Was not rewarded BB8 light speed bundle upon purchase
Hey. Recently I purchased the BB8 light speed bundle through the Capital Games store. When I clicked on the link that confirmed my purchase I was given a reward in my inbox under the title “BB8 light speed bundle” but was only rewarded crystals, nothing related to the contents of the bundle I had purchased. I have tried the troubleshooting recommendations given by developers but nothing has worked. What steps should I take to be rightfully compensated for my purchase? Kessel Run Issues
What’s being done to address Kessel Run events that don’t trigger? I’m on my third day of not being able to trigger the log into game event. That’s 300 missed energy during double drops. I’ve been back and forth with Customer Service and still nothing. It’s as if they have no understanding of what’s going on in this game. Are the developers aware of the issue? How about tweaking the code so that if the complete all daily’s event triggers, the log into game one triggers too?LSB bundle problem

I have posted before about completing Clash on Kamino and only ending up with 100/145 Shards and GSW will not unlock. I used EA Help, provided them with all they asked for. Screenshot Proofs, Date of Completion, only to be told by an idiot by the name of Mamta to post on Forum and get up votes. I have an update suggestion for EA; How about we take all of the technical issued posted that show players got screwed and use them to file a class action lawsuit. I want, no longer kindly asking, but telling you to give me my 45 missing Shards that we're earned. I recently bought a large crystal pack (16k) in the webstore and while I received the crystals ingame, no Coaxium has been collected for the current Kessel-Run event, even though the pack should have been given me 10k progress there. I already feel bad for still paying for this, but this is extra annoying. The ingame help-feature does nothing. Ally code is 674-918-869. Please look into this.

Do NOT purchase through EAs desktop app. I tried to purchase the Han Solo LSB and the purchase had some kind of issue. I received crystals through the mail, but I didn't want them. I would rather have my money back. I'm trying to request a refund so I can retry on the website, but they won't help me. EA/CG if a purchase has an error, make the app cancel the transaction, or have a better refund service. If this isn't fixed and my money isn't refunded, I definitely won't be buying the Hyperdrive bundle.r2d2 lsb missing trooper upgrade
