Webstore Crystal Purchase Issue
Hello folks, Players reached out letting us know there was an issue with purchasing Crystals on the Webstore. We have identified that the TOP line crystals buttons are broken and will result in an error when trying to click through them. If you are looking to purchase Crystals, you can still scroll down on the webstore and purchase them. The team will fix the top line in a future update. Samsung S22+ | Game is unplayable
Hi CG_Meathead Can you please make your devs aware that, since the update, the game just became unplayable on the Samsung S22+ (not so old of a phone). The issues I am experiencing are: - Load time on the LucasFilms & Disney screen just stays there for ages - Game closes itself - Lag when changing screens - But the absolute worse one is, my phone just becomes way to hot near the front camera, and I mean really really hot. Downloaded CPU-Z that reports that the battery goes up to 42 Celsius after being 1 or 2 minutes with the game open but the Thermal sensor went to a ridiculous 60 Celsius. What has been tried so far: - Clear the game cahe, result: no change. - Reinstalled the game, result: no change. - Cleared the phone cache, result: no change. This behaviour only started after the update that was in the Play Store, so it must be related to the game and not to the phone. Needless to say that such high temps can cause serious injuries to myself and the ones around me as something may happen to the battery and is definitely not healthy for the phone either. Just in case it is important: - CPU is an Exynos 2200. - 40GB of free space still - 3GB of free memory when I open the game. One last thing, I have the game also installed in another Samsung XCover6 Pro and all the above do not happen on that phone. If you happen to read this, thank you. Conquest sector 2 feat to use Alert isn't incrementing
I added Night Trooper to my GLeia team and used his ability for Alert. I saw the Alert symbol over his head, and he assisted when special abilities were used, but after winning the battle the feat didn't increment that I'd used Alert. The team was specifically: GLeia (r7 with ult), Night Trooper (g11), Drogan (r7, omi), R2 (r8), CRex (r7). Fought on the first golden node of the sector, which was G, B2, B1, Magna, Droideka. As far as I can see when looking at the ability "March of the Undying" I met the requirements and the Alert was actually working as intended in battle, as Night Trooper did assist with specials, so this must be a bug?
Game crashes!
As soon as I startup game it registers my Game Center name and then crashes and shoots back to my phones Home Screen. I was not able to login for the big morning energy (3 types) nor fleet payout for crystals. I also had issues but eventually it did let me in for my tb for guild end of phase. That was the only time since downloading update that I was able to get in to the game. attached is a video of game crashing
Game Crashing Once I load in
I just updated Swgoh and everytime I log into the app, it shows the loading screen with the blue background and light blue spinny thing in the middle. Once it finishes, it crashes and takes me out of the app. I have obviously tried restarting numerous things. How can I fix this? I just missed out on bonus energy because of this. Please get this fixed soon!
Music pauses while in game
This is an issue that I ran into today (July 31st 2024) where now when I have the game open my music will no longer play. It will be paused as soon as I tap on the app icon on my Home Screen. It pauses both Apple Music and Spotify. As someone who listens to music 24/7 and loves certain songs while I do gac I would love for whatever was implemented that made this happen to please go away. Music from background apps no longer plays while in game after update
After the 7/31 update music from spotify/itunes/other sources doesn't play from my phone even with the in-game sound totally off. Please fix this I can't handle the silence. This is my happy time to play game and enjoy music, not sad hour of deep thinking.Update CG?
So there was a problem with the update yesterday that basically took all Apple users out of the game. There was a post that a hotfix would be posted about 1700 PT but if it was going to take longer CG would let us know. Here we are, 15 hrs after the hotfix and radio silence. This has gone from to annoying to total BS; players are missing out on energy refreshes, conquest, raids… the least someone could do is pass on some information. Oh and keep your clone wars Chewy shards, this situation isn’t funny anymore.Auto Broken
After choosing the "Select Option" of auto-battle in the battle settings when in the battle the "Basic" option is overlapped by the battle speed button. When trying to press the Auto button, it will choose Basic instead. From what I have found the only way to be able to auto with special abilities is to go into the battle options and choose "All Abilities".
