Samsung S22+ | Game is unplayable
Hi CG_Meathead Can you please make your devs aware that, since the update, the game just became unplayable on the Samsung S22+ (not so old of a phone). The issues I am experiencing are: - Load time on the LucasFilms & Disney screen just stays there for ages - Game closes itself - Lag when changing screens - But the absolute worse one is, my phone just becomes way to hot near the front camera, and I mean really really hot. Downloaded CPU-Z that reports that the battery goes up to 42 Celsius after being 1 or 2 minutes with the game open but the Thermal sensor went to a ridiculous 60 Celsius. What has been tried so far: - Clear the game cahe, result: no change. - Reinstalled the game, result: no change. - Cleared the phone cache, result: no change. This behaviour only started after the update that was in the Play Store, so it must be related to the game and not to the phone. Needless to say that such high temps can cause serious injuries to myself and the ones around me as something may happen to the battery and is definitely not healthy for the phone either. Just in case it is important: - CPU is an Exynos 2200. - 40GB of free space still - 3GB of free memory when I open the game. One last thing, I have the game also installed in another Samsung XCover6 Pro and all the above do not happen on that phone. If you happen to read this, thank you. Music from background apps no longer plays while in game after update
After the 7/31 update music from spotify/itunes/other sources doesn't play from my phone even with the in-game sound totally off. Please fix this I can't handle the silence. This is my happy time to play game and enjoy music, not sad hour of deep thinking.
New Kyro Bundle Bugged?
Hello, just purchased one of the new “kyrotech salvage bundle II” and I’m fairly confident I didn’t receive a single kyrotech from it. i know because i already had slightly over a hundred prods before purchase and now only at 114 total. If I read the pack correctly I should receive 25 of each with an extra 20 randomly chosen. any help would be appreciated.
Music pauses while in game
This is an issue that I ran into today (July 31st 2024) where now when I have the game open my music will no longer play. It will be paused as soon as I tap on the app icon on my Home Screen. It pauses both Apple Music and Spotify. As someone who listens to music 24/7 and loves certain songs while I do gac I would love for whatever was implemented that made this happen to please go away. Game crashes!
As soon as I startup game it registers my Game Center name and then crashes and shoots back to my phones Home Screen. I was not able to login for the big morning energy (3 types) nor fleet payout for crystals. I also had issues but eventually it did let me in for my tb for guild end of phase. Hello. Since the update yesterday, I am virtually unable to play the game on the mobile app. This is due to a mixture of several issues Loading times - I frequently spend upwards of 15 minutes stuck on the Lucasfilm/Disney loading screen Game crashing for no apparent reason - Doing any action ingame may cause the game to crash and close itself Low FPS - Every PVP/PVE Gamemode is very difficult to play due to severly low FPS. This leads to unresponsive UI - often having to spamclick abilities in long matches to have any chance of avoiding timeouts Game restarting every time I switch to another application - Unfortunately this game relies heavily on outside-resources such as discord, swgoh.gg etc. However, after the update, if i switch from Swgoh over to chrome/discord for even two seconds, the game shuts down, and restarts itself (which can take up to 15minutes as explainef in pt. 1 My device: Samsung galaxy S22+ Fixes attempted: - Installed the latest Android update - Uninstalled and reinstalled swgoh - Cleared app cache/memory - Deleted unused apps + cleared background processes on my device (in case it was running low on memory - it wasn't really) I can't think of any user error that would cause this, and have seen many other people having one or more of the issues I'm experiencing. I hope the dev team notices, and provide a fix to this imminently.
Game Crashing Once I load in
I just updated Swgoh and everytime I log into the app, it shows the loading screen with the blue background and light blue spinny thing in the middle. Once it finishes, it crashes and takes me out of the app. I have obviously tried restarting numerous things. How can I fix this? I just missed out on bonus energy because of this. Please get this fixed soon!
Game preventing sound from other apps
When using SWGOH app it is preventing sound from anything else on my iPhone. If i am playing music or trying to stream a video it will stop the other app from playing. It is only the SWGOH app that does this. I have been through the settings and cannot find anything that would cause this, it started about 1 month ago with an update, seemingly coinciding with the audio bug affecting the raid. I've tried with having in game sound and music enabled and disabled. Immediately upon minimizing or closing the SWGOH app music or sound resumes.
Issues with the in-game store
It's recently come to my attention that my in-game store is bugged so that I can't see new packs or datacards that cost crystals in the store. A few weeks back, I was wondering why I hadn't seen the relic packs that cost 500cr in over 4 months, when a guildmate of mine informed me that the packs were currently in store. Sure enough, they had all the packs, while my store was bone dry. In addition to this, I am unable to even see the normal chromium data card packs that should always be in the store. The ship packs for finalizer and raddus show up, but that is the extent of crystal packs that appear for me. I play on both the pc client and android, and neither of them had all the in-store contents that there should be. Has anyone else had this bug in the past and is there a way to fix it? I just want to be able to get relic mats again...
Fulcrum TW-omicron not working correctly?
Went against palpatine+omi-mara, omi-Juhani, starkiller and visass in TW with my omi-Fulcrum. On the first turn I was able to ignore taunt as stated in the omi-unique ability but the following turns I was stuck behind Juhani's taunt. Palpatine team did not have a datacron. Bug or am I not understanding something?
