When trying to connect to any EA server, I get the message "You have lost your online connection. Check your home network" My home network is great. 900+ mb/s Downlaod, 100+ upload, 10 ping, no packet loss. Can connect to every other game just fine and play for hours. I've changed my dns settings, restarted my router, restarted my console, etc. Still no luck. The issue is only with EA servers. Activision servers are great. Any suggestions? WW tournament kicked glitch
I am playing the Winter Wildcards tournament. I was in the finals of the tournament and I won the game 4-3 in the 121th minute, when the game was done I got a message saying « The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later.» and then I got kicked out to the main menu. When I logged back into ultimate team it said I lost the finals match 3-0 and didnt grt my rewards. I am really frustrated and I have been playing for hours just for this to happen. I purchased a game on EA called watchdogs. Its requiring me to create a UPLAY account in order to play it. Every time I try to connect to UPLAY, I get the message that the servers are not available. Digging into this, is sounds like UPLAY is no more. How do I get around this issue so i can play the game? There was an old iOS game created by Crowdstar Inc. called Mermaid World that was loved by many people. The company was bought by Glu Mobile which was bought by Electronic Arts (EA). I see plenty of people reminiscing and posting old photos of this game. The art was so pretty and the mermaids were beautiful. You could collect mermaids, send them out to find treasure, and decorate their living spaces. The mermaids had stats of their mood and it was truly rewarding getting one to an “ecstatic” mood. You could buy mermaids and you could also “call” mermaids. Based on their color and type they would call in other mermaids, some rare and some common. I remember the first day I got a golden mermaid I was so happy, she was so pretty. I miss this game a lot. It’s indescribable how much I miss this game and would pay or do anything to play it again. What are the chances we can get this game a revival? I can imagine it being a hit mobile game with children, teens, and adults. I believe this game has a lot of potential, and with modern advert culture I think it would thrive. How and who can I convince to get this game up and running again? Hello EA Team, I am a long-time Real Racing 3 fan. It was the most realistic and skill-based racing game on mobile. There is no free alternative that matches its physics, tracks, and car feel. Please consider bringing back Real Racing 3 or developing Real Racing 4. Many players still love this game and would support it. So I bought the xbox game pass and was trying to get titanfall 2 so I made an EA account to get it (the game should be free with the gamepass) But after linking my xbox and EA accounts it says I need to pay money for it even though it should be included in the gamepass. I reported something wasn't working, and they told me to contact the person I bought the game from. If we couldn't resolve the issue, they'd be happy to help. I'd already contacted EA before contacting them, and they couldn't help me. This has gone too far from me, and the worst part is I have no faith that any EA representative of any sort is going to respond to this post or reach out to me in an attempt to resolve this issue. I am still missing Twitch drops from back in August after all, which I earned properly and fairly yet all I have gotten after countless pointless chats with EA’s “support” live chat were empty promises that the issue would be sent to their “dedicate team”(that’s not a typo, that’s just the broken and regurgitated English of the countless EA support reps I had to suffer through). I have no faith in EA and at this point the same goes for DICE. I decided to use some of my battle coins that I spent my hard earned money on to skip through the winter offensive bonus path of the battlepass tonight. I confirmed the battlepass skip in game costing 1,650 battle coins to progress through the whole thing. After loading for a moment it had the checkmark on screen next to the “Advance 11 tiers” icon like the purchase went through, but then.. nothing. It didn’t unlock the battlepass items. Out of frustration I attempted this at least ten times hoping it would unlock as I may not have the time over the next 14 days to progress through the battle pass. It wasn’t until after the 10th time trying to buy my way through the bonus path that I realized every time I attempted this it is TAKING 1,650 OF MY COINS I’VE SAVED UP ON EACH ATTEMPT! I started with 52,000 battle coins upon release of the Winter Offensive update tonight. After buying all of the new cosmetics released tonight in game (1,500coins, 900coins, 1,500coins, 1,900 coins and 900 coins, I should have 45,300 coins still on my Battlefield account. After attempting to unlock the battlepass numerous times I now have 36,900 due to a bug that was taking my currency each time against my knowledge. I am so beyond disgusted and this is straight up robbery, the whole battlepass thing feels predatory in the first place but now even though I’m bending over and spending real world money on in game currency, when I decide to use the currency in game it is taken from me and the digital items I attempted to spend them on are not even rewarded. That’s almost $100 of my hard earned real world money down the drain because of an in game bug that is the fault of EA/ Dice. I am going to