Mission not Counting
I'm using a jedi consular and I just finished up the mission on the Fortitude. I'm on the step where it says "return to your ship" but when I do, the mission doesn't advance. I've tried logging out several times, Using both the holoterminal and the galaxy map. It doesn't let me reset the mission and I can't make an ingame ticket because i'm not a subscriber. Need help
Serious Disconnection Issues
Hey guys, no matter what server I'm playing on, even on DM (I'm EU) I always disconnect after about 15 minutes of logging in. My internet was perfectly fine with it before and it is the only online game that has issues like this. Are there any fixes for this? This makes the game completely unplayable btw. I need a fix immediately because I have put money into this game.
I can't login after removing a security key
After I logged in successfully and removed my security key, to add a new one, my account started showing a captcha error mistake and now it is locked due to captcha errors. The captcha never displays, so I cannot fill it in, and now I receive a ‘too many login attempts’ message. Can someone help? I have tried all of these suggested by chatgpt and did not work: 1. Disable ad-blockers and privacy extensions Captcha on swtor.com relies on third-party scripts. Temporarily disable: AdBlock / uBlock Brave Shields Privacy Badger Ghostery Reload the page and try again. If it works, whitelist swtor.com permanently. 2. Try a different browser (important) Many users report the captcha fails on certain Chromium setups. Unable to remove security key
It has been quite a while since I tried to login to my SWTOR account. I tried today and it asked for security key, which I no longer have available to me. When I click on the remove security key, it gives me the option for a one time code. I click on that but I never receive an email with the code. I can only assume that the email attached to the account is one that I no longer have access to. Unfortunately the EA help section is a nightmare to navigate and I can't find any option with respect to my problem.
Old acc e-mail change problems
hello, my account was created in 2017 and its email is set to : s********************@trial.swtor.com and im unable to change it. navigating the 'my account' page either directs me here on to the in game ticket support which appears i need a subscription to use. not entierly sure how to proceed to be able to play the game with this account as im unable to verify it which prevents me from loging in. thanks in advancecant logging with my steam account
when i try to log in on my steam account it say check if you useing the right steam account error thing but i played on it 3 years ago so its weird why it is not working and also check on my swtor account if there any steam accounts are linked to the account and there a no accounts links so its really weird
Don't get a subscription through steam and EA doesn't want to help
I bought a subscription through steam this month I didn't get it even though they took the money out and I went to EA for help and they were useless in helping me even though I sent them the screenshots they said they weren't able to access them and are pretty much not helping me anymore Don't get a subscription it's a rip off.SWtor account. I changed my email address because Google thought, it wasn't real, because it was a combination of numbers and letters. It even blocked me once. I changed it since then, but I can't log in to my swtor account. I know my username and password, but no matter how much it sends me a verification code, I can't get it. That could be the problem. Good evening, I am putting this up because I need some serious help, and if someone, official or otherwise, could help me that would be greatly appreciated. I will endeavor to give as many details as I can to get the best advice possible. I used to play SWTOR almost a decade ago. I decided now to return to the game, made a new account and started to play. Even took a subscription to enjoy the game as much as I could. I played for a total of two days. Then I got home, tried to open up my game, and it said there was an error connecting to the server. I had been banned without a reason, it read: Dear Customer, We are contacting you regarding your account for Star Wars: The Old Republic. We wish to notify you that we have found your account to be in violation of our Terms of Service and due to the nature of this violation we are left with no option other than to permanently close your account with immediate effect. For the last 11-12 days, I have attempted to reach someone to help me, even just explain to me what the reason for the ban was, because all I had done was attempt to play the game, and payed for a subscription. The phone line just reiterates to me the same thing about how they don't know, they can't help me, and I need to wait for a response in 5-7 business days. We are past that. Without an account, you cannot send tickets on SWTOR, I tried. EA ticket system just gets me back automated responses that have very little to nothing to do with my complaint or request. I honestly don't mind just making a new account, but the issue is I don't even know what the problem is; and I'm terrified that I might just get randomly banned again. P.S.: I have an EA Help account, and the name there is properly displayed as AngevineCaesar; but for whatever reason here, it refuses to use the name.Can't Reset Password due to Security Key Requirement
Hello team, I am trying to come back to SWTOR and am able to recover my name with said email address. Then when I tried to recover my password/reset password, I get the link but I have a feeling I set up a security code requirement a long time ago and now I'm unable to change the password. Can anyone help me?One time Password Required
I've been trying to get a response of an email the last 24 hours to get an email of a one time password requirement but nothing has happened expect one. But by the time I got it, it was too late, and I haven't gotten one response yet when I've been logged in on the game plenty of times on my PC a number of time already. I just need to get that one time password requirement once please.
