Missing loaned unit levels
I bought the pass+ and did not receive the loaned unit levels. I bought the pass last month and as of 6/2, my loaned unit levels are at 61. No increase from my recent $42.62 investment. It is not possible for me to unlink my EA Account anymore. Whenever i try i get prompted with error 9. The ingame support could not help me so far. I initally linked my swgoh account with google play only, so it should be possible to unlink EA Account. I'm stuck on coliseum
Idk if this has happened to any of you in coliseum: I've uploaded Zeb to lvl 59, R5 to 53 and Ward to 55, but my loaned characters have been stuck to lvl 49 for like a week and idk why 😭😭. Second day in a row now total BS in coliseum. The last 2 days I am getting literally 99% on both Coliseum match ups and then its like my characters just dont work. I have just had a 5 team beating the last guardian for 5 minutes on 99% and every single hit is doing 1 damage with no shield, some serious tweaking needs to be made as the game also keeps stuttering snd crashing then resuming fine but then I get wiped out28Views0likes1CommentPurchased Ls Bundle missing

The bonus shards for my era plus bundle didn’t show up until today, that meant I had to purchase the character bundle to get enough shards to be at 10/100 on day one (7 star by end of marquee). Why did it take so long to show up in the store? Last time we purchased pass plus, we received 20 ADDITIONAL shards of the two characters in that pass (i.e. enough to get them to 5 stars) plus 5 loaned unit levels and some equipment materials. Purchased pass plus today with the expectation of the same deal, but...don't see the bundle. If I wasn't going to get the bundle, I would NOT have purchased pass plus. Hello there, I completed all of the tiers of the Grand Admiral Thrawn event but as I completed the final tier, it said there was a server issue and my game crashed. Upon logging back in I was not able to recover the 100 shards needed to get Thrawn to 7 stars. I would appreciate assistance in getting this fixed! Hi, I am experiencing an issue with my loaned unit levels. My loaned units are currently level 60 (as of 6/2), which is two levels lower than they should be. I have logged in every day to claim the daily loaned unit level rewards, first through the inbox and later through the calendar system, and I also completed the 5-star tier of the R5-D4 event for the additional loaned unit levels. Players who have completed the same daily claims and event progression are currently at level 62, while my account remains at level 60. I believe this discrepancy may be related to one of two issues I encountered: either loaned unit levels claimed from the inbox occasionally did not apply to my active Coliseum squad, or the calendar system repeatedly prompted me to claim the same loaned unit levels on consecutive days without correctly applying them. This issue is negatively affecting my Coliseum performance and score, and I would appreciate it if my account could be reviewed and two loaned unit levels could be added to restore my progression to the correct level. Hello, Matchmaking for this third and final week of the current 3v3 Grand Arena season placed me into an empty bracket, only me inside. This seems to be having another effect; when I attempt to access the Arena Table to play my daily Fleet Arena battles, I am receiving ERROR Restart message, please see all attachments. I am unsure if this is related to the issue, but I was in the top bracket of K1 last week so I don't know if there is some unique situation that can occur with matchmaking at the top of the ranks. The truly unfortunate thing is that I spent ~$300 to have a handful of the datacrons from the newest set (not yet available via Conquest), that I was looking forward to showcasing and testing on my stream. Now that expense is wasted as I could earn them without cash expense in the coming Conquest, so I am hoping CG can correct or otherwise compensate for this issue. I am also unable to earn my daily crystals in Fleet Arena until this issue is corrected. Please see all attached screenshots.
