Purchase Failed Issue
Hey folks, When trying to get my free Bronzium Data Card, I am routinely getting the following error message: This is not an internet connection on my part, and it is becoming increasingly common event; it happens when using the EA Desktop app for PC. Still Missing Ben Solo
Bought the Ben Solo LSB off of the webstore 2 days ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve tried to get help on here and creating a support ticket in game but no one has responded. I get people can be busy, but I worked hard to get the $40 it took to buy the Ben Solo bundle and to not even get crystals or anything kind of response after 2 days is completely unacceptable. while playing RotE, there has been a glitch I have been experiencing with Greedo when he is either firing his gun or throwing a grenade. The whole game freezes up and Greedo glitches from side to side while shooting. I tried to make a video of it, but I guess the file was too big.Again , log in issues eror code 9
Again me and many players have log in issues, i can't sign in to my account with Google play and EA , when i press Google play bottom , it ask me again u wanna join as a guest or sign in to the Google play when i press Google play it asks this again , when i press guest and want to connect to the EA and when i get the code and fill the code , then it gives me eror code 9 , i tried with other phone and same , everything i tried but it still shows me eror code 9 ,again log in issues from EA ?Problem with Smuggler Lightspeed Token
purchased the relic 5, ability 7 smuggler lightspeed token and used it to upgrade Zorii - it upgraded the character to r5, but the abilities didnt all upgrade to level 7. her unique ability "There's More of Us" is still at level 6. did I misread something or is that not right? Everytime I click on a territory to attack in grand arena it freezes (even stops the timer). Same thing happens when I click on ROTE event. Annoying because there is less than 20 minutes in Grand Arena and I can beat it. On November second 2024 I bought the Chewbacca lsb and never received it. I tried ea help many times never worked I wanted to know if it’s still possible for me to get it resent or some crystals or something. Here’s the receipt let me know if I need to show more, my ally code 361722588.
Light Speed Token Help
I had purchased the Tank LST Token, but never received it. I then tried purchasing a lesser token and was charged more. I'm trying to get a refund at this point (initially wanted the correct token, but they took too long and it is gone now) I’m not sure what to do. I have contacted EA Help multiple times through the game and just keep getting the generic response of “we appreciate your patience.” See the attached photos. ThanksPC app crashing in fleet battles
This has been ongoing for a few weeks. The PC client crashes during fleet battles. Without fail it is a daily occurrence in Arena. Silly me not remembering to switch to a different device to attack my GAC opponent's fleet because the App constantly crashes. This round just went from a sure win to hoping my opponent does not continue attacking me... Is there a crash log to identify what exactly is triggering this?Webstore Lsbs
I have registered a credit card to the swgoh webstore but can’t buy any new lsbs like the shadows of the empire. I don’t know why this is happening since all of my credit card information is correct (the card is a digital card but I also tried a purchase with a physical credit card that didn’t work)
Kyber Lightspeed Token Issue
I purchased a Lightspeed Token and apparently something went wrong which then served me with crystals instead. I am not really after the crystals and would like to know how i could resolve this by swapping the crystals for the token. I was already in touch with the EA Help Center.
