow ticket creation for players with an active subscription, which I cannot obtain because of this payment issue. Important details: My SWTOR account was created before I started using EA Wallet Both accounts use the same email address I am not subscribing through Steam EA Wallet balance is visible on my EA account I’ve tried common troubleshooting steps such as clearing cache, using an incognito window, and logging in again, but the issue still persists. At this point, I’m not sure if there is a phone number I can call or another official way to contact SWTOR Support regarding account or payment issues for non-subscribed players, especially from Brazil. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to properly resolve this, I would really appreciate your guidance. Thank you.30Views0likes1CommentTrying to get into my old SWTOR account
Hi all, I am recently returning back to play SWTOR. I have an old account for which I am 99% sure I remember the correct username and password for. I had to registered to an old SWTORSK with the app on my phone. I'm pretty sure the SWTORSK has been discontinued, but when I enter the code generated by it, I can't get into my account. Any advice? I've been trying to get a response of an email the last 24 hours to get an email of a one time password requirement but nothing has happened expect one. But by the time I got it, it was too late, and I haven't gotten one response yet when I've been logged in on the game plenty of times on my PC a number of time already. I just need to get that one time password requirement once please.70Views0likes2CommentsWhen I registered a new account for Star Wars Online
When I registered a new account for Star Wars Online, I used the same email address, which prevented me from using the new username . I hope to be able to use this username again. It is available, but during registration, I received an email to my mailbox indicating that there is already an account with the same email address.OvoTime11 days agoSeasoned Newcomer48Views0likes5Comments
