Relic X slice a bundle not giving materials
The relic x slice a bundle is not functioning properly. I have purchased the full package 2 times and it has given crystals rather than the materials. The crystals given are not equivalent to the crystal cost to purchase the materials in game. This has happened two times now so it can not be an isolated issue. Has anyone else experienced this? Can someone from EA assist me with this issue?Datactron Power for Hire dark side revive bug
Hello, The new datacron set isn't working correctly. Level 3 of this datacron: tank revive first time with jabba and krastan are mutually exclusive: krastan is resurrected once from uniq and a second time from datacron, even though both have the "first time revive" clause.So Kessel Run Events Broke
So like so many of you I've been excited for the 3x event and a way to get extra energy was to run up the Kessel Run rewards. I went ahead and bought my bundles and stages of era materials and relics and so on not only did I'm not sure I got it all as I had made 20+ purchases i noticed after some time the Kessel run coaxium rewards where not rolling over and giving me my rewards in game and my bar stopped moving to my dismay I'm not even sure how much i missed out on its the sole reason to make webstore purchases. I knew better after what happened with maul hate fueled to try but i did anyway i went to customer support where the bot gave me the run around as i will provide screenshots. then when i got home from work i tried the website again and they said they cant help me and id have to go to in game support even though I showed them screen shot of the bot ignoring my text and giving me game crashing bug troubleshooting and closing the chat . i opened a new in game chat while talking to ea site chat and the in game told me the only way to speak to an agent is to go to the very site the customer service chat was telling me they cant help me and to use the in game chat and closing the chat. so far I've missed out on completing my 7 star max level relic from the era maul hate fueled because the store removed my ability to purchase the remaining pack on each Yoda and chewie and asaj because I couldn't get the shards to max level them like I did the others before the era closed because the chat doesn't work. now I'm going to miss out on a lot of 3x event energy i could have used let alone the crystals and everything else that gets rewarded with the Kessel run i just wanted to be made whole but at this point I've put half a day in to trouble shooting this i really feel like someone there should make me whole on this. I AM how ever open to help or advice with fixes or how to get ahold of someone to help me thank you all kindly for any time and attentionDarth Vader Duels End Level 15 Focused Datacron not granting Bonus Turns
DVDE's FDC states: "Whenever an enemy attacks out of turn, Vader (Duel's End) takes a bonus turn (once per turn)." I have not been experiencing this at all as of late-- He's just... Not receiving bonus turns, at all, except from the Vengeance mechanic. It most commonly occurs when facing an individual that calls a Mass Assist, but even then it USED to work. This most recently almost made me lose a TW Battle, and has been a problem in GAC aswell.the colliseum update then fix
so basically after the update i did my battle, then after a long day at work i find out i was rank 41, when ive been always top 10 past weeks ( spending ) and realize there was a fix, kind of screwed me up, hopefully i will get at least my 700 missing piece for that. thanksTwo bug reports
I know this isn't the correct forum, but bug number 1 is that the bug board is not working properly. When you press the button, the site merely locks up. Secondly, congratulations, CG. The new hero ability in Colleseum is not working. Not once were the Dryaxes ever exposed. Even though it's supposedly unable to be evaded or resisted. And, yes the screenshot is turn one, but trust me, not ONCE were either of them exposed. EA_Gunner again hope you don't mind the tag, but wanting eyes on this. Thank you.
Locked out Since August. Seeking Compensation.
I am Requesting, that the SWGOH team reach out to me to give me a few Lightspeed tokens as compensation for making me wait 7 months to fix a bug that I and several other people had mentioned. two of each 7 star Gear XIII lightspeed tokens would be nice, but I'm willing to Negotiate. Just for context, My brother was able to get over 20 characters to gear lvl XIII in the time I was locked out of the game. I would have gotten more due to the fact i played three times as much as him, so really 6-10 tokens is quite reasonable. Looking Forward to a response, MichaelKnowles08
Soft Lock in Conquest - R2-D2 Disappears
I am experiencing a consistent soft lock in Conquest Sector 3, Battle 13. When facing a team with R2-D2, he completely disappears from the battlefield after performing an attack. Once he vanishes, the battle becomes unresponsive. I cannot target anyone, and my characters stop taking turns.Multiple in-app Purchases Not Received
Over the past few weeks, I have made multiple in-app purchases, but every time I either receive nothing or a previous purchase. It's a bit confusing, but the "diagram" below will help explain it. So, for example: Relic Purchase (received nothing) -----> Material Purchase (received relics) ---> LSB purchase (received materials)....... I have made several attempts to contact in-game support, but every time they say "you received the item" and instantly close the ticket before I can reply. At this point, I'm certain that the in-game support is just AI and not real people. I've attached a screen recording showing me purchasing a "slice-a-bundle" and only receiving crystals. This is my last attempt at support before I give up.
Locked Account Have Purchase Receipts but EA Help blocked me. Need CM Help!
Hi everyone, I'm desperate and hoping a Community Manager (like CG_Tusken_Meathead) can help me, because regular EA Support has completely failed. My SWGOH account was unlinked due to a technical error. I unfortunately don't have my Ally Code saved, but I DO have the official 2023 Google/Apple purchase receipts with the exact Transaction IDs from that account. I have tried contacting EA Help multiple times. They simply refused to assist me, telling me that the only possible way to recover an account is if it is currently linked. They completely ignored the fact that my Transaction IDs can be used to locate the account, closed my tickets without a solution, and now I am completely blocked from accessing the live chat. I just want to recover the account I spent money and time on. If any CM sees this, please send me a Direct Message. attempting to complete journey quest, complete bounty hunter contracts. gone through countless energy attempting this, but after numerous battles, it does not register my completed contracts. sometimes it does, mostly it does not. i am utilizing same squad each time.
