Online purchase and haven't received the crystals
I purchased a crystal pack on 11/19. I have not received the crystals yet. I was told to wait 24 hours and still haven't received them. I was told to open an in game ticket, which I think I did. However, the response I got today was a canned reponse about Grand Arena rewards and to wait 72 hours. I have a case number. How do I get some attention or chat with someone? WHen I use the online chat tool, they tell me they can't do anything because it is with a specialist? I don't get any emails or notifications, how do follow up? When I go to "My cases" link, it says that "waiting on player" .
Missing MODS/Omegas after LSB purchase. ANGRY!
This is a bit lengthy and I apologize in advance. My frustration level with CG is at a 10/10. This started yesterday when I purchased the 3 light speed bundles that were available. I did receive them all but I had most of the characters already with MODS and omegas. After the purchase, all of the original upgrades were gone. I first tried in-game help but it is VERY difficult to get someone who understands the game. There is clearly a language barrier thing going on. Despite that, I tried my best to tell them what was happening and they kept asking me for proof of purchase. I uploaded the apple invoices 4 times. Then they would respond with, "You have your characters." Of course I have the characters. I'm not disputing that. They could not understand that upgrades to the original characters are supposed to remain. After several hours of this, I went over to the help.ea.com site and tried there. At least it automatically issues a ticket. I did chat with someone there that could at least identify with the issue and they said they would submit it and get it taken care of. Today, I logged in to see that my ticket had been CLOSED, and the reason was NO FIX. Okay, if there is no way to fix it, how do you compensate the player for over 100 omegas and I don't even know how many MODS. I mean, they are all there in my hotutils account. I'm super discouraged and let me just finish with this. I play the game a lot. I'm a retired old guy and spend at least 5k a month on this game. None of that matters. It seems everyone gets the same treatment and that is fine. There are plenty of games out there. This just seemed like an easy fix or at least an easy compensation-type claim. P.S. In case anyone cares: yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have the same results on IOS as I do on the PC version which I also use. I've bought plenty of LSBs in the past and never had an issue. Thanks for listening.
Bought LSB, payment went through, got no LSB, just sad crystals
Just bought first LSB, the Finalizer, and when I get in game, I get a bunch of crystals instead. Which is worth no where near the Finalizer LSB. Will I get the characters and ships I bought? Is this a normal thing to happen? Ally code: 781-747-774
Finalizer LSB
Hello. I was about to buy the Finalizer bundle, got to the "pay now" part, and stopped because I realized I wanted the coaxium. Got on PC, and it's gone. Now I can't even see the Finalizer bundle in the store in PC or mobile, and it seems like if I buy it I'll just get crystals anyway? Anything you can do to help would be much appreciated! I'll keep checking back anyway!

It's been since the start of the event, I keep getting killed with death mark without death mark if I get a turn or if I just get watch the cut screen another 100 times, maul is broken and singles out Jarjar links everytime creating a loss due to losing him. My gungans are all r7 with very good mods. Something has to be triggering it to happen because on 2 other accounts I had no issues. However my team on the one I'm struggling on is FASTER AND STRONGER then the other accounts gungans. It makes zero sense and I've spent the last 2 days with any free time clicking battle to just watch defeat pop up everytime. PLEASE FIX THIS IVE WAITED 9 YEARS FOR THIS TOON.Just bought R2D2 Light Speed Bundle and got crystals instead
Hi, Moments ago I purchased the R2D2 lightspeed bundle from the webstore. I opened the pc-client and in the inbox was only crystals. Could I get what I paid for please? So I noticed that my GR squad including Padawan Obi-Wan is getting critical chance down off on enemies in the battles but it's not applying to the counters in the overall feats or in section 1. I've seen the debuff apply to at least 2 characters in 2 different battles but they don't seem to have counted towards the feat. that's why I put padawan obi on my gr team to do 2 feats at the same time. any input appreciated
