Jocasta Bug in 66 Raid
Hello, I think I hit a bug in the Raid. Jocasta was supposed to throw her rifle and die, but she killed the 4 clone troopers with her move. She stayed in her wounded stance and didn’t have any animations for the rest of the battle, but didn’t die so the battle continued. It was also super laggy at that point and she kept having the option to do her AOE. Her kit says she only dies if there’s an enemy left. My best guess as to what happened is that since Lord Vader wasn't yet targetable, he didn’t count as an enemy and that allowed her live.Can't acces my acount
Hello, I have a problem since my account is blocked, but I don't know the reason. I had an iOS device, but an accident occurred and when I changed devices, I couldn't access the game. Honestly, I don't know the reason. If I can't recover it, I would like to know the reason to know if I would need to establish certain security measures to protect my account, although I would like to recover it due to the time and dedication I had put into this game. I have already spoken to support and I have not received any response, and when I try to check the status of the block, it appears that I have none. Thank you for reading and have a nice day.
Gifting bug
In June 1, I purchased gifts for my guildmates. On June 10th I want to the store again and there was a message stating I had pending transactions, which showed 1 for myself and the 2 for my guildmates. I cancelled the one for myself and the messages disappeared. I reached out to my guildmates and they indicated they did not receive the gifts. I've since been working with EA and SWGOH support but they keep insisting I purchased the "gifts" for myself, is that even possible???? I've tried the restore purchase but that doesn't work either. They denied the refund request, I was just going to use that to resend the gifts. Any other suggestions?Problem with ea connect linking and hacker is worse
Hi, someone just had access to my account, I have saving crystal from 45k till now only 900 left, the problem is on the ea connect linking side, ea or cg should at least implement additional verification for unlinking the ea account, as of now the suspect still playing with my account, because the data was still on their device, even i manage to link back the ea account, they can unlink it again anytime, I did tried contacted ea but their answer was as always dissapointing and still refering to the faq that available on their help page. Is there a way to mitigate this? or does either ea or cg can do something to remove their access to my account? like ban ip or something? because i dont know what else to do, my account still wasn't safe at all. Both of my apple and ea using additional verification but it doesn't matter anyway if the suspect still has the data on their device. It's a 9 year progress of the account and some money, its really hurt when I just find out that someone else messing with my account. I hope either ea or cg would read this or at least care, rather than giving me an answers from help page. Thank youHelp with hacked Linking problems
My ea account got hacked a while back and it completely screwed up the linking system. Despite recovering my EA account, the link still belonged to the hackers email. The hackers email has sicne been banned and i have no access to that account. How can i get the account unlinked
Captain Ithano Event Error
I completed the Captain Ithano Event for Tier 1 with 3 stars. Upon completion of the 1st tier when it went to show rewards earned it paid client must be restarted. After the application restarted I logged I nand it showed I completed Tier 1 with 3 stars but there were no rewards. No shards for Captain Ithano. I then went into characters view and did not see it preloaded ready to unlock. I went back to the event and it shows it completed and would not let me attempt again to unlock Captain Ithano. Can I get my shards for completing this event?
Still and always disconnected in GAC
Hi, In GAC, if you lose and the screen goes blank, you get a "client disconnected" error message, the fight is ignored, dead characters miraculously come back to life with full health, and the characters who were active are no longer available. Hey CG, when you guys decide to come back from your well deserved vacation for the 4th of July, perhaps you can fix the DS REY DC? You know how there’s nothing but an infinite bonus turn loop in mirror matches? It explicitly says “this bonus effect can’t trigger this effect on enemies”. Well guess what? It does. So do your jobs and fix it….then again you’ll probably take the stance that it’s not worth fixing because it’s a temporary thing in the game and not worth your time or effortAnother bug in GAC
Once again, in GAC, I fight, I put it in auto mode, the fight freezes because... We don't know, timeout. So far OK, why not. We're not at that point. An opposing character is still killed. And... Error, the client restarts and the killed characters miraculously come back to life, with all their health, but that counts as one battle. For your information, it was Malgus, Revan and Talon. None of them have revive.Help with ea account linking
I play on android, and was completely fine with the linking system. when it came out it was working fine. i got hacked and the hacker switched the email so that my linking got screwed up. i have sicne recovered the email but the linking system is still wrong. i dont even know the account linked.Can't enter in the game.
THIS IS JUST A MOCKERY. A few days ago I couldn't log into the game all day. Standard steps (like clearing the cache, forcing the app to stop, reinstalling the app, rebooting the gadget) didn't help. The next day I was able to log into the game and play in standard mode for a few days. Until yesterday, when the app again‼️‼️!!! downloaded a new client and stopped working. Yesterday I had to reinstall the app twice‼️‼️‼️!!!! just to log into the game. Without reinstalling, the app freezes on the splash screen. Of course, there is a crisis in our Country 🇺🇸, the Trump administration, and mass layoffs in the company. Unfortunately, ordinary players who simply love this universe pay for this.
Shards not received for the Ithano event
The game was restarted during tier 1 of the Captain Ithano event. The event is now considered completed, but the 55 shards have not been distributed. Impossible to activate the character and therefore to continue progressing in the event, which represents a significant shortfall in terms of shards (55+10+5 per day). So for those that may have the problem still. What you do is uninstall and reinstall, after link your account and it may do the loading bug again, let it run for few minutes and it be sorted. But I notice that I was rewarded as guest with 1.5k crystals, when I logged in to my account, I haven't received anything like it???
