LSB purchase not working
Attempted to purchase Geonosian bundle twice today. Waited 2 hours for first purchase to process. Clicked cancel and tried to place again. Still didn't work but took my money both times. Old Android account not loading in iOS
I am trying to recover my old account when I had an Android but now have an iPhone. I have linked my EA account to my Google Play but it won’t load my old account. I have tried signing out of Game Center as well. Had so much progress and $ spent. I have my ally code and can send screenshots of Google Play purchases! Please help!Purchase not received
I bought a lightspeed bundle (Genosian) from webstore, and when I went to the game it said there was an error processing it and they gave me a miserly 2000 crystals instead. My coaxium heist rewards are not resetting despite several purchases on the web store over the last several days. I’ve claimed all rewards and usually it resets and starts over, however it has not been doing so recently causing me to miss out on a rather large number of resources. Whenever I try to sign into the SWGOH webstore it prompts me to enter my email then to enter a code sent to my email. After doing that it attempts to sign in but just says retry. This started after I change my computers date/time to see if there were anymore upcoming lightspeed bundles this month and I haven't been able to log in since. My ally code is: 761-768-371Bo-Katan
THERE'S A BIG PROBLEM WITH HER SINCE SEVERAL MONTHS. She (normal and Mandalore one) usually crashes the game or she gets bugged... losing 30 seconds every time she attacks. BUT THIS TIME WAS WORSE. This is Grand Arena, and now I cannot do anything... So I lost because I run out of time. When CG will fix her?? Attached is my paypal receipt Ally code -445861837Crashed on T1 Barriss Event 1st Attempt - No Era rewards given (w/ pics).
I started Tier 1 of the Barriss Marquee and the game crashed on the PC client, forcing me to click "restart." Upon returning to the game, T1 was marked as complete but no rewards were given - and not placed in my inbox. T1 provides loads of Era upgrade material required to get Barriss to Era lvl 40+. I placed a support ticket as well. My ally code is 731-989-934. I just added 2 images showing that Barriss is stuck at Era lvl 20. Maul is at 51 because of the rewards provided for his event. All others are lvl 51 from natural progression (with the episode pass each month in this era). Dear SWGOH team, I raised a helpdesk request on the 15th October as I did not receive a LSB purchased and still have not received the in game rewards for this purchase. I have been charged the £40 but not received the rewards. While I’m sure this is just a mistake the lack of resolution is extremely disappointing. This is the second time I am raising this on the forum and note this as my formal written notice of service not received and would like this resolved within the next fortnight to prevent escalation and external reporting. I share the details to the helpdesk, get a response after 2 days from Kausar that its all items are in my account (clearly not the case as my roster is not updated which I responded with a picture) and have heard nothing since with no way to open a new ticket/escalate. my ally code is: 332-996-785 my order number was: 1009189771052 I hope by re-raising my complaint will bring it to your attention EA and I can get the service I have paid for as I really enjoy this game and this error and lack of resolution is a black mark hanging over my enjoyment and willingness to continue to spend money on this game. Earlier today around noon I purchased two lightspeed tokens for the gungans. I received one but not the other, instead I received crystals.. Now it say, transaction is pending 'wait 10 minutes or cancel purchase.' ( it's been like 5 hours) did the purchase on the web store, the transaction went through with my bank too. You guys have any thoughts or tips on this. Says I can cancel it, can I cancel it and re purchase it? Will that work?I tried to by the Hutt bundle and it failed
I tried to buy the Hutt cartel bundle on the webstore and I canceled the purchase as I meant to add a promo code but when I tried to purchase it again it doesn't show up in game or webstore and I dont have the characters either if the payment went through somehow.LST Falsely Indicates it will Apply Zetas if Level 7 Abilities
When deciding which unit to apply one of the two Kyber Lightspeed Tokens from the Maul event to, the token indicates that abilities will be applied up to level 7. I decided to apply the token to Boss Nass based on a screen that appears before applying the token that confirms that his lead zeta will be applied by the token as seen in one of the attachments. However, after applying the token the Zeta was not applied, as seen in the second attachment. I would have applied this token to a different unit if the ability information had been displayed correctly. This is particularly frustrating given that I purchased the episode pass in order to play tier 1 of the Maul unlock, partially because of the advertised Kyber LSTs. My ally code is 846-151-816.
