Hello I've already gone through the app for help and I'm hoping i get help quicker on here ive got 2 account on swgoh 2 different emails I've accidentally linked my free to play account and can't get onto my payed account, dont know how that possible considering the 2 different emails so both emails now only log onto the 1 free to play accountPlease help, It has been months and still no Sith Tri Bundle
I am getting so tired of writing these messages I am on my 8th one. IM HOPING that maybe this can get some attention. I have been sending these messages for 2 months trying to get my characters THAT I SPENT MY MONEY ON! This is just ridiculous, if you see this please boost it so maybe I can get some help. At this point i’m expecting more than just compensation of my characters.Please figure this out SWGOH group! Here are the pictures belowUnable to enter Grand Arena battle
Whenever I enter a Grand Arena battle the asset download screen comes up and is stuck at 84/84mb - 100%. This appears after I select my attacking team, before the battle begins. I let it sit like this for around 30 minutes. Then I went to my main account (same device) and was able to complete my Grand Arena without issue. Switched networks then went back to my alt account and attempted another Grand Arena battle and was met with the same bug as before. It still shows as an attack attempt was made on the defensive team and my characters I brought on the attacking team are removed from my available roster, and since this is a new account, I do not have the roster of teams to continue attacks. Losing one GA match-up isn't the end of the world for me, but not even getting the 10 banners for first attempt will mean I won't get any rewards for the round. The in-game help support said I didn't participate in Grand Arena, even after sending the screenshots of the attempts.Client will not load, or finish downloading, gets stuck
So I tried clearing cache, uninstall and reinstall, still same issue, never had this issue before with prior updates but this is making me want to quit because I have 6 accounts and cannot access one, I'm losing out on rewards from daily quests and events, really irritating me been trying to play the game since 8 30 pm yesterday on march 4th it is now almost 5 pm on march 5th and still not getting anywhere
Cant complete in PC app purchases
Since the update on 4MAR2026 i am unable to see the purchase selection screen in the PC app in game. i can select the item. but the box that would pop up allowing selection of payment method is not sized correctly. i have changed from windowed. to full window. i have tried changing resolution. and it never goes back to the way it was. the below is how it shows on screenGeneral Skywalker Permanent Lightspeed Error
I purchased the GAS permanent lightspeed bundle, today, through the Journey Guide "Shop for Requirements" on GAS. I selected the bundle and purchased it. It immediately said there was a billing error and closed the game. I restarted the game and received a message to my inbox stating there was an error and that I was being reimbursed as best they could, which was for around 7,000 crystals. Unfortunately, I did not keep the message. I don't want the crystals, I want the General Skywalker Lightspeed bundle with all the characters and ships. I have not used any crystals. Hi everyone!! I just started this game not too long ago, and I am currently facing a problem of not being able to play CLS journey guide even when all the requirements are met. Anyone have any ideas how to fix? I tried restarting, redownloading but this problem being happening for 2 days now, I can't even play the first tier. Below are 2 screenshots of what is going on. I purchased a $5 pack from in-game store but there was something wrong with it like its not complete, then i pay again, it said items has already purchased,so i went to my inventory and found its there. but later i found there are 2 $5 charged on my bank account with only a few seconds difference, and the bank customer service told me its charged, so im wondering can i get it twice or give me the refund without harming my game account? cause i heard someone once told me it would get my google banned if they think its a refund abuse but im didnt do that, i just need whats mine and i dont want 5$ crystals, its what i need. thank you ally code 438147823And the lag is back again after update
Okay, maybe it's just me. But man the lag is even worse than last time it happened after an update. Completely unplayable, and I mean at all. Even the cantina page is at like 2 fps. Worked great an hour ago, finished updating and bam, unplayable. And why, oh why are you always doing those **bleep** updates smack in the middle of ga and TB? Every single time man. Gonna lose crystals again, just like last time. I play dragonheir, fps on my phone, not at max settings true, but medium, with no lag at all. How can a game about collecting characters with no crazy graphics require so much resources. God dammit, try to fix it faster than last time please, so that I don't drop to kyber 2 again. Took me years to finally reach kyber 1. And what am I talking about, I can't even get to do my daylies, I can barely open the store. Wth man Edit: nope, not just me. My alliances discord just blew up with others having the same issue. No issues on iOS or PC it seems
Disappearing buttons during GAC 5v5 - Queen Amidala vs Finn
Game bug - buttons disappear in GAC battle after: Qadme's uses the middle ability (1st special) Resistance Hero Finn has inspiration so he counter-attacks Resistance Hero Finn kills the summoned dummy, triggering Qadme's bonus turn Buttons disappear - game is stuck.
