Здравствуйте скажите пожалуйста. Как сделать так чтобы чужой человек не заходил в мой аккаунт.То есть я купил у него аккаунт а он все равно как то смог зайти в в тот аккаунт . Я скриншот приделал . Помогите пожалуйста мне с этим вопросом ,что нужно сделать .
Shipment misclick issue
Hi, It's been a minute now that when doing the shopping routine on the shipment, clicking on one item doesn't make it pop for buying but triggers another different item from the same page. This morning I ended up, through pure muscle memory, buying 32 shards of the Gungan Bombadier, whom I already have at seven stars, losing 1280 in the process. Could you please let me know if these shard can be taken away and the cristals be refunded? Cheers
Critical Bug with Ahsoka GL – Unable to Continue Battles in TW and GAC
Hello CG Team, Since the release of Ahsoka Galactic Legend, a serious bug has persisted: right after she activates her Ultimate, the action buttons disappear, making it impossible to continue the battle. This issue has caused numerous unfair losses in Territory Wars (TW) and Grand Arena Championships (GAC) and has become extremely frustrating. Houston we have a problem and it starts with a client error right in the middle of my JMK vs there Slkr/dreycron. The error forced a restart which tml the slkr squad ( even after taking Kru out ) . It was a full squad again and i lost JMK so not only did i lose the best counter to Slkr. AI decided to tml the squad. Then i threw Bane at it. Got hux and kru out then died. Submitted the battle so it would show them 2 gone. But it didnt. It was a full squad AGAIN!! NEXT ISSUE... threw Baylan ( merc ) at Qpadme. Handmaiden never lost any protection or health. Same issue with MMW against Malgus. No damage to that squad no matter how hard i hit them. This whole round has been like this. All 3 battles has just been no damage aslong as AI is in controlFrozen battle
So I'm in Kyber 2, I won the first two rounds of GAC and I think I can win the 3rd but instead my battle freezes and now I'm forced to just sit and watch the timer run out. Even after the timer reaches zero I still can't submit, so I'm forced to restart the game and when I get back on, the loss counts, my team is gone but the kill I got doesn't stand. This is really frustrating, now I have an uphill battle right from the start and I have to change my entire attack plan. CG, when are you going to fix your game?Does Capital Ship speed mean anything anymore?
Just lost a fight against an Executor piloted by a R8 Admiral Piett (with all mods 6 dots). When I check the stats of the opposing Executor in the game and on swgoh.gg, it says "Speed 192 (74)" as is to be expected. My Executor has a R9 Admiral Piett (with all mods 6 dots) has "Speed 194 (76)". The not so funny thing is that when the fight started, I did no go first, but my opponent did, using "Breach of Protocols", instantly destroying my Xanadu Blood. Last time I checked higher speed means it should go first every single time (I understand that if the speed is tied, it's randomly decided who goes first), which means I should have taken the first turn. Did I miss something, or is there something fishy going on here?Kristalle weg
Guten Tag Ich habe 320 Kristalle verloren für 4 Splitter von mein Schiff das schon auf 7 Sterne ist. Der Shop ladet richtet langsam so das ich erst gedacht habe mein Spiel ist hängen geblieben und habe dann im falschen Moment aufs Display gedrückt und die 320 Kristalle sind jetzt weg. Hi everyone, I’m facing a strange issue with Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes on my Xiaomi Poco X7 Pro. Notifications are enabled both in the game and in the phone settings. All other apps and games send notifications without any problem. In SWGOH, notifications only appear after I open the game, all at once. While the game is closed, I don’t get any alerts at all. All permissions for the app are already enabled. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a device-specific problem or a known bug with SWGOH? Hi, I am trying to connect with EA support. I created a case, emailed them a bit, and then they told me to "resume case" for further support via chat. I've done that, and just get a spinning circle for hours. Is this normal? Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks!!
Cant claim daily rewards
Can't claim daily rewards, it says its been sent to my inbox but it hasn't now the time has ticked over reset and even though I completed all the Missions I couldn't claim the daily chest, if anyone has experienced this will this continue to be a future issue or is it a one off thing.Help with account recovery
Hello, I'm hoping someone can help with an account recovery issue, I've opened a Case #222430526 for it and have tried following the instructions I've seen here in various locations on how to get them to address it, the problem I'm having is the in game chat is basically taking nearly an hour per reply and doesn't seem to be trying to help at all, just giving me directions and instructions to try and then telling me that since it's overwritten on my device there is nothing they can do, Which goes against the information provided on the website about account recovery, I was trying to switch an account on a device so my son could play and it overwrote my actual account, google play seems to have been the cause but now neither his EA account or mine are linked to any game, his account is on my device but is a guest, I can't link it back to his original EA account I can't import my game correctly and I'm out all of my purchases on my account becasue of this. Is there any way to talk to support other than in game chat where they tend to ignore what I've said and offer little actual help. I can provide hte ally code of my real account and the player ID of my sons if needed.