update this post every day EA/ DICE doesn’t respond to this bug that is literally robbing me, and who knows who else of their hard earned money. This is far beyond unacceptable. I would love to have a bit of faith that EA’s live chat would help me with this issue, but all they did back in August was give me empty promises with the missing Twitch drops. I know EA admins read these posts, at least I hope they do. EA_Leeuw, I am calling on you by name. In my brief time in these forums and as a customer of EA I have seen you resolve some issues on here. If anything warrants looking into it’s nearly $100 of my money being taken from me due to an in game bug. Can I start by saying that I am probably never buying Sims DLC again. I was already hesitant to do anything with the new issue from EA, but this last session with EA Help was incredibly awful. I bought the digital deluxe upgrade thinking it was an upgrade to my ALREADY digital deluxe edition (I know, read the descriptions, I just wanted to splurge a tiny bit for Christmas). Oh, oops, no, it isn't. Oh well I've been dumb before and EA helped me instantly. Talk to the first guy, Rajesh, super kind and about to help me. Gets taken over by someone else, Nitin. I think he saw my help discussion post and took over because he was the advisor assigned; the chat box says you don't have to reexplain your problem if you get disconnected, that was a lie. I just give my order number and say the last person was helping me get a refund because I basically have a duplicate purchase. I jump through hoops to verify my account again, and then he says he can't help because the payment is processing and to contact them later. I tell him that the status of the order is complete and my money is gone, so I don't understand what that really means and ask when is "later". He tells me in broken English that "we will help when the payment will be settled". I ask again for clarification, saying "Sir, I don't understand when later is, and since it's processing can they not just cancel the order entirely, and lastly I asked am I able to play the game since it's a special circumstance and get a refund later". He says, "No worries, we will help you with the refund as soon as possible payment will settled" I tell him I need different words because the words he has been saying do not make sense. "Please contact us later" "When the payment will settled" "Trust me your payment is still pending" Three different messages. To say the same thing. I have been cordial the whole time, I was going to be rude, but I decide against it and just ask, "And the answers to my other questions?". "I have already answered your questions" UM. No, you have been repeating the same broken English to me. "No sir, I asked if I play the game today if I would still be able to get a refund because of your policy". "No please do not play the game." Contact us later blah blah blah anything else I can help you with. EA. How can one person be so willing and kind to help and the other person comes in and ruins my day by being unapologetically rude. When I KNOW from experience that my order could easily be handled instantly, and I was going to buy 3 kits instead for stressing myself out, now I'd rather not. Well; time to follow in the steps of the EA Creators you can't even keep. I'm not convinced on spending more than the $1300 I already have, might even consider ending the 815 hrs I've played the game. Hope being rude and having my $10.49 was worth it, Nitin. Hello on madden ultimate team there is a premium field pass and I got it, one of the instant rewards is a pack consisting of a 90+ ovr bnd player or 93 ovr bnd player. Whenever I clicked on the pack it didn’t give me an option it just gave me the 90+ ovr bnd player pack and that wasn’t what I was going to go with I was going to go with the 93 ovr bnd player. Hello, I just purchased Dragon Age II: Ultimate Edition on the EA App and I would like to request a refund. However, it is simply unbelievable that your refund tool has been broken — my refund request keeps getting stuck on the final step and just keeps loading endlessly. On top of that, the report form does not even list Dragon Age II as an option, so I had no choice but to select Dragon Age: Inquisition instead. After writing the entire request carefully, I was then told that customer service does not handle this issue. I changed the issue category to “Purchase Problem” and submitted another case. The system showed me a page with a new case number and said that an advisor would contact me. However, when I check the “My Cases” section in my EA account, there is no new case at all — only my older, already-closed cases appear. So I’m not sure whether my new case was actually submitted. I’ve already tried several different VPNs, and it still gets stuck on the submission step. Every other website and service works perfectly fine for me — it’s only your refund tool that doesn’t work. The program won’t allow a refund, customer support is unreachable, the Dragon Age forums have no moderators responding, and the ticket I submitted doesn’t even appear in my case history, which means no one has contacted me to this day. So what am I supposed to do to get my refund? How can I request a refund for a game that your system won’t allow me to select, and a refund tool that won’t even submit the request? For reference: the actual game I need a refund for is Dragon Age II: Ultimate Edition, Order #1008226783083. I am fully eligible for a refund. Please help me complete this refund.
