Return of the bug with Sims showering in their underwear
Since4 or 5 days, my Sims, (except children) have started again to shower or take a bath in their underwear. I thought it was a bug that had been eradicated a long time ago. I have put Update in the tags because I think it may be because of the last update but honestly note of the tags apply
For Rent Infinite Loading Screen.
I have a Residental Rental lot and I've decorated the place with furntiure cc. Ever since the October 22nd update I've been having infinite loading screens and it's because of the Residental Rental lots. I found out it was the cc thats been causing it. When I first found out I removed the cc that had been causing that glitch and everything was fine. A day or 2 later it happened again and again and again. 2 days before the day I'm writing this, I went to Sims 4 Studio and updated all my furniture and it worked till now. Looks like theres another furntiure cc causing me problems again. I havent downloaded any furniture, even before the October 22nd update. I'm asking the EA to please fix this. I got the For Rent pack not to long ago just for my new save file now it's causing me problems. Great. Why is it always something going on in the Sims, please fix your game!! This just had to happen with my save file that I'm most passionate about.🤦♀️
Highschool toggle
Hey, I´m searching for a mod or cheat to toggle the Highschool. To be more precise: I want my Teen Sim to go to school, but i find it anyoing to tell them everyday to go alone. I dont want them to drop out and i love the build items from highschool years. Is there a way to disable Highschool without droping out from it?
show hidden objects and show live edit objects cheat won't work :(
I've been having this issue since around September I believe. Every time I try to use these cheats, nothing happens. I always make sure my cheats are enabled. I've tried to uninstall and install it again, but nothing has changed. I've deleted all my cc and that still didn't help. I don't know what to do. I've tried deleting my profile entirely but it turns out that was just a waste of time, so now I'm here, asking online as a last-ditch effort. So, what do I do?? Edit: it turns out I'm an idiot. Always make sure the mods you delete are deleted from your mod folder too, kids.
Infinite loading screen on certain lots
Hello, since the Life and Death update I haven't been able to load into certain lots, not through clicking play or going into build mode from the map, I just get stuck on infinite loading screens that make me have to force quit the game. I assume it's a mod issue, but I've used the Better Exceptions mod by Twisted Mexi to find any broken mods, and everything looks fine. I tried to make a backup of that same save, but I can't load into the lots from there either. It's weird because I made a new save to see if it would work there and it works just fine. I'll try to repair the game, but if anyone has had this issue and knows the solution, I would appreciate the help! Thanks :)
Create A Sim Does Not Work
I have had a few issues since the latest update. The bubble options for "Ok", "Save", 'Save As", etc. are all messed up. Create A Sim (CAS) does not load when I am playing a saved game. Works fine when creating a new Sim/family in the beginning but unable to go in once playing. I can save; however, when I select Save and Exit, the game won't exit and has a continuous loading screen. I have tried multiple fixes that include removing my folders and playing as a new game, updating my mods & cc, etc. and none of those options work. Can someone please help!?!
Game not loading Oct update
HI, My game is struggling to load past the loading page. I hear the regular music and the tone that signals that I sould be taken back into play (like when travelling between worlds and households) but the loading page stays on the screen. Ive removed and updated all my mods. I think it may be a CC loading issue? At first I thought it was just one buildingand when I delete the CC for it it loaded fine but i was left with an empty lot. I then tried other buildings and the same thing happened. It was fine before the update. Any advice? I have done the DxDiag and attached. Thanks.
WCIF Better My First Library object
Sims introduced this tiny wall bookshelf I think in the toddler expansion and I kind of hate it. It sits too high on the wall to be a realistic for a toddler to use and you cant adjust the wall height down. Does anyone know if there is a mod out there that improves it?[adult mod] won’t download?
So i downloaded [qdult mod] about 4.5 hours ago thinking oh yeah this’ll be easy. Bear in mind i’ve never used a file mod before I always use Curseforge. Anyway i did some research on how to download it and then did as told download the file move it into documents then sims4 then mods, first time i did that i got the pop up when i started my game that it hadn’t worked so i went back to it had a look couldn’t figure out what was wrong so i deleted it and started over, the second time it went into the game like its in my list of mods in game but i dont have any of the interactions that come with it. I’ve restarted my game multiple times turned my laptop on and off and completely restarted but it just keeps doing the same thing. Any ideas??? TIA x
Reaper Career - unable to select computer interactions during active workday
What the title says. Anytime I do an active workday and the tasks tell me to "order supplies" or "file death certificate," none of the computers or slablets have the options available. It's been happening for a few irl days, the game has been fully closed and reopened multiple times. I have some mods, but I can't imagine any of them interfering with a select type of active workday tasks. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a me thing and I'm missing something obvious, or is it a bug? Thanks!Ironleo78 is back
