My EA account isn't linking to my email
I have always loved the sims but recently I have noticed a few changes within the system, especially where you have to login to your EA account to even purchase an additional pack to make the game more interesting. PS5 Game sharing Not Working?
Not sure where to put this. I play mostly on PS5 and have game sharing turned on so my alt account and family members have access to all my packs. Yesterday I bought the Modern Luxe Kit from the new marketplace but it only shows up on my main account where I bought it but none of the other accounts. Hi this post isn’t for me but rather for my girlfriend. You see she has been buying sim packs for a couple a months now and almost owns every single pack now and has been playing and building an extensive gallery of sims and town's. She didn’t haven’t PlayStation+ by the way either which I will get into here soon. She has many many hours on the game and when an update happened it had deleted all of progress essentially like she was a new player even though it shows she has a lot of hours in the game. This has made loose interest in the game immensely and to me this just shouldn’t happen when you literally have no control over what happened to your save. She said this wasn’t the first time it’s happened too at least not this big at least she said it happened to her gallery being deleted once as well. If anyone from EA can reach out to me I would love to somehow for you guys to either refund her for the lost income and hours she has spent in your game. Non of this was her fault at all, or if there is a way for you to recover her progress back. You see this more than just using her free time, it was a passion she had building characters and interacting with other sims the community had made and building off those. Need Help With Console Crashing
Ever since the Market Place Update, every time I log in I have to flick and dismiss every 'Welcome to...' message. Additionally, every build (More of a builder than player) I was working on can't be entered through Buy/Build mode due to the game shutting off. I tried visiting the lot with a random Sim but the game keeps crashing. I checked it all the packs were installed, and they are. Any and all solutions will be appreciated, please. Whenever I open the game, all the packs will open, and I'll have to close them all before i can play the game. The gallery isn't working, but sometimes I'll load and load, but not actually work. The game sometimes lags a little. And when I open the cheat bar, it sometimes gets stuck on the screen, and I have to go to the main menu or the worlds screen just for it to go away.Solved
Bugs Since The New Update
1.) All the sims I have saved to my library are completely gone. 2.) There are like a thousand pop-ups telling me about all the packs I own when I open up the game. Then I have to clear all the pack notifications in build mode. 3.) I logged on to my sims 4 game today, first time since marketplace came to console. And have realised that although I purchased the royalty and legacy bundle I no longer have access to the two kits that came with it (silver screen style kit and tea time solarium kit) I still have my early purchase content, how can these kits be restored to me. Hi everyone, I really need some help. I noticed that my game, The Sims 4, wasn’t updating properly and was running very slow—this started around the time of the recent update that caused issues for a lot of players. To try to fix it, I deleted the game and all of my packs, then restarted my PlayStation 4. However, when I went to reinstall everything, some of my packs (like City Living and Get Together) were missing and not showing up as owned. I’ve already tried restoring licenses and restarting the console again, but it’s still not working. A lot of packs I’ve purchased in the past just aren’t showing up at all, and I’m definitely not going to buy them again. I tried looking at the game packs in the sims4 and its still not showing up as owned. Yes, this is the correct account I use for all of my sims4 so its not on another account. Issue: When I use the Gallery and try to filter by the packs I own, the filter does not work correctly. 1. Open the Gallery 2. Go to search filters 3. Select “Packs” and choose only the packs I own 4. Apply the filter The Gallery should show only houses or Sims that use the packs I have selected. The Gallery still shows results that include packs I do NOT own. The filter does not properly limit the results. This makes it difficult to find usable builds or Sims, since many results require packs I don’t have. This happens consistently when browsing both households and lots on console. [PS] GUI corruption
this is what my game look like, im on console so no mods or cc but the game UI is completely unfunctionable and cant save right now, same with if I clicked on a sim and the profile it shows a line of wwwwwwwwww and I cant click off it. The family tree constantly appears in the background when I use the back button, my manage worlds all dont have name as well. im wondering if this is something new or if its a recent bug? I recently started playing the sims 4 again, and as I was building a new house for my sims, I realized some items from when I had gotten Growing Together the day it released were gone. Specifically, the little swing set and the slide that looks like whalebert. Has anyone else had this issue, and is there a way to fix it?
