Lost my packs when I used the same disk I used on my other Xbox.
Basically I have a "living room" Xbox and a "Bedroom" Xbox. when I first got my bedroom xbox I downloaded Sims by using the same disk I use in my living room. I got it signed in with the same account i used in the liveing room (theres 2 accounts that use sims 4 in the liveing room) It recognized i owned all the packs i did so i downloaded them in the bedroom xbox, but unfortunately it took away my packs in the living room xbox. So I re-downloaded the packs in the living room, it split the packs I dont feel its fair and I should have the packs I bought on bolth the Xboxs because it was on the same disk. The packs that got tooken from me are, Grow Together, Eco LifeStyle, Island Living, City Living, ParentHood, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Toddler, Kids Room, Book Nook Kit, Blooming Rooms Kit, Bust The Dust Kit, & Coutry Kitchen Kit. DLC on xbox storage shows as installed. I'm having an issue where I can't play or use the items from the Enchanted by Nature pack. Despite having the DLC installed, Sims 4 says it isn't. I've reset and restarted my consoled, I've also uninstalled everything and reinstalled it twice. I recently downloaded the Businesses and Hobbies expansion pack. Since then I have been constantly receiving Error Code: 0 everytime I try to save and if my Sims travel from their home, all their furniture has disappeared when they come back. I really don't want to uninstall the add-on as it cost me literally fourty dollars, but I can't even play the game like normal. I have 5 other expansion packs, 4 game packs, and 1 stuff pack and none of them had this problem. I also have the Businesses and Hobbies pre-order content. I don't know why it's doing this. I downloaded the new update today on my PS5 and it keeps saying to login to my EA account to use online features. My Internet is working fine so this has to be an EA issue. Is there a way to fix this? Also, my Sims on my home screen have been stripped of their clothes and my female Sim no longer looks pregnant. I'm scared to fully load into my save. After updating my game, I opened it and realized everything from parenthood was missing I thought “oh maybe it got uninstalled” because that has happened before, but when I went to manage game and add ons, it was checked as being installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the content still isn’t showing up and it’s saying I need to “download to use” I think this has something to do with the update, but I really need my pack that I paid for to work. PS4 issues
I have been building in oasis springs most of the day. Now I can not -save game, build a platform, build a fountain. Every time I find something nice to download into my game it says I don’t have the lastest sims version when I do ;(. all of my data is gone...
i havent played the sims on my xbox in almost a year. i switched to laptop and much prefer it. however, there were some sims on my xbox gallery that i wanted on my laptop. so today i did just that. opened the game and uploaded the sims to the gallery successfully. a few hours later, i also wanted to upload a house i had built so i could download it on my laptop. same process. however, when i opened my game this time on my xbox, i was greeted with the terms of service page. thought it was odd but accepted. then it asked for screen adjustment. still weird. then after that i saw that ALL of my saves were gone from over the years. i opened the gallery and all of my gallery saves were gone too. it was like i was starting the game fresh. so yeah i panicked and found out that many people were having the same issue months ago. but the issue was never resolved. so is all of my data completely gone? was it corrupted? im so lost and confused. very upset as well because i had saves i had made from 2019 on there. its just jarring to think that all of my progress is gone and was for nothing. is there anything i can do, or do i just move on and play on my laptop forever?Solvedlemoniphonia2 months agoRising Novice75Views0likes1Comment
Corrupted Save File wont load past opening load screen.
So for the last 2 hours I've been trying to play the sims 4 on PS5, I've resetted, cleared cache, reinstalled. Now everything over 300 hours of game play is practically gone, it's been confirmed that the save file is corrupted (don't know how since it's only every saved to the cloud or console) now when I go on another profile it works fine its basically starting all over again but mine it doesn't. So I play on Xbox and I have a disc that includes the expansion pack of cars and dogs. However when I try to buy my first pets stuff pack, it doesn’t register that I have the expansion pack already and wants me to buy cats and dogs again. Even going through the bundle route it still wants me to pay for both. Even on sale Im not spending £20 quid for a £6 stuff pack. Hello! I play TS4 on the ps4. I am having a problem where all of my builds and sims are no longer in my library. I have one sim in my library which is my most recent household. Even builds or sims that I save from the Gallery have been wiped. I was wondering if anyone had experienced this problem or know of any solution. Hello guys, Never posted here before, but basically I brought 2 expansion packs on sims 4, one I brought last month and one I brought 8 months ago. I currently have a PS5 and ever since I downloaded the games on this console, one of the packs hasn't worked. I gave up trying to fix it. Now a second pack I was using, which I only brought last month has the same issue. The neighbourhood shows as locked and I dont have any of the content, but when I click it, it says I already own the pack. I've logged out and back in again, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, started a new save, restored the licenses, checked for updates nothing has worked. When I go into owned packs, I can no longer see the one I brought just a month ago and I can't use it! Hello, I’m having a problem in my game on Xbox where my sims in a relationship will que up the interactions for woohoo or try for a baby and they talk about it and as soon as they go to move to the location the interaction cancels completely. I went to one of the festivals in San Myshuno, it went through the loading screen, I get to the festival and everything is fine. My sims look how they are supposed to, but when it’s time to leave and I send them home, after that loading screen they turn pitch black. I go into the cas to see if they still look that way in there and they do. I don’t know how to fix this. Whenever it happens to my pets I would have to just deal with it or delete them.
