Banned for No Reason – Possible Coliseum Glitch
Hello, My account access to the game was blocked without any explanation. I have never violated the game rules or used any prohibited software or exploits. I have been actively playing for over 3 years and have invested a significant amount of both time and money into the game, so this situation is very upsetting for me. I kindly ask you to review my case and investigate the situation carefully. This issue has affected not only me, but also 7 other accounts in my guild, as well as players from other guilds. My account was banned for absolutely no reason
My ally’s code is : 839863441 Tonight I was doing my conquest chores and recently got a notification that I am banned. This incident must be a major mistake, I have been playing this game for so long and I have invested a lot of time and money into this. CG please , unban me, there is basically no reason for that! I can't understand why I was banned. I bought shards for new characters in the Ages, spent crystals, and because of this, I had a good rating in the Colosseum. My guild members were also banned, even though they were also successful in the Colosseum. Please look into this strange ban. I have been playing this game for over 7 years and I really like it because I am a Star Wars fan. My code is 861-712-947
