Can I transfer my save file from ps4 to pc?
ive been playing on legacy challenge for months now and im on gen4 and it's probably the most effort ive ever put in a family lol. Problem is that im getting rid of my ps4 (that's what I used to play the legacy challenge) and buying a gaming pc. So can I like transfer my save file to my pc? (Btw I saw some ppl suggesting that I upload my Sims on the gallery and download them from there and id really like to avoid that option if possible) and IGame Play Issue: Unable to get house’s back (that I built)
Hello, recently I got a new wifi (an upgrade) afterwards I launched the Sims 4 and realized it wasn’t working. At the time I didn’t realize it was because I hadn’t connected the wifi to the console, however now that I have when I launch the sims it only kept data from a couple of my worlds and deleted my houses that I’ve built but the weird thing is there are only a couple of worlds that have deleted my house data. And it’s not just base game worlds that kept their data, there are other worlds that I have bought (via packs) and they have houses I’ve built still in them. I have some houses that i downloaded and are in my library but mostly the ones that have gone missing were never saved. Just a side note: All the family’s are fine it’s just the houses. Please if anyone has ever heard of this or has had it happen to them, it would be so helpful to hear what you did to get them back. In my current save my sim was trying to marry the grim reaper (done before w no issues), got thru everything fine and then when it was time for the event to start, Grim wouldn’t show up. Inviting him over to the lot wouldn’t work, I couldn’t cancel the event (it would ask if i’m sure I want to cancel and i hit yes, and nothing changes). at this point I assume ‘okay ill just make them get married again after this runs out on its own’. Grim wouldn’t come to my house until after the wedding was suppose to be over, and then I couldn’t plan a wedding because it kept saying there was already an event happening, but eloping was the only thing that worked. i’ve played probably 20 sim days since, and the event panel is still there. when i restart the game it still says the wedding is happening, i cant make it go away. i cant plan any other event, and sometimes it wont let me travel because of the event. please help:(
gallery glitch
This is the second time that is has happened to me the first creator I unfollowed and it has happened again. When I go to look at what sims they have and it says that they don’t have any sims. I have been on their gallery before and they have definitely have had sims. I don’t know if this is a glitch on the gallery or the person have deleted their profile. I play the game on ps
High school years
I am on ps5, and the prom for high school years sometimes glitches and ends early, reseting the venue. Then, the after prom event completely glitches going to a black screen and never happens, the screen will cut back to my sim outside of the prom venue, or I have to close my game and reopen it.
Tutorial text testing bug on my screen and won’t let me play any household
It’s a big teal text that says tutorial text then an arrow pinging to nothing and a random ok button in middle of screen that won’t click and on the top left corner it says test but it’s testing my patience because I just played last night and this wasn’t happening ny game has never ever crashed😭
Information Panels
Just wondering if it's just me, but before I was able to increase the size of all information panels, like career, skills, and relationships, and now the only panel that increases is the inventory panel. I play sims on console, PS5, and before it was pressing the up directional to increase the view, but it no longer works, just for the inventory. Does anyone else have this issue? It's quite frustrating constantly scrolling to view everything rather then just extending the panel to view everythingIssues in CAS after household is already in town
I have tried to edit a household and I keep running into the same issue with the pets pack, everytime I edit a household that’s already in the game that has an animal after a while I go to edit the household and once I finish editing my sim when I click to play the game it’s taking me to the pet in the household and saying the breed isn’t filled out. I’ve ran into this issue since before the blast from the past release and was wondering if anyone else is running into this issue? Playing on Xbox console with no cheats.
Blast from the Past Event
I completed the Blast from the Past Event. Upon completing, I lost access to all of my collectibles from Blast from the Past, as well as the collectibles I had from the Cozy Celebrations & Reaper Rewards events. When I loaded into a different save (where I am collecting all of the collectibles), I got a pop up that there were objects that I didn't own that had been removed from my save (the Milk Cartons, Freezer Boneys, and Cozy Wreaths). The objects are also not available in the save where I completed the Event. If I open the event screen, all items are listed as claimed, but I cannot access them in game or in Build/Buy. System: Console (PS4) No CC/Mods Packs Installed: All, minus Bust the Dust Most recent release: Update from 3/6/25
PS5 Crashes when manually saving - new prob since update 2.08
Since the most recent update, my game crashes with almost every save. I have all expansion and game packs and obviously no mods. i have been able to save 3/30 since the update and have lost countless hours of progress. A common occurrence is that saving triggers a downgrade of game graphics notice (we are adjusting your graphic settings so you can continue to play…) and the crash happens immediately after. This should not be closed or merged into the other more general topic of crashes, which are indeed VERY regular on console. I combatted that issue by saving frequently as the game suggests, but now I can’t save. . I have been maxing out the same infant and toddler skills over and over and have to stop playing altogether despite having preordered the new pack being released today. i will be seeking a full refund for the 3+ consoles worth of investment I’ve made into this franchise since December . It’s obvious console players are not a priority as that very graphics downgrading process renders most items in game unrecognizable pixel blobs. .I will repeat that this issue of consistently crashing when saving is a specific new problem that only began after the most recent update. The other issue of constant crashing is separate and the game was only made playable by obsessive saving. Without the ability to save it is now unplayable. Please look at the many error reports and video clips you have from Sony regarding this issue. (28 from me alone.) i attached screenshots. I hoped reinstalling the game would help, but it did not. The coupling of triggering a graphics check or any other processes when saving needs to be disabled immediately. Console players also need a way to force an autosave to occur. it does not work that i can play for a whole day with milestone after milestone and the game autosaves nothing. But this issue has also disabled manual saved, which is new since the last update and is literally game breaking. Please address this urgently
Half my packs are unavailable ingame
I play on PS5(PS4 before)....I was allways using the same account. All of the sudden I realized that literally 20 of my packs/kits arent available ingame. All of them are installed and Playstation displays them as installed but ingame in cas or buy/build filters they just say "You dont own this content". I tried multiple times fully reinstalling and starting a new game, nothing helps. All of those packs were bought with same PSN. 20 Packs rly isnt so little money and I seem to not be able to regain access to them. EDIT: AFTER Resubscribing to EA Access, and reinstalling game once again fully, everything showed up magically as available. EA you should somewhere rly write that this is how it works.
Ask to move in option does not appear
Hi! This is the first time this happened, but I cannot ask another sims outside from my household to move in with my Sim. Their relationship is at the maximum, so I don't know what happened. I play on Xbox S, and I don't use mods or anything else. I only used the testingcheats on for a challenge.
