Posting again in the hopes I can get some support
I purchased the Resistance rising LSB on 10/16. I did not receive its contents. I have tried going through the in game help and have been told by 3 “advisors” that the goods were credited to my account, despite having proof they were not. I even told 2 of the advisors such, yet they completely ignore that and say all is well then disconnect from the conversation. This is beyond frustrating and quite frankly feels like blatant theft. I have the receipt and evidence of my characters not being upgraded.
Bought a crystal pack on the webstore, didn't get the goods.
As the title says, I bought a crystal pack from the webstore, money was substracted from my account, but I did not receive the goods nor the email of confirmation. Tried restore purchases, wrote to EA help. Is there anything else I am able to do, or am I just at the mercy of support? I also didn't receive any of the Kessel Run progression.
Appo leveling relic up glitch
It says that appo needs level Xiii to mod the relic past relic tier 4 to relic level 5 and beyond when I already met the xiii restriction and reliced it up levels to relic 4. please fix the problem of the glitch because I’m going for Jedi master mace windu any extra crystals or equipment for the problem is hoped for. thanks.Appo leveling up relics glitch

Bought Raddus 2 LSB almost 2 weeks ago and I keep getting the same brain dead response of its in my account already, how can I go about fixing this when the support can’t even do their job. Yesterday I did the first battle to unlock 4-Lom. I successfully completed the battle. As I was waiting for the battle to register, the game said it had to be restarted and that I had a 303 error. I restarted the game, expected to see the unlock screen for 4-Lom but it didn’t appear. I went back in to the event and it registered that I had won the tier but no shards were given to unlock him. Today it allowed me to do the first tier again, I successfully completed it, and again, no shards, but registered a successful attempt. How can I get this fixed? The EA help chat bot was less that helpful. They sent a message saying they fixed the issue with some assault battle but that was not what I was trying to get fixed. Need some help here. Is there a way to contact someone at CG directly to get this resolved? Thanks!Webstore crashes
Paid for £19.99 crystal pack. payment went out of my account cause pop up message came up saying I had be charged by swgoh webstore Swiss something. And in bank app showing the transaction went through. But webstore crashed once payment happened. So I’ve lost 😡 £20 and haven’t received 2,900 crystals from the £19.99 pack.PC client permanent crashes
Since some time ago I am faced with game crashes. PC client crashed every 2-3 minutes, so I need to restart game again and again. Is anyone known possible solution for this problem? System Windows 11 latest update Nvidia driver latest update I9, Nvidia GTX 4070 8 Gb, 32 Gb ramConnection issue
On October 21st at approximately 8:00 p.m., I tried logging in to the server for game of heroes, and was unable to. Do not know if the connection loss most likely was on server end rather than receiver end on my end. Reset all of my internet sources and was still redirected to retry to connect to your server. Have not been able to do my daily login and thereby not be able to complete my daily tasks for my creditsLightspeed bundle characters not added to my account
Yesterday I purchased the Rey lightspeed bundle but my game crashed and the characters never appeared in my roster. I contacted the help yesterday and they told me to wait 24 hours so I did and nothing happened. When I contacted them again today nobody has taken my ticket and it has been well over 36 hours at this point and I am quite frustrated. I’ve tried to restore my purchase multiple times but it hasn’t done anything. I purchased the bundle on the desktop version, and the bundle no longer appears in the store regardless of logging in on mobile or desktop. The purchase did give me a confirmation email and the money was taken out of my bank account. Posting this here in hopes that somebody will see this and be able to help me.
Maz makes the game crash
So i've tried out Maz in TW against Lord Vader with DS clones. Things went well until the 2ish minute mark, the game then suddenly started loading incredibly long. after like 2 minutes loading finished and i took out Lord Vader. 1ish minute left and the game froze again for what felt like 5 minutes. After it finished loading again the fight was already over. I wanted to submit the result only for a notification to pop up saying: The timer of the battle has run out. It then kicked me out and reset the battle with ofc LV still being there. Of the 5 minute battle i had about 2 minutes of actual gameplay and the rest was just loading. Mind you i was playing on the PC client, not sure if that made any difference. Cant change that now, just wanted to let others know that if you plan on using her, it might make your game crash. And to let CG know that they should fix their game ^^
