Need to 27 unlock RTBs, Should've Started from Bonus Showdown (STS Glass Cacti)
I completed the Glass Cacti Sweet Treat Showdown during its initial run so I should've started from the Bonus Sweet Treat Showdown this time. Instead, my app says I still need open 27 Royal Treat Boxes in the standard STS. I've had it erroneously start from the standard STS instead of from the Bonus STS in the past, but it was always less than 4 from either box. Needing to re-unlock 2 or 3 of each is annoying but I haven't complained about it because I figured it was a stop-gap fix to ensure users don't completely miss out on the Bonus STS (which I did have happen once 😡). 27 Royal Treat Boxes and zero Sweet Treat Boxes is clearly an error. Also when I view the Royal Treat Box prizes, it shows that I've unlocked 13 of 18 possible prizes, but says I've unlocked 13 of 40. Here is proof that I have the Grand Prizes unlocked: t Luxe Kit items — which all have 6 of 10 swatches unlocked — placed on a lot.
Bug/Glitch
After the latest update, my game is stuck in the “Fast-er Forward” tutorial with Dr. Gene Iyus. The popup appears, but when I tap the yellow arrow or the icon, nothing happens. I cannot continue the tutorial or play the game at all. I already tried restarting my device and reinstalling the game but the issue is still the same. Please help me fix this bug so I can continue playing.Invalid Adverts with NO reward afterwards
I received no reward at all after watching certain advertisements. I think that players from the UK would have experienced the same? These advertisements are all "Skills for Life" ones which are made by UK's HM Government, I believe? It's quite annoying especially as I'm trying to earn more cupcakes from adverts... It's such a waste of time. Please fix it!Missing newly purchased house . Built house Disappearing.
I play Sims mobile I've been playing it for over 5 years. Needless to say I've gotten very advanced in the game put quite a bit of money into it as well. Recently I bought the ' Anansi ageless abode' $10.88 and never received it. I even got the receipt for the purchase and a notification from my bank saying the payment went through. Then a couple weeks later I witnessed my entire house full of belongings just disappear. It just vanished. The house pops back onto the screen but it's empty no windows no furniture nothing. Now after years of collecting things from events and paying for things you can understand how upset I was. I've been emailing EA, I've been jumping through every possible hoop to no avail. None of the belongings are in my inventory they're completely gone. They even took my trophies.😭 I have started at least 10 cases and got nowhere. I've also emailed EA and got no response. Why am I spending money on this game if I can't even receive what I paid for? And if I do get it do I have to worry about it just up and disappearing one day.Please help!!
yesterday I was playing the Sims mobile on and off on my iPhone redecorating my house with new items that I had bought in and pre-existing items that I already owned. I got home and played for a little bit and then I took a shower and went to get back on the Sims mobile on my iPad and when I got on, I noticed all of the progress I had made throughout the day was completely gone, and the furniture was nowhere to be found not even in my inventory. I then click the sidebar and linked my account back to game center and it was still missing. I then returned to the Sims mobile on my phone to see if the content was missing on there as well and it was. I then linked my phone to my game center account as well. I have reached out multiple times to get a resolution for this as I have spent countless dollars and money and time on this game and I would like my items back and get this resolved. I am absolutely gutted. i have spent more than 5 years playing this game and investing money. Not only are the new items that I just put on, but also items that I have been collecting for years along with heirlooms. Customer support has been absolutely no help and I have no idea how to fix this problem. Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with in-game purchases in The Sims Mobile. Whenever I try to buy a pack, I get this message: “Please restart the game to continue the transaction.” The issue is that the payment process never actually starts with the App Store — my payment method is not charged at all. It seems the game fails to even initiate the transaction. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution? Thanks in advance!BRUXACK!!! VS Izzy...
Izzy... Why are we forced to pay before seeing what he did? I understand paying to have it remade, but being forced to pay and have to keep an item he didn't like because he already spent his money on it? He could have made it and only after seeing what he did, decide whether he wants to keep it, remake it, or not.I really wish to see my sims eat on the table
It's been years now since I play mobile sims, but I really wanna see my sims eat on the table and not outside behind some walls, pregnant, they can reach the beach besides their house, more news maps, more new house lot, more accessible area in the house, more career. Please make my dream come true.
didn’t get my “earn sim cash” reward
hi! this morning i was playing sims mobile, i decided to try the “earn sim cash” option and i selected the one offer where you have to create an Audible account and get 30 days free trial. i did everything that i needed to do that was listed, i clicked on the offer using the same device, i created a new account, put in my card info and redeemed my free trial and waited a bit, now several hours have passed and i still didn’t receive my sim cash reward. i tried to contact EA support directly through the game, but when i talked to the EA agent they simply told me that they couldn’t help me and that i needed to come here to get help on this. now, could somebody help me? i don’t know how to fix this and i’d really like to get my sim cash! thank you and have a good one!
