We can help you switch your SWGOH account from iOS to Android (and vice versa). Read on to find out what we’ll need from you to do that. Our EA Advisors can help you move your Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account on to a device that’s got a different operating system (OS) than the one you started playing on. We can do this when you create an account on your new device. Then we can move the information from your old account over to the new one. Sound complicated? It is, a little bit. But if you follow the steps here and have the information we need ready, it’ll help us get you set up quickly on your new device. FIRST THINGS FIRST: LINK YOUR ACCOUNT Make sure you’ve linked your original account to Google Play (if you’re playing on Android) or Game Center (if you’re playing on iOS). You can link your account even if you’ve been playing on it for a long time, and you won’t lose any progress. Click View more to find out how to link your account. ALREADY DONE THAT? Install Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes on your new device. Moving to iOS? Make sure you’re logged in to Game Center on your device, and that you link your game to it. Start the game and skip the tutorial when you get the option. If you’re on an Android device, link your new account to Google Play when you’re asked. HAVE YOUR ALLY CODE FOR BOTH ACCOUNTS You won’t see your Ally code until your reach level 18. If you are transferring your info over to a brand new device, having your player ID for the account on your new device is more important. Open Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. Tap on Allies. You’ll see your Ally code at the top of the screen, under your character name. Make sure you have your Ally Code from the account on your old device when you contact us. DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OLD DEVICE? Ask a friend or guildmate to check for your Ally code in-game on your character tab. They can find it by tapping on your name in the guild list through Manage on the Guild screen, or by tapping on your name under Manage on the Allies screen. HAVE YOUR PLAYER ID FOR BOTH ACCOUNTS For security reasons, we’ll ask for your Player ID for both accounts. This is because your Player ID can only be seen by you and us. Here’s how to find it: Open Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. Tap on the gear icon (Settings). Your Player ID is at the bottom of the screen. This ID is case sensitive. If you have trouble reading it, screenshot it and send it to us. This is extra helpful if there is an “l” that could be either a capital i or a lowercase L. JUST ONE MORE THING: SCREENSHOTS Our final security check is to ask you for proof of purchase if you’ve ever bought anything in-game. Hi. Since 30.11.2021 This message pops up every time I try in-app purchase in Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes : "Cannot verify this card with your bank.Try again or contact your bank if this issue persists. /OR-PMSA-35/" After this pop-up the transaction is cancelled. I cannot make any in-app payments. I have contacted Google - they checked and sent me an email disclaimer that everything is ok on their side. I have been personally to my bank and they checked, claimed that everything is ok on their side, they even tried making an in-app payment with a different card, finding out that the same issue appears on that card as well, meaning that it is a problem on your side with my Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes account. I purchased a crate of crystals and was promoted to verify my payment. I got redirected to the Apple store to do so and did it. I then got the in game pop up that my purchase was successful and I was all set. However, I didn’t receive the crystals. I entered a ticket (66480663) and was called by a EA Help colleague. She couldn’t verify my account and told me to submit an in game ticket to receive my missing content. My bank account is showing the purchased dollar amount so I know the payment was made. How can I submit the ticket to get the purchased crystals as I don’t see the link in game to submit a ticket other than sending me back to EA Help using the Help button. Friend bought me a $10 Google Play gift card for Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes... I have an iPhone/iPad I play on... We didnt know it isnt compatable... After calling Google Play, they informed me to contact EA Help since they would assist in transferring the balance to an iTunes giftcard for use with Apple products... Customer Support phone numbers are disconnected after doing some searching... Also the Live Chat function isnt working. Either that of EA reps are terrible with management with questions. Greetings all Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes players who are experiencing the phenomenon of having your game freeze at the 'Loading Cantina' screen without it loading the game. I had the same issue, and I tried various methods to address it- switching between WiFi and 3G/4G, restarting my mobile device (I am using an iPhone 5S) and so on. I even contacted the EA tech support to see if they could resolve it. No luck. Then I found a solution online that worked. For iOS users, go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. This will reboot your device and erase your WiFi passwords, so you will have to key them in again after your device restarts. I realized that the game gets stuck at the 'Loading Cantina' screen because it is unable to access and connect to the Game Center. I think Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is a game that is dependent on the Game Center for storing achievements and other player data. By resetting your network settings, I believe it repairs the connection between the game and the Game Center. I will share this on other forums to help others who are facing the same problem.
