Still haven't received the LSB I paid for
I posted this before but here's what I'm dealing with (quick recap) I paid for the Jedi Allies LSB last Friday 23 August, received crystals instead I'm a pretty laid back dude so whatever, I tried to buy the LSB again but couldn't, opened several chats to try and fix it but getting help is so confusing and frustrating. Now after repeating all of this information several times in my help chats I get this response: "Hello, Thank you for contacting EA . I hope you are doing well. Please don't worry, we're here to help you. I have checked your account and found that you have received jedi_allies_lightspeed_bundle at 8/23/2024, 3:24:00pm . Should you have any further questions regarding this or any other issues, please do not hesitate to contact us back." Like what do I need to do to actually get help for this f'ing game? I'm beyond irritated at this point, I 100% did not receive the LSB and now I'm being gaslighted? WTF Here's my current LSB characters. Normally when we exit out of an area and return to the main screen, a pop up will appear about packs to buy and things like that. Right now they won't load. It just keeps the spinning circle on screen. I have to close the app and reopen it. Every time I return to the main screen from another area, it's the same thing. So, I've started using the PC client for Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. When I logged into the game on my phone a few minutes ago, it told me to link my account. I have done so, but whenever I try to log in, I get an error with the code 9.78. A quick search showed me iOS solutions, but not for Android phone users. If anyone knows how I can actually play the game on my mobile phone, I would very much appreciate it. Changing EA Account email breaks connection to game, leaving no way to log in
Hello, I recently changed the associated email with my EA Account, which seems to have broken the connection between my in-game account and my EA Account. Trying to log in via the PC client or even webstore results in errors. I broke the connected to my Google Play account so I could access an old account on my phone while continuing to access my current account via the PC client, which I have been doing for several months with no issues until recently. I have tried contacting in game and EA support, but support has just repeated that I should "log out and back in again" until it gets fixed. Is there an actual solution to this problem, or is my account inaccessible now? I have screenshots of the player ID, the ally code, and proof of purchases for several purchases I made while the account was linked to Google Play. This is an issue that I ran into today (July 31st 2024) where now when I have the game open my music will no longer play. It will be paused as soon as I tap on the app icon on my Home Screen. It pauses both Apple Music and Spotify. As someone who listens to music 24/7 and loves certain songs while I do gac I would love for whatever was implemented that made this happen to please go away. Game preventing sound from other apps
When using SWGOH app it is preventing sound from anything else on my iPhone. If i am playing music or trying to stream a video it will stop the other app from playing. It is only the SWGOH app that does this. I have been through the settings and cannot find anything that would cause this, it started about 1 month ago with an update, seemingly coinciding with the audio bug affecting the raid. I've tried with having in game sound and music enabled and disabled. Hey y'all! So, I've got a guildmate who has an interesting issue that I just recently ran into myself. Someone is our fleet shards has been putting Phantom 2 with their Leviathan. Now Leviathan kit specifies that Sith ships will stun the enemy, but Phantom 2 comes out and still stuns our ships. Also, shouldn't this affect the Mark VI Interceptor? Hi there, In the most recent GAC I've been up against a Jabba with a Krrsantan and Boush, pretty standard. However, I intentionally sacrificed a couple teams to eliminate both Krrsantan and Boush to break through. First match, Starkiller took Boush out but couldn't beat the Datacron Krrsantan/Jabba. I took the loss expecting it to just be Krrsantan and Jabba next attempt but Boush was back?? Second match, I use SEE. I blast both Krrsantan and Boush off the table but poor old Palp can't break Jabba alone so I knew I'd lose but at least it'd just be Jabba alone, right? NOPE! Next attempt all three are up again. I'm still getting points for downing enemies, but they keep resetting. Is that a thing that's supposed to happen with Datacrons or something? I've never experienced it before but it effectively means I cannot break this Jabba and it may cost me the GAC. Let me know if this is a bug or not? In the most recent TW, the Ashoka (Fulcrum) omicron didn’t work in full. She was unable to target any enemy and was required to target taunting enemies. Enoch's omicron is a TB only omicron. It's recently come to my attention that my in-game store is bugged so that I can't see new packs or datacards that cost crystals in the store. A few weeks back, I was wondering why I hadn't seen the relic packs that cost 500cr in over 4 months, when a guildmate of mine informed me that the packs were currently in store. Sure enough, they had all the packs, while my store was bone dry. In addition to this, I am unable to even see the normal chromium data card packs that should always be in the store. The ship packs for finalizer and raddus show up, but that is the extent of crystal packs that appear for me. I play on both the pc client and android, and neither of them had all the in-store contents that there should be. Has anyone else had this bug in the past and is there a way to fix it? I can’t load the game from iOS past the “Loading cantina” message on the startup artwork page. I am trying to complete GAC battles while I have time right now but due to this issue I will likely lose many crystals because I won’t be able to play later.
