I received a temporary suspension in game, 1 week. However, I cannot log into the actual website to validate my subscription. I’ve been extremely frustrated and disappointed since last Thursday, when the new age verification brazilian law was implemented in SWTOR. From that moment on, I have been unable to access the game — not because I’m underage (I’m 31 years old), but because the verification process appears to be failing for older accounts like mine. My account is very old and was originally linked to an EA/EA Games account that no longer exists, and now the system simply doesn’t verify my age or allow me to proceed. As a result, I was instructed to contact support by email, but the only response I received was that this can only be resolved by telephone support. The problem is: I’m Brazilian, I don’t speak English, and I have no practical way to call international phone numbers — both because of the language barrier and because I cannot afford the cost of this type of call. Being forced into phone support in another language, for an issue caused by your account verification system, feels completely unfair. What makes this even worse is that I recently returned to the game and paid for a subscription. Now I’m locked out of a service I’m actively paying for, and I’m being bounced from one channel to another with delays and no real solution. This is extremely disrespectful to the customer and a very poor experience. I’m asking for a reasonable resolution through an accessible support channel (email or chat), including a way to complete age verification despite the legacy account issue. If that is not possible, then I would like compensation for the lost subscription time and/or a refund for the period I cannot access the game. I was at the end of the story, awaiting this latest update, to finish the last Era, and after the update, it only shows a trailer button, and no launch button, yet says to click launch to continue. Launcher says everything is fine, and the repair button is greyed out, stating no repairs are needed. How do I fix this, if the repair option is broken? Im coming back to the game after a year absence and i cant remember my password, so i do the normal thing and request for the reset and give my display name for the recovery email. It then states if the account exists then the email will be sent there. Ive used the same email for everything EA wise and ive been waiting 4 hours now and there is no recoevery email. so i guess i dont have all the stuff i purchased on that account anymore. I have been playing SWTOR on Mac the past week or so and suddenly today it won't launch. I don't use the Security Key and when I login it doesn't prompt me for a One Time Password. I tried deleting the user.reg file, didn't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the beta Mac launcher and redownloading the game, didn't work. When I login the launcher everything looks normal until I click on Play. Quote This program encountered an internal error and will exit. Had it on Steam, deleted and installed standalone launcher now I'm back on Steam. No matter what version I have it will not generate a crash report. Game starts I can see the start up loading screen of Malus etc. but only for a second. It's done it before and a reset of the laptop would fix it, but not anymore. Hello, I am a Level 14 Jedi Knight on the quest 'Dark Temptations'. After dying (I got stuck and was looking up online for a solution while I got attacked), I chose to respawn to the nearest camp, subsequentially I noticed that my companion T7-O1 disappeared, and my Companion window (N key) is empty (all sub-menus are disabled). I tried to restart the game, but nothing changed. Have I triggered some sort of bug? Is there a way to fix this? I have just started playing the game again, decided I was enjoying it so decided to order a subscription. Go to log in after purchasing the subscription, and it asks me to verify my email address again. I click the link to send the email, get the email, click the link in the email and I get a page saying that there is an issue with my account or my email has already been verified. I end task the game, because it won't let me past the character screen without verifying my email address. Restart the game, only to have it ask me to verify my email again. I try again, get the same response, your email has already been verified and can't get past the character screen. It is now saying that I have sent too many verify email requests and that I can't do it any more. So, I've now subscribed to a game that I can't even play. There is no email to check that I can see in my inbox. Up until maybe 4 to 5 hours ago I was playing swtor through steam fine. I return here once again seeking your help masters (my last discussion) Re: SWTOR error Subscription | EA Forums - 11026381 So, this time I wanted to buy some CC/subscribe, but before the payment an error message appear on the screen saying “there is an issue with your EA account”. Also saying that I can see my status on my SWTOR overview, I go there and turns out that there was another email ([edit: email address removed]) as my EA linked account. I went to my Gmail and found out that on September 24, 2025, I received an email saying “the email address linked to your EA account was deleted”, it was on Spam… Then I tried to log in with my Gmail and password, couldn't do it (Apparently it no longer exist), so I tried Google log in, I ended up creating a new account (this one). Somehow I need to revert that change of email address and get back my EA account, or maybe I link a new EA account to my SWTOR (I don't know how to do that, or If it's possible).
