Missing Loaned Unit Levels
I have purchased both the Episode pass and pass + as well as claimed all the free packs and calendars in both the webstore and the game. I have a level 17 Mara, but all my loaned units are only level 8. I’m missing 5 from the calendar bug and 4 from the free pack. Is there any way I can have this corrected? I submitted this issue twice through the EA help chat when i first noticed this but seem to have waited too long. I got started on the returning player quests and ran into an issue with the "join a player run guild" quest. I was in a guild already by the time the quest popped onto my quest tracker. I was hoping the EA team could resolve this without me leaving and having to rejoin my new guild and start the waiting period over. That didn't seem to be the case. It did not occur to me that posting something on the EA Forums might be a better way to go about this. I have now left and rejoined my guild and completed the quest. My issue is that now I am on another waiting period and can not do more of the quest (donate gear and submit raid attempts). It looks like i have about a day left to complete the remainder of the quests. If that is that case I wanted to see if i could have some sort of extension to get the remaining done since I blocked myself from moving forward for so long. Thanks.

Ровно как сутки начались проблемы со входом в игру. У некоторых моих согильдийцев и друзей тоже такие же проблемы. Помогает только подключение VPN, но не всем, включая меня. Что происходит? на PC так вообще не заходит с впн и без впн. Попробовал все советы из ea.com/unable-to-connect ничего не помогло!!!
Broken GAC Matchmaking and Arena Table
Hello, Matchmaking for this third and final week of the current 3v3 Grand Arena season placed me into an empty bracket, only me inside. This seems to be having another effect; when I attempt to access the Arena Table to play my daily Fleet Arena battles, I am receiving ERROR Restart message, please see all attachments. I am unsure if this is related to the issue, but I was in the top bracket of K1 last week so I don't know if there is some unique situation that can occur with matchmaking at the top of the ranks. The truly unfortunate thing is that I spent ~$300 to have a handful of the datacrons from the newest set (not yet available via Conquest), that I was looking forward to showcasing and testing on my stream. Now that expense is wasted as I could earn them without cash expense in the coming Conquest, so I am hoping CG can correct or otherwise compensate for this issue. I am also unable to earn my daily crystals in Fleet Arena until this issue is corrected. Please see all attached screenshots. The Ingame store is having issue cant purchase any of the new bundles that just launch in the ingame store. The current one i am having issue is Lando, phantom 2 and ghost bundle. It shows Tap for Price once I click it, it will start spinning and after awhile it will show purchase timeout. Is there anyway to fix this or it's a bug on the backend of the game.Day 2 of era still do not have correct loaned units
The calendar bug from day 1 (7/28) has caused me to miss out on 5 levels on my loaned units. This is causing me to already lag behind what others at my investment level are at. I bought the episode pass along with many others in my guild. We like to use coliseum as a competition amongst the guild, who can get higher, find better comps etc. Due to this I can confidently say where my units should be vs where they are. My units are currently loaned level 12 Mara Jade level 14. Others in my guild with same investment amount are loaned level 17 Mara Jade level 17. I have already missed out on 70% of tier 2 krayt and the mat rewards that come with that vs the 6% i was able to get as well as 40% of zeffo instead of the 5%. This has also pushed me down tiers in the overall rewards costing me 300 on day 1 and likely 600 on day 2. i do not want to be behind all era because of a bug. 5 loaned unit levels is a huge amount to not have. Coliseum battles do not get submitted
Hi EA and CG, I have an issue where, when I finish the zeffo guard battle (tier 1), the scores do not get posted. I spent 3 battles and its stuck - i had two full clears and one 85%. Its just hanging on the "victory screen" where you see the team members still standing. Ally code is: 679739858In game store not working
Here from android divice, for the last hours i haveʼnt been able to buy anything from the in gane shop, the episode pass, nothing, i have already cleared cache, restarted both my app and device, log in and out of my account, still nothing, any attempt is meet with this screen.I cant access my account for Ea access
I can't access my account. I have the linked email and enough information to prove the account is mine; the game even showed which account it was linked to. However, whenever I try to link it, I get an error. I can't access the web store either—not even on a computer; it acts as if I’m not registered. Honestly, I don't know what to do. I can't play the game, and I’ve been really hyped to play it. I hope someone from EA Support can help me and get in touch to verify the details and prove the account belongs to me so we can see what can be done. I’m also open to moving the account to a different email, but the main priority is regaining control of the account so I can play the game.JMMW Shards not credited upon completion of event
I was in the midst of the Kanan tier (tier 3) when the game restarted to update for the new era. My game shows completion of all 4 tiers of the event, but I was never credited the 100 shards for completing tier 3, so I cannot unlock JMMW. Please help! :)
