[RL] Title Inherited From Parents Has Higher Priority Than Career Title
When a sim who has an inherited title from parents for example as "Lady/Lord" joins the Noble Career and advance in the career and is supposed to have a higher title than just "Lady/Lord", their title does not update, and there is no way to change it. Also, if they married someone with a noble rank, they do not take it and keep "Lady/Lord". For example: In my game, Beatrice Capp joined the Noble Career and is supposed to be a Countess now and her husband got the Count title from her but she is still "Lady" which I found wrong even if it is how the game was designed. Also, Sofia Abrantes inherited her mother's title when her mother died then married Virgilio Capp (Don't worry. She was old enough) and he did not take the Margrave title and stayed "Lord". Is this a bug or a design fault? Sims should not keep generic titles when they can have higher ones. Interesting fact - CC/mods X moolas kits
I intentionally bought a few moolas to test if they would work with the new update, as our previous CC doesn't as the mods. And surprisingly, not so surprising, they work perfectly fine. If we all think, they are kind of a CC content, so here's my question, why??????? Why things that we already have, that we did not buy from them doesn't work and the package that I spent money on it does?????? And what is pissing me much more is that houses, sims and buildings that I spent hours building are gone, they doesn't even show in my gallery any more, this is so ridiculous and aggravating that makes me wonder a bunch of things. I really hope they fix this very soon and that all our work on the game isn't lost, because this is really disrespectful with us. I have all packs, expansions and kits from the game, every single one of them and now all of I've done seems to be lost. Family Recipes Disappeared
Hi, I'm having an issue in which my family recipes disappeared. I created several family recipes in my legacy save early on, and they disappeared after I moved the sim that created them out of the household. They are no longer available when I click on the Grammy's Family Recipes object - the "view family recipes" option is greyed out. Sims can not jog, do sit ups, push ups, stretch or climb the rock walls in Mt. Komorebi (Snowy Escape) while eating for two, yet can use the treadmill (which is essentially the same as jogging), the workout machine, the punching bag, the rock climbing wall from Fitness Stuff, and do TV workouts (with the Power Sculpting workout including both push ups and sit ups) up to second trimester. They can spar with the training bots (Strangerville), use the archery range and spin cycles (Adventure Awaits) but not practice swordsmanship on training dummies (Royalty and Legacy). There is absolutely no rational reason I can see to prohibit pregnant sims from stretching, even in the third trimester. If sims can use the treadmill, they should be able to jog. Conversely, if they can't jog, they shouldn't be able to use the treadmill. Similarly, if they can do a power sculpting workout, they should be able to do push ups and sit ups, but if they can't do push ups or sit ups, they shouldn't be able to do the power sculpting workouts. I got the new Royalty and Legacy expansion pack and I put a lot of importance on the titles … I put custom titles for each rank because the one that are default by the game are not right for me and my game so obviously since there is an option to customize the titles I did that … but I noticed that every-time that I boot up the game after closing it … the custom titles disappear and they go back to the default which is extremely tiring and time-taking to write my titles each and every-time that I want to play the game … especially since I play on PS4 and typing there is much harder … I hope this can get fixed. Other sim, NPC or other household sim, begins talking with an active sim who is eating and if the conversation action is cancelled, eating sim stops eating. This is a problem when eating on public lots because whether or not the food the active sim was eating disappears, the only actions available to the remaining food will be "clean up". That means my sim or sims will have to waste time and simoleans to acquire a new plate of food and hopefully consume it before yet another NPC tries to strike up another unwanted conversation. Forget about trying to take a pair of sims out in public for a date involving food. This happens with food from food stalls in San Myshuno, food from university vendors, and grilled food from the Willow Creek park. Stopping an unwanted conversation before it happens should not interrupt actions already in progress. I am playing on PC with no mods. I think this is a recent bug, because the last time I played with a toddler a few months ago I didn't notice this problem. I have a toddler in my household who has maxed out the potty skill and is able to use the potty on her own. However, after my toddler uses the potty, she needs a diaper change, but it seems to occur only after she has been picked up after using the potty. So she'll use the potty, immediately after if she clicks on the changing table, or an adult sim does, there won't be an option to change diaper, just to plan/change outfits. But as soon as she's picked up, the option to change diaper will appear on the changing table when clicking with the toddler or the adult. [WPK] Rabbit Hole Repository grid issues
