Can’t use web store anymore
A couple months ago now the webstore stopped working from my phone. I can go to the site and look at the news and forum but the webstore just comes up to a message wanting me to update my cookie preferences. The first time I got a message saying I could use it from a computer and there was a cell phone app coming soon, but have yet to see anything one way or the other.Haven’t received Raddus II LSB in over 72 hours
As the titles says it’s been over 72 hours and have yet to receive the Raddus II LSB after numerous efforts of posting on this forum and making a ticket with EA Help in game. EA help just got back to me and told me I received all the content when clearly my roster still doesn’t have any of the 7 star ships that were apart of the LSB or the relic characters. Happened a few times were the game lags a lot when Jocasta throws her rifle. But now as soon as she got in her rifle form, she threw her rifle and the game glitches out completely. My SEE disappeared from the battle, characters health went down to zero for no reason but no one died and super laggy gameplay with no animations. And I got 2 losses in a row because of it. I lost by one point because of a glitch. I would like to be compensated the crystals and rewards i would gotten for winning the match. This is ruining Grand Arena for me at the moment. I tried purchasing the Raddus 2 Bundle just a little bit ago on the Webstore. Everything was going normally until I tried to finalize the purchase and was met with an error. I've never gotten an error on any Webstore purchase but after the error closed the transaction itself, I went back to try and purchase because I did not get charged yet only to find out that the bundle was removed from all areas on the Webstore and in-game. I checked my roster and nothing changed, but the game acts like I had already bought it and cannot repurchase it.JMK Game-breaking Issue
So it was recently brought to my attention that JMK is having problems in combat. I was recently victim to this myself where JMK has the ability to break the game when attacking the last alive enemy in 3v3 GAC. I made a post detailing this as a GL Ashoka issue however I was informed that this was a JMK error instead of Ashoka. The issue is, JMK and his team fail to target the last surviving enemy and this causes the game to freeze. The game is still active so apologies for any confusion but you can no longer take turns, access parts of the UI and the timer will continue to decrease. Normally I'd ignore this and chalk it up to bad luck however despite killing off 2 of the team, it renders the battle a failure and resets the team for the next matchup rendering the battle as not attempted but still counting the battle and reducing banners. My image details this a bit so people can get an understanding of how it looks. I was also allowed to attack the arena itself which is what caused my break in the game but I cannot confirm if this is solely caused this as I am not aware if this was what caused this issues for others. I am just spreading awareness as the LSB Profundity bug is the main issue at the present moment but I hope this sees some light and notifies the developers of this issues as it is no longer a standalone issue and is beginning to affect more people. - Sugar
Disconnects from in game store
Had this issue for a good while now. PC client. When in the in game store, and click on anything in the store, like the Bronzium Data Card, I can get an error message and I have to restart the game. 'Lost connection to the EA server'. This happens at rate of around 30% of the time. I cant figure out what triggers it. I can go from GAC, TW, RotE or shipments directly to the store and then get the disconnect. Rest of the game runs just fine, its only in the Store. Other games i play through EA also works fine. I hope someone have some inputs.Can not get onto the game
nothing wrong with my internet connection everything is working fine. i get to the loading screen and get the dreaded error 9.0 error removed the game cleared everything possible switched phone off and on again and still not working. contact ea and they said they will reply ingame, which is not a lot of good if i can not get into the game.Trouble connecting game to ea account
Hello I’ve been trying to connect my game to my ea account however it has not been letting me as the ages do not match, unfortunately as the account is older than the hyperdrive bundle and I took a few years off, I have no clue what age I set the game to. I’m wondering if this is the right place to get help or if I need to look somewhere else. The in game customer service has not been able to do anything for me.
Resistance Rising LSB not delivered
Like many others here, I recently purchased the Rey LSB and received nothing in return. I have bought LSBs in the past and probably will again if this gets resolved. It’s been 2 days now hearing nothing back from support. I don’t want to have to do a chargeback to get my money back. I have proof of purchase should any support staff wish to help solve the issue.Cody froze my Grand arena battle
During my Grand arena battle i fought a team with Shaak Ti Rex and Cody after Cody used his first special ability the AT-TE canon it never went off his turn the game wasn't frozen as the characters were still playing idle animations and my menu buttons worked but Cody's turn never ended even after his ability went off and even stunned one of my characters.EA ACCOUNT ISSUES
IDK what happened but my mobile account (google play) is linked to the completely wrong ea account. i have no idea how this happened. i managed to find out through the guild commander site that the ea account got banned for fraud, so i assume i got hacked. I went to ea support and they told me i had to verify that the ea account was mine which i obviously cant do. i have proof of purchase on the account but i really want to get the ea situation fixed.
