Old Android account not loading in iOS
I am trying to recover my old account when I had an Android but now have an iPhone. I have linked my EA account to my Google Play but it won’t load my old account. I have tried signing out of Game Center as well. Had so much progress and $ spent. I have my ally code and can send screenshots of Google Play purchases! Please help!

My coaxium heist rewards are not resetting despite several purchases on the web store over the last several days. I’ve claimed all rewards and usually it resets and starts over, however it has not been doing so recently causing me to miss out on a rather large number of resources. Any suggestions or help from CG?Bo-Katan
THERE'S A BIG PROBLEM WITH HER SINCE SEVERAL MONTHS. She (normal and Mandalore one) usually crashes the game or she gets bugged... losing 30 seconds every time she attacks. BUT THIS TIME WAS WORSE. This is Grand Arena, and now I cannot do anything... So I lost because I run out of time. When CG will fix her?? I really hate playing against Bo Katan because she only wins bc of bugs.Transaction is pending.
Earlier today around noon I purchased two lightspeed tokens for the gungans. I received one but not the other, instead I received crystals.. Now it say, transaction is pending 'wait 10 minutes or cancel purchase.' ( it's been like 5 hours) did the purchase on the web store, the transaction went through with my bank too. You guys have any thoughts or tips on this. Says I can cancel it, can I cancel it and re purchase it? Will that work?Payment processing delay creating unfair issue
I purchased season pass on the webstore via paypal, something I do every season with no issue. Only this time it said it could take up to 72 hours to "process". My paypal shows the charge pending. In 2h45m I will no longer be able to do day 1 of Tier III for the Inquisitor Barriss event, as I require the Seasons Pass for the 20 shards of premium track. This means I'll be missing out on 5 shards at the end of the event's run, resulting in Inquisitor Barriss being my only Era character with 40/65 shards instead of 45/65 shards. Has anyone else noticed the first task for this months Anniversary tasks says, “Attempt to inflict purge 100 times” and then the requirements for completion shows you need to get it 200 times? Wondering if Swgoh is going to fix this. If it was supposed to say 200 then it should’ve said that but it says 100.
How many times can I use one card on different accounts?
I play on multiple accounts but only use one card for in-game purchases. How many times can I use the same card, and how long does it take for me to use it again after reaching the limit? I reported that I did not receive the 5 shards of Barriss shards I got from a 1299 crystal pack, and instead of getting the Barriss shards, I was compensated with Ventress (DD) shards instead. I redeemed the crystals for Barriss for a reason. I do not want the Ventress shards. If I did, I would have purchased Ventress shards. This is not the first time that this kind of thing has happened, and this time it's preventing me from getting my 330 shards, and the bonus resources that I could have gotten from the daily battles in the Barriss event. PLEASE, can you provide the shards that I ACTUALLY purchased, and not the ones that EA thinks I should have instead?! My ally code is 116-656-142. Thank you.SWGoH account connection to EA
Hi all, first time poster on this forum. Having an issue with account connections. In short, when I got my new device and downloaded SWGoH for the first time, the game gave me a brand new account and I thought my old one was lost. Fast forward a few days and after linking to Google Play, my original account was back. However, due to this I had linked the new account to EA. That said, I am now unable to connect my desired account to my EA account as it is already linked to a SWGoH profile (new, unused account). So I am left with this: Original SWGoH profile linked to Google Play -> unable to connect to EA account due to EA Account already having a linked SWGoH account. What are the resolution steps for this? I was unable to find a method to unlink my EA Account from the undesired SWGoH account. MY desired resolution is to link my old, active account to EA and unlink the new, inactive account that I do not use. Thank you!Baris shards not rewarded.
I used 5999 crystals to get a 5 card pull of Baris, and got 7, 7, 7, 145, 7, shards, then redeemed anothewr 1299 crystals and got 5 shards. With my season rewards, and my battle rewards, I was only another 5 shards away from getting Baris to 330 shards, so I bought the 1410 crystal pack online for a single card pull of Baris. When I redeemed the crystals for the shards, I pulled the 5 shards; however, they were not actually rewarded into my account, so I cannot promote Baris to 7* Could you please either push the shards through, or could you please reimburse the crystals spent on her so that I can re-redeem the crystals for Baris shards? I recently purchased the lightspeed bundle for Second Sister/TIE Interceptor. I received the confirmation email and the gift in the inbox. However, the gift gave me around 2,000 crystals and a message that something went wrong and the crystals were a compensation gift. Is there any way to actually get what I paid for? I’ve been seeing this a lot with other people purchasing different LSBs. Ally Code: 387-282-829