In the preview pictures for the Wonderland Playroom Kit, it shows the Looking Glass Lounge neatly tucked under the Rabbit Hole Repository, but in the game, the default behavior doesn't allow this and there is a gap on the right-hand side. If pressing the ALT key to bypass snapping objects to the grid, then it can be lined up properly when placed underneath. Not sure if this is expected behavior. My sim just got promoted to a celebrity chef and now makes less money. She got subtracted pay. I think this could be because I previously gave her the trait from the rewards store, entrepreneurial. She was getting a bunch of raises, but no promotions, so I went online and a bunch of people online were saying that if their sim had that trait that they weren't getting promoted. I decided to remove that trait with cheats I believe and by that time she was making about 12,000 an hour, I think. Anyways, it's been about 2-3 in-game weeks since that and she finally got promoted to the last level and instead of increasing her pay, she now makes less. I don't love that the "get leftovers" option on the fridge is always seen as unhealthy food regardless of the type of food they're picking out. My sim has gained weight from eating salads because of this. Toddler Help Blow Out Candles not available on Picnic Tables
My Sim hosted a birthday party for his toddler at Oasis Springs Desert Bloom Park. Cooked the cake at home, brought it to the party and put it on one of the stone picnic tables. The interactions for the Birthday cake allowed child, teen, and adult Sims to blow out candle and Age up child, teen, and adult Sim, but the Help to Blow Out Candles was not there, so I was not able to age up the toddler Sim to a child Sim. The toddler did not have the interactions to ask for help blowing out candles either. The cake was centered and the candles were lit. Aging up options were available for all the Sims except for the birthday toddler Sim. Child will not sit at the tea table and drink tea at the same time. Even if she sits down first, she will get up to get the tea. If you queue sitting down, she will wait until she's done drinking tea. Never used mods or CC. Mac. [RL] Cannot promise noble title to grandchild
have a save with the new nobility and legacy expansion, have a family with 3 generations, the biological child of the current queen died, her grandchild is a teen and in the nobility career. I cannot promise noble title to that grandchild. is it because it is not a direct child to the queen? the grandchilds father (son in law to the current queen) can promise his noble title (grand duke). The queen also cannot promise the noble title to her son in law. (to then later pass on to the granchild) essentially, is this a bug or a feature? When you first engage with the dreaming dormouse, you can only "call it names." After you call it names you can tell it a story. Calling it names makes it always start out with negative relationship. [RL] Noble Frog Charming still has unchangeable frog eyes
My sim found a Royal Frog while resource collecting in Ondarion. He kissed it and the frog turned into a Marchioness and proposed on the spot (so far so good). My sim accepted and the two went out on a few dates prior to the wedding to get friendship and romance both filled and achieve soulmate status before their nuptials. The have been married now for some time. Still have soulmate and best friend status but the Marchioness still has her frog eyes no matter how many times I have tried to change them in CAS. Im not sure if this is a bug or intended but I have looked all over for any posts regarding this topic and have found nothing thus far. Is anyone else experiencing this? I love the concept behind the frog noble, just thought that once the curse was "broken", his/her features would be able to be customized fully. I do not use any mods to play and the only cc I have is for jewelry. (yes, I tried disabling it to see if that changed anything. It did not.) You cannot change the likes, dislikes, turn ons, and turn offs when entering create a sim. They end up being stuck with whatever likes and dislikes they were randomized with, which can be quite annoying. This might be intended in which case sorry for the extra work mods, but I’ve played dozens of hours in mourningvale in both modded and unmodded saves and I have yet to see a single dig spot spawn.
