Bug in current conquest event
Im on the beginner path, second round and can't progress. I can get the other side down to almost no health but they won't die. I have timed out multiple times with multiple squads. Hello, Last Friday evening, my account was banned without any clear explanation, and I do not understand the exact reason behind this sanction. When I try to log in, I receive a message stating “repeated violations.” However, I have never received any warning, either in-game or by email, regarding inappropriate behavior. If there has been an actual violation, I would genuinely like to know what it is so I can understand the situation and correct myself if necessary. It is difficult to adjust your behavior without knowing exactly what you are being accused of. My main goal is to make sure that I have followed the correct steps to request an unban and to find out whether there is any way to speed up the review process. I have already contacted EA Support, but they were not able to provide helpful information or move the case forward. So I'm at the Journey/Anniversary Quest that says, "Defeat 50 Imperial Troopers with Mon Mothma Present." I fought LS 6-C, which has about 10 stormtroopers, plus DV at the end. I used Mon Mothma, Jyn, K2, Cassian, Bistan, and an ally Princess Leia. At the end, I was credited with only 1 defeated Imperial Trooper toward the quest. CG, if you're going to make quests about defeating X units of Y faction, this needs to work intuitively. I don't know if the "campaigns" PvE enemies don't have proper faction tags (at least 1 did?) or if something else is broken. Please fix this, at least for the future. Hello guys, When I try to start the game on my laptop it gets stuck on an update (53%, 23mb out of 44mb). Ive uninstalled the game several times, tried the repair tool, cleared the EA apps cache, restarted the laptop to no success, same result every time. Any suggestions on how to solve this pickle? Yes, the disk says can't be defeated if the leader is present. However, the leader also cannot be defeated, and is reduced to 1% but cannot go below. Hello guys, I write here because I am very confuse and little angry. My english is not very good sorry. Yesterday I was playing Swgoh in EA app launcher and I was streaming the game to my friend on Discord. We was playing in coliseum mode. In middle of battle suddenly screen freeze and say something like “battle error” and then game just close alone. I think ok, maybe bug, so I open again the game. But when I enter, I get one pop up message saying I am banned. BANNED. I dont understand why. I never use cheat, never exploit, nothing. I just play normal. The error happen in same moment of fight, so maybe system think something wrong? Maybe because stream my internet did a thing? I really dont know. Someone have same problem before? Is possible automatic ban because error in coliseum? I already send ticket to support but no answer yet. Can someone direct me to where I need to go to receive what I purchased? My Ally Code is 171487662. Today I purchased the 15 dollar calendar offer and my game immediately crashed (Ability Mat Blitz Calendar, image below). When I logged back in the game gave me 2,080 crystals and apologized. The issue is that the calendar in-game value is WAY more than 2,080 crystals and is what I agreed to purchase. Last week I purchased the Moff Gideon lightspeed and states... "omicrons included"... and I only get one omicron. I know that EA has posted on this topic and is going to do something about it, but thought I would bring it up as this is two purchases in a row :). I'm an Android and PC player, and after time away from the game have come back to find my account taken by someone else. I changed EA Account and Google account passwords but found that someone was still accessing the game and I was getting frequent session changes (not to mention my in-game name was changed, I was in a different guild, etc...). Although I've never played on iOS, I tried to link my account to my Apple ID just to secure that entry path to my account. I was unable to do so, as apparently a link already exists to another Apple ID which must be what the intruder is using to access the game. Over the last seven days both the 'in-game help team' and the 'dedicated help team' (accessible through the EA Help site) have bounced me between them and both state they can't do a thing. In-game: 'Dedicated' team: Is this really the case? if that is correct it seems like a major limitation in the ability to provide a secure service? Can someone advise if there is another team or way to have this resolved? Hi, I encountered a technical issue during s GA 5v5 fight. At some point my R2D2 just disappeared from the screen, but since it was his turn i couldn't do anything else and i lost that match (i tried the auto fight too, but didn't work) After i closed the match, it didn't even save the enemies i defeated.
