I can't log in (SWTOR Official launcher)
When I try to log into my account (it is newly made) I get an error message that says "The login service is currently unavailable. Details can be found on our Twitter account." but when I go to their Twitter account there is nothing about a server shutdown or anything like that. Problem to get back authentificator 2FA key - Star Wars The Old Republic
Hello, I'm trying to get back to my old account, but i don't have the authentification code to log into my account anymore. When i go to Steam support, it's written i have to go on EA assistance, and when i go to EA, it's written i can contact Steam support. It looks like the QR code is not working, but right below it's also written i can be sent a code, and it's not working either. Can support show up in this topic, to help me solve that problem ? I return here once again seeking your help masters (my last discussion) Re: SWTOR error Subscription | EA Forums - 11026381 So, this time I wanted to buy some CC/subscribe, but before the payment an error message appear on the screen saying “there is an issue with your EA account”. Also saying that I can see my status on my SWTOR overview, I go there and turns out that there was another email ([edit: email address removed]) as my EA linked account. I went to my Gmail and found out that on September 24, 2025, I received an email saying “the email address linked to your EA account was deleted”, it was on Spam… Then I tried to log in with my Gmail and password, couldn't do it (Apparently it no longer exist), so I tried Google log in, I ended up creating a new account (this one). Somehow I need to revert that change of email address and get back my EA account, or maybe I link a new EA account to my SWTOR (I don't know how to do that, or If it's possible). Anyway, I would really appreciate it if someone could help me figure this one out. P.S. Problem with security key generator
I havent played some years. And wanted to play today. But my security key generator aint functioning anymore i presume. It came with collectors edition and is by now 15 year old. Unable to verify email
I get told I will need to verify my email before my character hits level 20, but the button to verify in the client doesn't work. So I manually type in the URL and click send verification email, I click the verify link, and get the following error: Verification code expired, invalid, or account already verified. Took a break from game since 2020. Now idea what and when was changed. Now can't login entirely. When I played game I had both password and security key on my account (original, not google ID). Have display name and password stored. Lost security key. From what posts here say, you can login leaving security key blank to trigger one-time password recovery. How it looks to me: With display name and password filled, game gives a "Login failed due to invalid captcha". No captcha ever shows up. Tried Firefox 147.0.4 (64-bit) (with all extensions disabled and separately in private mode) and Microsoft Edge (up-to-date). Same errors, keeping up for 3+ hours. Cleaning browser cash and cookies did not help. Additionally tried "I don't remember my display name." which confirmed I was using the right one. So? Cannot log into SWTOR on steam
I have tried installing SWTOR through Steam and log into my account. All the credentials are correct and an error message shows up saying "We can't log you in. Please double-check you're using the Steam account you usually play on and try again.". My SWTOR account is not linked to any Steam account. One time password not being delivered
I wanted to come back to the game after a few years of hiatus, but I am unable to login. I have my original login information (display name and password) but the one time password is never delivered to the e-mail account I registered with back in 2011. Can't login, lost security key.
So the story is short. I haven't been in s swtor for a while now, and the security key app is no longer available. The device, where my SK-app was installed is long dead by now. I do have access to an e-mail, which is connected to my acc, I remember the password, and I even have reseted it, just in case. I read on the internet that there that there is (or was) a "lost security key" button, when I attempt to login, with no or with incorrect security key, but there's no such in my case. When I try to login at swtor.com with blank or random security key field, it just says "Failed to login, try another time". When I try to login in a launcher, it says that "Display name, password or security key is incorrect." with no additional buttons or links. I saw, that I can contact support only in game or by a phone call. It's pretty difficult for my to call in another country, so I created a new account, to write a ticket, only to realize that it's a 'customer support' and I can use it only if I'm an active sub. To gain a 1 month sub is still cheaper to me, then a 5 minutes call to US, UK, Germany or France, but maybe there's another way? I can't login after removing a security key
After I logged in successfully and removed my security key, to add a new one, my account started showing a captcha error mistake and now it is locked due to captcha errors. The captcha never displays, so I cannot fill it in, and now I receive a ‘too many login attempts’ message. Can someone help? I have tried all of these suggested by chatgpt and did not work: 1. Disable ad-blockers and privacy extensions Captcha on swtor.com relies on third-party scripts. Temporarily disable: AdBlock / uBlock Brave Shields Privacy Badger Ghostery Reload the page and try again. If it works, whitelist swtor.com permanently. 2. Try a different browser (important) Many users report the captcha fails on certain Chromium setups. Best options: Firefox (recommended) Microsoft Edge (if you were using Chrome) Chrome (if you were using Edge) Open a fresh browser, do not reuse an existing session. 3. I installed SWTOR on Steam and it came up with this message. I've checked that my account Mr_Crawford is unlinked from Steam and it is. Yet when I try to log in, it does not link it.
