Mod for infant lifestage
Hi, I'm very tired of infants (even though they are cute) and since I made the mistake of getting the pack for others things I am stuck with them having to get milestones or I feel like a bad sim-parent. Since I have played rotational during the last few years there are a lot of kids every now and then and I am tired of both infants and toddlers really, since I have to grind (I play on short lifespan and skip YA since I have many sims and they life for an eternity even on short, and it gets weird if they have kids early in YA since the kids age up faster than later ages). So, to my question, I am on a quest to find a mod that makes infants, upon age-up, already have all milestones etc. So they will always age upp as a top-notch-infants and I don't have to do anything with them, except like a normal parent just care for them, do any of you know of such a mod? I know there is a mod where you can "assign" milestones to an infant, but that is not what I want. I don't want to have to do anything and it all is just automatically assigned to them upon age-up to infant. So I can stop dreading the infants. I even wish we had the Sims 3 time travel machine where you could go back in time and woohoo and have a teen child appear, great! That way I never had to deal with the toddlers even though kids could be fun. I'm getting an error that says "the game has failed to load: error code: 114:7044fc7f:76c13e94. it is reccomended you relaunch the game." I have cc, but I don't understand how that could impact this specific world that has this error. I made a save file and created a sim just fine with nothing wrong except for a few old broken mods (that were also in the save with the error), but this error didn't show on my new save. I tried moving some sims into the same world with the error, into an apartment building across from the household thst has this error, worked fine until they tried to visit the apartment with the error. I see no button for a log either, just "OK". what is going on? I'm struggling to find a solution to this. I've restarted my pc, I've repaired it through the EA launcher, I've reopened my game multiple times, and it's not working. if it's important to know: one of the soms in this apartment with the error went to geek con, and when he came back that's when I got the error. I'm unsure if this would affect it since another sim on that lot walked the dog and came home just fine prior. my other game save, my sim was travelling back and forth, even world to world. I'm not sure if this is a cc issue, an ea issue, a dlc issue, or something I-can't-even-think-of-right-now issue. Hello everyone! When i try to travel to the hospital, (both for giving birth and for work) it takes me to the world select screen and the error code 135.59246b.edbbd34c pops up. I have not edited the hospital lot, this is a new save. I don´t have the child birth mod or the control any sim mod. I know that both mods have caused this before. Better exeptions doesn´t find anything. I´ve tried deleting local thumb chache and reparing the game but neither seems to work. Does anyone know which mod is causing this? I recently installed some cc/mods on the sims 4, however whenever im NOT playing the sims my computer has started to bug out, im pretty sure this might be caused by a sims mod becuase this wasnt an issue until i downloaded some mods now whenever im just regularly (Not on the sims) using my compter the cursor when i try to drag something thats to 'bug out' and fling itself all over the place, or my screen randomly flashes black or bugs out, only for a second or 2 though. I keep getting this error message anytime my sims do anything romantic and then the game just cancels the interaction. I've taken out all my mods one by one to see if there was an issue with any of them, but nothing seems to be working. Has anyone else gotten this message and if so, how did you fix it? Thank you! Hey everyone. I just downloaded 160 files of new cc. All are package files. I put them in the same file I always do, with all my older cc. When I went to play, the new cc does not show up. The cc is from different creators (YouTube and patreon mostly). I tried to repair the game and clear the EA cache. I also moved my mods folder to my desktop and then add it back to the proper folder spot. I even moved some cc in groups to see if it would appear in the game this way. Nothing has worked. Any ideas on how to fix this? I downloaded cc just a few days ago and it worked. So I’m unsure what the issue is. Hi. Ive deleted the EA and sims 4 4 days ago due to storage and it literally slowing and lagging my other big games like Roblox, genshin ect and Also deleted the EA Folder after resolving the issue and finding Out why my pc was so slow and laggy i decided to redownload the EA app and downloaded the sims 4 again which took 4 days. (SIGH) but finally it downloaded which i was excited about but soon Only a specific batch out of my Over 2k+ mods (Including cc, mods, scripts etc) was in the game, I thought maybe its because i restored (from my bin) the EA File (which included TS4) Before TS4 actually downloaded , TS4 wont allow me to try any other method (Like the 50/50 or the Batch method) As No other Mods, cc or scripts will load in the CC Menu except the specific batch, its been 2 hours of me Trying to Restart the sims but nothing has worked. Even deleting and restoring the EA Folder. Alright so I went around just downloading some gallery poses and it has not worked out. I have this one specific pose that I do not remember downloading and cannot even find in my mods folder. I've looked and changed my viewing to "date modified" to see what has been recently added but I cannot find it. Does anyone recognize this this pose? I play on windows and every time I try to play in a household in my save file, the game freezes after a minute. Time stops and my sims stop moving, but I can still move the screen around. I tried repairing the game and it did not work. I also removed my mods and it did not help. The game doesn’t stay active long enough for Better Exceptions to work and scan my cc. Since February I have noticed that a lot of my CC is just randomly missing from my folder. I use Sims4MM to keep my folders updated and clean. Sometimes I download complete sets folders, where some items are then deleted, which I would never intentionally