Slice a bundle not working | EA Forums - 12236292 Can't BUY the slice a bundle on PC version | EA Forums - 12237802 The past 6 (might even be 7) slice a bundle on pc version have been unavailable for me due to this error. So far no response whatsoever. Maybe a little help: I've noticed that the price i need to pay is different then the actual listed price. No fault of mine.... yet this prevents me from buying (or atleast the option to buy) the bundle. I hit restore purchases, but that did not appear to do anything. As the title says I have tried 3 times to get a resolution on my Raddus II LSB that I have purchased on the webstore about 48 hours ago and it has yet to show up in my inbox. First attempt of posting on this forum with zero help, second attempt I go to EA help and the bot tells me someone will be with me to help resolve the issue and it has been over 12 hours and no one has helped me out. Now my third attempt posting here. I tried purchasing the Raddus 2 Bundle just a little bit ago on the Webstore. Everything was going normally until I tried to finalize the purchase and was met with an error. I've never gotten an error on any Webstore purchase but after the error closed the transaction itself, I went back to try and purchase because I did not get charged yet only to find out that the bundle was removed from all areas on the Webstore and in-game. So it was recently brought to my attention that JMK is having problems in combat. I was recently victim to this myself where JMK has the ability to break the game when attacking the last alive enemy in 3v3 GAC. I made a post detailing this as a GL Ashoka issue however I was informed that this was a JMK error instead of Ashoka. The issue is, JMK and his team fail to target the last surviving enemy and this causes the game to freeze. The game is still active so apologies for any confusion but you can no longer take turns, access parts of the UI and the timer will continue to decrease. Normally I'd ignore this and chalk it up to bad luck however despite killing off 2 of the team, it renders the battle a failure and resets the team for the next matchup rendering the battle as not attempted but still counting the battle and reducing banners. My image details this a bit so people can get an understanding of how it looks. I was also allowed to attack the arena itself which is what caused my break in the game but I cannot confirm if this is solely caused this as I am not aware if this was what caused this issues for others. I am just spreading awareness as the LSB Profundity bug is the main issue at the present moment but I hope this sees some light and notifies the developers of this issues as it is no longer a standalone issue and is beginning to affect more people. - Sugar16Views0likes0CommentsDisconnects from in game store
Had this issue for a good while now. PC client. When in the in game store, and click on anything in the store, like the Bronzium Data Card, I can get an error message and I have to restart the game. 'Lost connection to the EA server'. This happens at rate of around 30% of the time. I cant figure out what triggers it. I can go from GAC, TW, RotE or shipments directly to the store and then get the disconnect. Rest of the game runs just fine, its only in the Store. Other games i play through EA also works fine. Hello sir, yesterday 17.10.2025 I bought the light-speed pack Raddus II from the store. When I entered the game it allowed me to click on the purchase, but it did not upgrade my characters. I followed the instructions from EA Help, but I play on PC and there is no Restore Purchases option there. I have the transaction in my Order history account, as well as the expenditure of funds in my bank's mobile application.
