Game stuck with apple notification
After today’s update, my game is now stuck with a black screen and an Apple notification with “This app no longer supports the App Store’s pay system. All purchases in this app will be managed by the developer electronic arts. Your App Store account, stored payment method, and related features, such as subscription management and refund requests, will not be available”. Apple is not responsible for the privacy or security of transactions made with this developer”. There is a blue link that says learn more and just takes me to the App Store. Im aware this notification is probably because of the EA online store, but is this a bug with the game or with iOS18 where I can’t close out of this message? I purchased the Large Galactic Upgrade Kit and Relic Cargo Package through the PC Client store this morning. I received the gear and other materials but not the energies. I was preparing for the bonus drop event. I am missing in total 1200 normal energy, 1200 fleet energy, 700 cantina energy, and 1000 mod energy between the two packs. No where in Gungan Phalanx' entire kit does it state the word Retaliate or how to aquire the buff. Ive watched a video saying it's the middle ability, but how am I supposed to know the conditions to aquire Retaliate? I have been playing the most recent Conquest. I am currently experiencing a bug during the rewards collection process. When I try to claim rewards associated with the mark 3 (purple)/15 conquest tickets reward tiers the game crashes and asks if I want to reload or exit the game. Can't get daily free gift
I have come across another bug in SWGOH. I login to webstore daily to get the free gift and today get the message "Oops! Something has gone wrong. Please come back later." Hi, I had set a microtransaction limit for myself and went to buy the Hoth lightspeed bundle I got the message saying (you set a limit go change it in the settings). It asked do you wish to continue with the purchase and as soon as I said no, it said I was ineligible and no longer able to buy the Hoth lightspeed bundle. I re-enabled my limit but the lightspeed bundle is no longer in the store. Can you activate it in my store again so i can purchase it please? I clearly do not have those characters and at those Relic Levels. I posted this before but here's what I'm dealing with (quick recap) I paid for the Jedi Allies LSB last Friday 23 August, received crystals instead I'm a pretty laid back dude so whatever, I tried to buy the LSB again but couldn't, opened several chats to try and fix it but getting help is so confusing and frustrating. Now after repeating all of this information several times in my help chats I get this response: "Hello, Thank you for contacting EA . I hope you are doing well. Please don't worry, we're here to help you. I have checked your account and found that you have received jedi_allies_lightspeed_bundle at 8/23/2024, 3:24:00pm . Should you have any further questions regarding this or any other issues, please do not hesitate to contact us back." Like what do I need to do to actually get help for this f'ing game? I'm beyond irritated at this point, I 100% did not receive the LSB and now I'm being gaslighted? WTF Here's my current LSB characters.