do. For example, earlier in March I downloaded Sixam's Laundromat set, and after a few weeks, I went to build with the items and the only item missing/deleted was the coin machine. I do go through every item in the folders when I download them together, and I specifically remember being excited to find the coin machine on the set for a more realistic laundromat gameplay, so I would not delete it intentionally. I had to redownload the whole thing and go through the list one by one until I got to the missing item and S4MM said it was already in my folder, but I couldn't find it either on the game or on S4MM when I typed it in or looked up the set, etc. I only empty my trash bin on my Mac after a month, just in case I regret deleting an item from the game and that way I can still get it back. So after I started to notice this issue, I painfully looked at the bin, item by item, and those missing items were not there, or on my Mac finder, SM44, in game, CC folder, or anything in between. I also posted on a different forum on here about items (cc and game base/ packs) getting deleted after several different save versions or reloads of the lot. Not sure if both issues are connected, or if they even have anything to do with the For Rent bugs, but I figured I'd mention it here in case anyone has found a correlation between them. At this point I have been avoiding playing, because I'm the type of player that mostly builds, so after spending weeks carefully selecting items and curating the perfect rooms and builds, items start to disappear and I can't keep up with the changes to remember what was placed where originally. I didn't really know what to title this but, in cas when using sims I saved in my library, (They are from a different save file then the one I'm currently using) It won't let me change their names if there are multiple sims in household. The name bar shows up as _______(/) (as seen in picture). When I do change the name of one sim, it still shows as _______(/) and copies to the second sim. (hopfully this makes sense, im bad at explaining things.) Also, I did manage to get one sim into a home by adding her separately, but when I try to edit household to add the other two sims, (Using cas.fulleditmode and mccc) Cas takes FOREVER to load. Yes, I have mods and cc. But, the sim I made from scratch is perfectly fine and is having 0 problems, It's only the ones from my library that are giving me trouble. I would really hate to make these sims again, because I love how they look and for some reason when I try to recreate a sim I can never get them to look how they previously did. this whole thing started on the 28th, I couldn't open the phone when I clicked on it, and I thought I had deleted the mods messing with it and I even got a new sims 4 folder to ensure this wasn't my mods (obviously I was wrong) ... (gameplay was working fine without the mods) anyways when I placed all my mods into the new mods folder the exact SAME THING HAPPENED, I'm using better expectations mod to help me with this issue but so far, no luck at all if I can send my mods folder over to someone for help I would greatly appreciate it.28Views0likes1CommentGame keeps going back to world select
After buying the For Rent GP and installing it game starts to load a save or new game the goes back to world select screen! Hi, I love the sims 4 information panel as it can be resized and offers a loottt more visibility. But the problem i'm having with it is, every time i swap to a different sim or panel (needs, skills, relationships,...) it gets put back to the default start size, until i resize it again and again... To preface - this forum seems to be mainly offering support to the end-users of mods, not the creators. If anyone knows of a forum/server/etc. centred around the creation of mods, I'd sell my soul to get into it! And apologies if I'm in the wrong place, in advance! I've been working for a couple of weeks on a tuning mod focused around new content for horses (illness, farriery, better competitions etc.) It's been going really well, but I'm doing... something wrong when writing the XML. I've written an SI and injected it into the phone to run Adventure Moments that control the means of actually rewarding certain buffs/features/etc. The Main SI seems fine to my eyes, and I can't see anything majorly wrong with the way I've written the Adventure tuning (in both the AdventureMoment snippets and the SI basic extras itself.) But I cannot get more than one adventure moment to play sequentially. In the Initial adventure, I'm using the Next Moments tunable, and then putting the key of the next adventure moment I want to play in it. I've tried writing it from scratch using the TDESC, Lot 51's builder, and copying relevant extracted tuning from the game. I'm clearly missing something, because despite all that, every time I select the button that ought to start the next Adventure Moment, nothing happens. I don't think there's anything horrendously wrong with the Adventure Moments, as if I put the second one as the Initial for the adventure, it shows up just fine. I can get either of them to show so long as they're tuned in the _initial_moments block. But trying to get one to load the other through next_moments does... nothing. I'm definitely missing something here, but browsing extracted tunings (and the rest of the internet) hasn't turned up anything helpful. Ran the Sims with Scumbumbo's Log Enabler several times with every iteration/attempt and searched all the relevant logs for errors/issues (as far as I can tell, there isn't anything obvious, though I can't claim to really know what I'm doing) At this point I think I'm missing something more fundamental, or maybe misunderstanding Adventure Moments entirely? But I can't for the life of me work out exactly what is going wrong in my thought process/tuning. At this point I'm wondering if I just have to scrap the idea of doing it through adventures entirely and implement it in a different way, but I'm super attatched to how personable and well-suited the Adventure tuning is to what I want to do... in theory. For some reason when I go into build mode, the items are like this and it's doing a weird glitch when I mouse over things. I can still see what the names of the items are like computers or chairs, but it looks odd in general. It's never done this before and I don't know how to fix it.
