My EA account has been banned for no reason, and I am unable to contact you through the banned EA account because the account has been banned, EA has closed the entrance to chat with human customer service, and emails have not been replied to for a long time. (Or the email does not have a case number), which means I am unable to establish any contact with you through the banned EA account.
BF6 tag won’t update to new EA ID (Xbox)
I hated my Xbox gamertag so I changed it. My Battlefield 6 tag didn’t update to my new Xbox tag. I changed my EA ID online and it still shows my old Xbox tag. I uninstalled/reinstalled the game and it still shows old Xbox tag. I also unlinked/relinked the EA profile from the Xbox profile after the Xbox showed the new tag; can’t relink til May 26’. Would really appreciate some help, thanks!
secure boot is off, but all the specifications are good
hey guys, I started the game through Steam to play Battlefield 2042. When the anti-cheat started, I got a secure boot error. I checked everything on ea play's secure boot article. My BIOS mode is UEFI, secure boot is enabled in the BIOS, TPM is on, and my Windows disk is GPT, but it still shows secure boot as disabled. The computer I'm trying now is brand new, but I had the same issue on my old computer as well. Could you please help with this issue?
BF2042 autoclose
Im starting to think that EA its a joke. Not only that BF2042 AUTOCLOSES but FC25 AUTOCLOSES TOO. WITHOUT AN ERROR. I've tried everything. Deleting cache files, repairing EA, uninstalling and installing back EA, verifying the integrity files of BF on steam. I dont know what to do anymore and i see that EA doesn't give a frick about those god **bleep** bugs or whatever this is... I even enabled secure boot, still nothing. My PC can't be the problem, i have an RTX 4070 Super with an I7-14700F and 16 GB ram. I dont have problems with any other games. R6, Valorant, PUBG, Barotrauma, ETS and ATS 2, GTA5 etc, those games work PERFECTLY FINE. The only games with problems are BF2042 and FC25, i play FIFA21 but i dont see to have a problem with it (yet). I think ill just uninstall BF2042 and try BF5 hoping it wont crash. Please tell me what to do, i feel like i've tried everything but it all was in vain...
Game keeps sending to Desktop after recent update today
Hi There, Every single time in try to start the a game in matchmaking, the game crashes and sends me back to desktop. No error provided. I see i'm receiving crashdump files in the game directory. I tried repairing the game, tried updating BIOS & drivers to see if this is the problem. Did not solve it. Please look into thisGun stops shooting after a few rounds
I have been playing redsec and since 3 days my gun randomly stops after a few bullets and becomes semi auto for some reason. i have confirmed my mouse is not an issue and even in the firing range its completely fine, its just when i see an enemy and fire at him thats when the bug happens. Its not a specific gun, happens with all rifles and smgs and i have confirmed the gun is in auto state while its shooting burst shots. I have no idea how this started. i have removed all the changes which i made to the key binds still it didnt fix. Idk what else to do anymoreKicked from Game after hang - 3 fanti-cheat files deleted
NVIDIA 5060TI GeForce, 32 Gigs memory. Put exceptions into Norton - no good. Deleted Norton loaded Windows Defender. Put in exceptions - no good. Removed all overlays - no good. Put nvidia overlay back on - no good Reduced graphics to 30 frames a second and everything else down so it runs on 8 gig. no good Followed advice of AI to adjust various settings in BIOS, windows, and other settings. no good Used EA to repair - need to do it every game as the files are being deleted - no good. About at wits end. What am I missing?Why do I keep getting sent back to the lobby after match making?
I keep getting sent back to the lobby after match making!! I have signed out and back in! I have un-installed and re-installed! I have renewed licenses! I have turned the ps5 off and waited them back on and it keeps doing the same thing. I can't understand why or how this is happening and hasn't been sorted!
[Bug Report] 2 knife kills at once while reviving
On Conquest Redacted, a player as Falck revived a downed teammate. While the reviving process was ongoing by Falck, in same second before the reviving process was finalized I catched Falck from behind for a melee attack. After the melee kill animation was done, I had killed both players at once via melee. Falck and their teammate which was being revived. 2 melee kills at once.not able to leave the plane and the drop kicking you under the map
basically what the title says. me and my squad could not leave the plane the and we all die to not being in the combat zone and the second one- the drop fell on me and i went under the map and died in the water under the map with my loot gone.EA: Question about game experience
I asked several times, but still no answer. There can be several games that feel completely fine. In the weekend the game completely feels difference. People with bad scores come up the rope or ladders and snap instantly on to you. Fully sideways or even 180 degrees. Is this server lag..or better..what is causing this. My ping is on average very low (below 25 mostly), no packet loss. there are quit a few people who have 150+ pings...and I notice more headshots in the weekend.No longer earning XP
It seems I can't earn XP anymore I've been playing all day and in the last 5 five games I've only got roughly 93 XP for the game some of which exceeding of words of 30 to 60 kills. I'm not making any progress on my weapons or battle pass as well is there a daily cap on XP or is this something that happened with the last update And is anybody else experiencing this problem and how did you fix it?Game breaking camera bug.
This issue has been persistent for around 2 years yet yall are yet to fix it, in BF2042 when you fire LIS's rockets or crash any air vehicle into the ground the games camera breaks, if you try to get into a different vehicle after doing this? The camera is under the floor until the next round where it resets, it seems to happen after firing the 2nd or 3rd rocket with lis's gun. Although it will also happen by crashing a air vehicle into the ground. Please fix this!!! People have been tracking how long it would take to fix this on reddit and it has been 2-3 years. It makes it impossible to drive cars, fly planes, or to even operate Cassidy's drone. Basically anything that has a camera outside of the player breaks where the camera is under the ground. The issue seems to mainly be in Coop Mode.
