Character got sent back and after got softlocked
He hadn't played for awhile and he logged back onto his sith warrior that had already done rise of the hutt cartel and was doing revans dlc but when he logged in he was at the interlude and after completing the interlude it tells him to talk to r-c92 but he cant. we think its because he already finished hutt cartel but we dont know what to do to fix it.SolvedBiasedDolphin374 days agoSeasoned Newcomer23Views0likes1CommentBought 180 day subscription from SWTOR.com - Not applied to account

I used to play Swtor when the game started, at that time It was on origin and I had the collector edition with the physical security key. Now after a time I stopped playing the game and moved on with other games. Yet I've found myself of late wanting to play again. The issue is simple, Origin doesn't exist anymore, so I in the EA app I don't have the game, because it is actually not EA that provide it but Steam, and my key is long gone now. Sadly nothing work including reseting the password or anything else. I just seems to be in a hell hole and can't seems to be able to contact an efficient customer service. On the Star Forge server, both my wife and I are unable to log in to either of our accounts with the server selection screen being all that appears and returns to after picking one. I've recently change to the new phone and didn't transfer all apps from old to new one. How can I remove or reset the security key? Hi everyone, I’m having an ongoing issue with my SWTOR subscription. I purchased a subscription last Thursday, (thats 4 days ago) and the payment has already been taken from my account as soon as i made the purchase, but my SWTOR account still shows as Free-to-Play. On my account page, the subscription status has been stuck on Processing ever since. It’s been several days now, so this definitely isn’t just a normal delay. I’ve already contacted support by email (support@swtor.com) multiple times, but every time they just tell me to call the international EA Support number. Unfortunately, my mobile provider does not allow international calls to landline numbers, so I literally cannot contact them that way. It really shouldn’t be necessary to make an international phone call to fix a digital purchase made online. There should be another way — through chat or email — to resolve this kind of issue. Could someone from support please help with this, or at least escalate it to the correct team so my payment can be processed or refunded properly? I go to my cases, try to submit a case, there's nothing. I'm signed in, trying to submit a case to update my email address, but there is no way to do that that I can see. Just wanting to set up my new phone with the SWTOR security Key App. Unfortunately, I went through the iPhone prompts when I transferred all the data to my new phone reset my old phone. I now cannot log into my game/account using the app on my new phone; as the security key app requires an activation code... How do I go by finding this? Hello, My username is "superultrahallo" for SWTOR and I'm a bit new to this, but I'm having some trouble with my account recovery. I no longer had the SWTOR security key app on my phone since I stopped playing for some time. So I went to request a one time password to remove it. Now the problem is that the mail is not arriving. It's being sent to a hotmail account, I'm not sure how much of it is visible to support staff and the like, but read that there's been some trouble sending mails to that domain in the past. I've sent a mail to support (via the gmail linked to THIS account) a few days ago, with no reply as of now so I'm wondering if anyone here could help? I believe that my SWTOR account was linked to this or another EA account back when I was active. Which according to my steam sadly was at least over 36 months, said steam account is linked as well. Just not sure what to do? Can a recovery email still be sent at all, do I have to change my mail via contacting mobile customer support? I just wanted to know if there's something that could be done via text first, since I don't live in one of the four countries for which calling Customer Support is available. Hello there So long story short, my phone died and with that i lost access to my email account. I successfully changed my email on EA account to a new one. Now i want do the same for my SWTOR acc but security key linked to dead phone and if you trying to log in without security key it sends letter to email (wich i dont have access anymore). Is there any way to get my SWTOR account back ? I couldnt find a way to have a chat with support or send them email, only contact support with a phone which is problematic for me. I tried buying a 2 month non-recurring subscription for SW:TOR earlier today, but when I tried to buy it, it gave the following error: I can still login to the website, and login to the game and play, but I can't buy a subscription (or buy anything else, for that matter). I thought maybe it was because I was using a VPN, but turning it off didn't work. I'm not in my home country right now, if that affects anything, I'm in Turkey. I just changed my email for my EA account because i have lost access to my original Email. that all worked fine but it didn't change the email tied to my SWTOR account. i can still log into the game just fine through the launcher and place but i cant subscribe unless i can log into my account.
