Help.ea.com sent me here. Please help. It's been many days. I've made multiple cases because nothing happens. My questions never get answered by the support team and it feels like this game has been 100% abandoned by everyone that could fix bugs. festive digital upgrade missing
I bought the festive digital upgrade for Garden Warfare 2, expecting to get the two legendary characters, a festive customization pack, and 200,000 coins. Upon my return to the game I went to claim my items through the vending machine to my surprise I did not receive my items, so I closed out of the game, expecting to receive them after that after I launched gw2 I did not receive my items for the second time so that is the reason I am making the post if anyone has a fix for this let me know.Solved70Views0likes1Comment
Crashing/Freezing on laucnh (PS5)
Okayyy so. I had just gotten GW2 AND my ps5 today. I try booting up GW2 and it crashes midway through loading. I decide "Okay let's try again", and it DOESN'T crash, except i get hit with Dr. Zomboss' evil endless loading screen of doom and can't play the game. PVZGW 1 PS3 CHEATERS ISSUE
A month ago, someone posted a video on their YouTube channel showing cheats for Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare on PS3. I just got hacked with the level 54:46 hack. All i was doing was playing a game of turf takeover (With my old username imp354 [changed so hackers no longer had my name]) and I noticed my levels were maxed and i thought it was a glitch until I wen back to my backyard. The mastered characters did not go away and I don't have access to character upgrades. Many variants that I haven't unlocked yet are already max level (proof attached along with original levels under my old username) and I have no clue how to fix this. When I exited a previous multiplayer match, I had normal levels. I had a rank and level of about 346 with a couple of characters up to specialist and advanced, but no characters maxed out. When I go into my backyard, I see that I have been set to max level with each character (and characters I don't currently have) to master rank. I was really looking forward to playing and leveling up this account from scratch but I am not so for sure now if I do not get this reverted. [PVZ:GW2] Multiplayer not playable, servers are full
Multiplayer isn't reliably playable right now, at least on PC. My friends and I, along with plenty of others, are getting a “Failed to find a match.” error when queuing for any gamemode. This is a big deal, as there’s an active effort to revive the game right now. The Jynxzi stream is in less than five hours and the servers are already failing. It would be one thing for the revival to fail because the game sucks, but it doesn’t. Instead, the revival is on track to fail because of… server issues? You can‘t play online if your phone isn‘t in english. This bug has existed for years and it kept me and probably many others from playing the game. So just fix it please. Idk if ea hasn’t known about it when they last updated the game in june but it affects like more than half of all phone owners. online play is kind of a big part of the game and it worked before so it is possible. So me and my brother were opening the game for the first time on an xbox 1 and we noticed that after we accept the tos it gives a quick grey tint centered on the screen filling abt 80% of the screen then it reappears for another 5-10 seconds then disappears and the white flower keeps spinning showing its loading but its not and ive been loading for about 30 minutes, tried turning it off and back on 3 times, hard reset the xbox 5 times (idk y lol) and reset the app multiple times and still the same thing over and over again, we don’t actually own the game we use the EA subscription that lets us play it on both accounts doesnt matter which account is p1 its still the same issue pls helpSolvedDwagonwee1 month agoNew Novice293Views0likes4Comments

Saw this kid about a week ago in a EUW lobby — he joins, instantly kills everyone, then leaves. The best part is, I can’t even exit the lobby; I have to Alt+F4 and reopen the game. He doesn’t even play — just joins, acts like an **bleep**, and leaves. I don’t get it. I’ve reported him multiple times, but nothing changes. The game’s basically unplayable now because of some weirdo who doesn’t even play. I really hope EA sees this and does something soon. GW2 and Battle for Neighborville Crashing on Launch
GW2 BFN and both have been crashing after the initial loading sequence with the anti-cheat's splash screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app, uninstalling and reinstalling the anti-cheat, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, repairing the anti-cheat, and repairing the game. None of those solutions have fixed it. I've also tried disabling my antivirus, running the EA app (and the games) as administrator. Nothing. The games will both just crash back to the EA app with no visible error message. If anybody knows what the solution is then PLEASE let me know. I tried running Battlefield 6 (which uses the same anti-cheat) through Steam and it worked perfectly fine. I really don't want to have to purchase all the Garden Warfare games again through Steam just to be able to play them.Solved
