Grand Arena fight stucked
Hello, Because this happened to me for the second time I'm reporting. Issue: during Grand Arena fight, oppoment sudenly stops and didn't tak a turn. This stuck lasted whole 5 minutes resulting in lost battle with 0 points earned (first fight). Team of attacker wasted. I'm adding screens. Note: my network connection works perfectly. Would it be possible to investigate/ fix that? Might be quite annoying for players, who invest a lot of money to get top teams. Hi Dev, Was missing the rewards & crates from the Coliseum. Not sure if this is a common issue, but I can't seem to upgrade the era toons without those precious materials. I had jump 2 ranks from 4- 6, but no materials at all. This will set back to my era currency daily earnings. Please look into this. It's a disappoinment cause I climbed 3 ranks with no rewards.Money gone
I bought the era level currency so I can upgrade my andor charaters and it gave me gems instead, please fix this, I tried it twice and lost 8 bucks and only got 400 gems (that's not worth 112,000 era level currency 😞) please fix this so people dont waste there money, (for employees, my swgoh account name is EJ)
Did not receive compensation rewards
Hello there, I did not recieve the 2 free kyber lightspeed tokens nor the 5000 era currency which were supposed to be given as compensation every player from my guild almost received it but I did not so I thought of contacting you people so that u may consider my situation and help me in this matter. Missing 6-dot Mods after character unequip/transfer
Hello, I am reporting a technical issue regarding the disappearance of 6 top-tier (6-dot) mods. Event details: Date: April 6, 2026 Time: Around 13:00 (GMT+3 / Your local time zone) Issue: I was transferring mods between characters, and during the process, 6 of my 6-dot mods completely disappeared from my inventory. They are neither on the target character nor in the general mod storage. Requested action: Please investigate my account logs for this period and restore the missing 6-dot mods. No access to 500cc Relic Amp Packs
Please help - I never have the ability to purchase the 500cc relic amp packs. I understand them being restricted in certain countries like Belgium, but I am in the US and fellow players all report they can see them. I cannot see them in either the Android or PC version of the game. Please help!Marquee Crystal Packs Not Appearing in Store
Hey everyone, I’m starting this thread because I’m running into an issue that I’ve seen mentioned elsewhere, and I’m curious how widespread it is. With the new-era marquee packs, the idea is that you can get all the new-era heroes to 4-star and then push for the legendary hero. That was exactly the plan I’d been saving crystals for. The problem is that these marquee packs aren’t showing up in my store at all. What’s strange is that I do see other packs that are purchasable with crystals. I’m based in Belgium, so I’m wondering if this is some kind of regional restriction or store-related issue. If that’s the case, why are only certain crystal packs missing and not all of them? Has anyone else experienced this, either in Belgium or elsewhere? Did the packs show up later, or did you find out what caused it? I’ve already contacted EA Help, but I haven’t made much progress yet. Would love to hear if others are seeing the same thing or have any insight. Thanks!Sick of these broken battles
Tell me if I'm mistaken but when you look at stats, they tell you everything. My opps own Supreme Leader Kylo Ren and he uses his "ulti" literally at the start of battle; I just had a grand arena fight and my Baylan used "Power. Such as You've Never Dreamed" which would stun the enemy or make them lose 50% of their turn meter without resistance or evasion: but how surprising it is, my rival's hero RESISTED against it. I'm literally disgusted by the game at this point after so many "bugs" or useless things going on. I've been playing this game YEARS but it just disgusts me right now.
